2024-06-25 21:43:31This is the viral Pho brisket sandwich that is all the rage on social media right now, and when I heard they came out with a new Bun bo hue version, I knew I had to try em for myself! And Broth is the only place Ive heard that does these insane crossover sandwiches, you can find this hidden gem inside the 4th Street Market in Santa Ana.The GIRTH of these sandwiches...like theres no way you can stuff any more meat in this. Both of them come with a side of their respective soups too, Pho soup and BBH soup that you can dip the sandwiches in, but I didnt even get a chance to use them because they were literally so JUICY already.Besides sandwiches, theyre also known for their specialty pho, I tried their Tai lan which is a Northern-inspired soup that has marrow onion oil which takes it to a whole other level. Thanks for reading! ^-^

2024-05-09 00:35:17This restaurant is located in the 4th street market. Theres a parking structure adjacent to the building that has 1 hour of free parking and a pretty cheap rate.I saw the pho brisket sandwich going viral, so I got one to try. I was honestly surprised by how good it was. There was so much meat, and it was super tender and juicy. It was only $16.99 (as of May 2024), which is super inexpensive for what you get.The downsides: Its honestly kind of hard to dip without all the sandwich contents falling out. I also wish the bread was thicker because it disintegrated in 5 seconds.

2024-05-20 23:50:44Decided to stop by here after seeing all the advertisements. The pho brisket sandwich was delicious. Definitely better than I expected. I wish they gave more broth tho. The sandwich is huge. They took a long time to make the sandwich tho. With all the cooks in the kitchen and it not being that busy, 20 minutes waiting was a bit long. The price was a bit expensive but if you want to try it once then I guess its ok.

2024-05-03 21:47:53& Broth is one of the local food shops located at the 4th Street Market in downtown Santa Ana. This is definitely a destination you need to make room for if you plan on visiting Orange county. The pho takes is crafted in a 24-hour period, and the taste of the pho alone will make you come back for more. The taste is overwhelming. Hearty, rich, and invigorating. Like a hug from your grandmother. And the brisket sandwich is the star of the show currently. The meat is cooked in the broth, and it literally melts in your mouth. They provide a small container of pho as a consome and dipping the sandwich in it turns it into liquid paradise.Definitely give it a try, you will surely not regret the decision and you shall come back for more.

2024-04-24 02:13:16There is no hype. This place is so good. Tons of aromatics for the pho and free extra noodles. The brisket sandwich is tasty and not greasy/patty like pastrami. Note to future self: grab extra napkins bc the sandwich is JUUUUICCY

2024-02-07 04:11:52I saw this spot on an IG reel and I happenly was in the area for a work conference. After a long day on my feet at the conference checked into my hotel to relax. My other coworkers decided to go to a local spot, but I didnt want to miss my chance at trying this spot, and I did not regret it!I ordered the Brisket on Rye Sandwich with a bottle of Coke. The sandwich came with a plastic side container of pho broth with onions and a small container of pickled carrot/daikon as you would find on a typical Vietnamese banh mi sandwich.Pro tip: Ask for two containers of pickles, one is not enough.I tried the sandwich by itself, the beef was tender and the sandwich condiments and toppings worked really well together. It tasted like if pho was a sandwich. Adding the pickles and dipping into the soup made it even better.Pro tip II: If you want to keep your hands somewhat clean and your sandwich somewhat intact, top your sandwich with the pickles, *bite*, then just sip the pho soup from the container. This food court like restaurant is located in a building with several other food stalls. The tables couldve been cleaner, but overall not bad. Seems more like a door dash pick up spot than somewhere youre supposed to eat at. I would recommend eating it fresh on the spot though, as I would imagine considering the wait time you would expect for delivery the rye bread would probably be pretty soggy by the time it got there. So final verdict, 5/5 stars, would recommend, definitely making a trip back the next time Im in the area.

2024-07-05 17:43:31Loved this place! Saw the pho sandwich on instagram and had to go!! We had the pho sandwich and it really was as good as it looked. We also got the BBH sandwich which had a spicier broth to dip in. The tender meat on both sandwiches combined with the pickles and dunked in the broth was an awesome combo!! This location is in fourth street market and is cafeteria style seating with multiple restaurants so everyone can find something or just try everything. On top of that there’s also a small kids area in the back for the little ones to run around. We were able to find street parking but there are parking garages close.

2024-04-20 00:32:29I had the Saigon style pho and the Brisket sandwich. Their attention to detail and quality stands out. From the vegetables, noodles and meat quality they were all fresh and high quality. Their brisket is tender and tasty. It reminds me of some of the best BBQ brisket I’ve had if not better. The broth is incredible. You can taste the work that is put into it. Love this place.I’ve been to well over 50 pho spots and this place is my favorite overall.
