Lovely flavors and owners. Saw a group leave a pile of mess and the owner called them out so big respect to him. People have little to no manners which is appalling. That said, flavors are all great. Its solid, though in full transparency not the best Ive experienced but thats ok! Locals have something to enjoy here, 10/10 would come back

UPDATE: I’m pleased to update my review after the owner reached out. They were more than happy to replace my item. I ordered the Crying Tiger Steak and it was the best I’ve ever had! Next time I’ll reach out to the owner if I have any problems.Normally i like this place…not exactly authentic Thai food (married a Thai man and lived there) but it’s still good during the day. But at night if you’re trying to put in a food order be mindful that they will just throw your food together without much love, especially bc they say they close at 9 but the last order is at 8:30 (had to learn this after a cashier was very nice nasty to me when trying to call in an order at 8:30). Today I put my order in at 8 and my beef teriyaki is the most grey and sad looking plate I’ve gotten from them. Like did they really just boil my beef and through it with some steamed broccoli?! I also wouldn’t recommend the lunch special bc the plate is much smaller than the normal portions and most of it is just side salad (aka lettuce) and white rice. Their noodle and fried rice dishes are pretty good though.

NEW REVIEW: I love this place and previously gave it a 5 star review, but I need to update my review so that the management is aware and hopefully takes action.My wife and I ordered the coconut soup. The lady employee didnt ask how spicy. She just gave us spicy soup. I cant handle spicy.She gave a burnt crying tiger (see pictures) I told her Im sorry but I think its burnt. She said oh, you didnt tell me you wanted it rare. Very Small portion for the price. The vegatables in the Yellow Curry had a chemical taste to it, the carrots had a weird ring on them. Order Curry Hot and was not spicy in the least. Not a good yellow curry at all.The Pad Woon Sen was okay but quite bland in taste, some condiments was able to make better.Overall all a bad choice.

Went there Oct 28th saturday in the evening around 6 or 7pm. Waitress was very rude, seemed to have no patience, actually told me to wait/stop talking with her hand sign, when i tried to tell her what my daughter wants. She seemed mad while doing her job or was annoyed we were 4 asking for different things on the menu. Even my wife noticed and said the same thing.

By far the most disappointing Thai food Ive paid for. The Tom Kha had no lemongrass or spices in it and it tasted like mediocre chicken soup with very low quality meat. The shrimp Papaya salad also had a strange taste and the shrimp was a very strange texture- likely from being cheap and frozen. This restaurant needs help!

Had a craving for crispy pork belly and wanted to find a place by my job. I found this place, and although they dont have that particular dish anymore, what I did order to go (garlic pepper pork and angel wings w/white rice), was DELICIOUS!!! I can not stop eating it! Lol! Prik king string bean was crispy fresh enough, but the chicken was just okay. Ordered also pad see ew beef, but I was a bit disappointed because it was a bit dry (normally the pad see ew is a bit moist and saucy) and also the beef was not juicy at all, it was too dry. Portion is also quite small. The tom kha soup was pretty good, just the other 2 meals I was not impressed.I went to this place bec of the 4-star review on Yelp, but I guess you cant really tell until you express it yourself. Server only one, it took a while to wait for her to come out, I had to fetch the waitress to ask for boxes and bill.

I see a lot of folks ordering takeout here. Kra pao moo krob (crispy pork belly with spicy basil sauce & egg on rice) is my fave. Pad Thai with tofu is good too. We also got papaya salad and a seafood plate. A lot of leftovers so the price is fair. The flavors are super bold (a bit much maybe for some) so it helps to have rice to soak up some of that savoriness. Thai iced tea is nice to have if the spicy heat gets too much!

I havent found a delicious Thai food place until now. Pad Thai is my favorite (make sure to ask for lime) and the drunken noodle is great too.Service was satisfactory meaning it was fast and clean.Its a small space and parking is in the back or on the street. This is our second time here and we will be back!

I order here often when having lunch with my parents, and its always a treat. They have all the usual foods you expect to see on a Thai restaurant menu, and a few chefs specials that you might only find here ( like lychee duck curry ). The prices can be a few bucks higher than other Thai restaurants but Im okay with that based on the quality of service and food.Things can be a bit spicy for some people, even when ordering mild. I dont mind the spice but Ive heard complains from my family on that. So if youre not sure if whether to order the Hot, then try the Mild or Not-Spicy first.

This Thai Restaurant is the best in Glendale! The Pineapple Fried Rice is the best in this area because they dont add yellow curry to it and actually add a good amount of spice. I visit this place a lot, since its just across from the 99¢ Store I frequent. But honestly, dont let the modest exterior and interior fool you... really good food. Pictured here, Shrimp spring rolls w/peanut sauce, EPT (eggplant, pumpkin, and tofu), and broccoli in oyster sauce w/beef. My husband downed a large bowl of Tom Yum w/chicken...they said it was the small, but still quite large and tasty. Park on the street. Enjoy your leftovers. Theyre even better the next morning with a fried egg on top.

I have eaten here before. I always get the green curry with shrimp with a side of rice. Last Thursday I ordered my usual. About three hours later I felt like I was going to be sick. I spent the rest of the afternoon and evening in the bathroom. I will NEVER eat green curry again!!!! I don’t think I will be eating at Angle again either!

To the pushy staff who kept staring us down pointing and rushing by, moving plates erratically, judging with their eyes- while we were discussing business and chatting. Im sorry? Maybe if you didnt focus so hard on us youd see the 15 empty booths with ghost customers. Is that a thing? Were yal serving ghosts? Seems like you wanted ours empty asap too to include 16 empty seating areas. While the service was spicier than the food (I requested spicy, and got drunken noodles that taste just like pad Thai), I did enjoy the candy that came with the check almost as much as I enjoyed going to the bathroom in Narnia. Like how is the temp in the bathroom below 30 and aslan doesnt show up. Afterwards we had boba at another place and it was also okay, probably because our friend is lactose intolerant. And if we were to be served with respect at this place we wouldnt have ordered boba in shame. I give it 3 stars for our party of 3 who was the best thing that happened to this place. And subtracted 1 for the shameful drunken noodles

We ordered delivery and I’m happy to report food was delivered still hot and it was delicious. I ordered the Red Curry with shrimp and I had it spicy level and holy cow it was SPICY but I LOVED IT!! If you can’t handle spicy go with medium. We also got shrimp roll and fried pork dumplings and they were amazing. I can only imagine if the food was this good delivered it has to be even more amazing dining in which we intent to do in the very near future. Definitely check them out!

Ive been coming here for years until everything got shut down. This was the first time I ordered for delivery. I love their yummy food. Beef pad see iw, Thai iced tea, beef lab, shrimp papaya salad, large tom kha soup with chicken (all with spicy...I love thai spice ...super 🔥) and small fried rice !!!! Ordering and delivery was painless and quick!! I love that the delivery service was one that helps the local restaurant and didnt have any upcharges. Best family owned Thai restaurant in Glendale CA. Always great service with a smile on their faces & great quality food. Some of my favorites are the Salmon Teriyaki served with the Teriyaki sauce and veggies like Broccoli & carrots, Pad See Ew with meat choices like (beef, chicken, shrimp), Crying Tiger Steak, BBQChicken, Pineapple Fried Rice.You can order from their website or app or call them for pickup or delivery. Found this place while trying to order takeout one night. I actually went in to place an order to go and was greeted by a woman who was extremely friendly and very helpful in providing a menu. The place, although small, was very clean and the food being cooked smelled amazing. Menu prices seemed fair ($13 total or so for what I got) and so I ordered a beef fried rice dish with medium spiciness. My food was ready in less than ten minutes. Let me tell you, there was a lot of food. The takeout container was stuffed full and there was plenty of meat meat in the rice along with veggies. I like spicy and the medium was not too hot at all. Ive been ordering delivery from this spot for a couple years now, and it never disappoints. Recently weve started dining in, and its added a whole new sense of appreciation for the food. Perfect local spot for authentic Thai food! This food is delicious. Very affordable (most dishes $10-17) and can be shared family style. There is a free parking lot out back! I love Thai food and wanted to explore a new place. The reviews for Angel Thai are good, so I felt confident ordering from them. I will say the food was pretty good, everyone liked the flavor, but the price left a bad taste in our mouth.I ordered the combination fried rice, the shrimp pad thai, the yellow curry, and the steak salad. Opted for the contactless COVID-19 delivery, everything went through smooth ordering from the website as a first-time customer I even got a $5 off my order. So far so good!Under the special instructions section on the website ordering page, I asked them to put it on our table set up by the front door. For the delivery guy I left a tip and a note asking him to put the food here. It was delivered and dropped off on time and hot. All right, things are going smooth.We got our order it came with forks napkins a copy of the check some chili sauce and all the items correct.👍 And this is where my review goes south. The $20 steak salad as shown on pictures was about the size of a $7 salad. I assume the justify the exorbitant price because they use a budget steak (select-cut probably, due to the tough chewy texture and/or cooking technique).My other gripe was the yellow curry not served / delivered with any steamed white rice. I dont know if Im a weirdo or nut job but I like to pour my curry over rice. I assume we all do, so forgive me if this is preposterous or a ridiculous ask. Considering the $14 price tag, you should include a courtesy .50¢ rice for the customer who expects to put his curry over rice. By the time its delivered its already too late. So if you dont know, now you know... buyer!!!

Angel Thai Cuisine in Glendale is amazing Thai food in the valley. Great lunch specials when you dine in. The delivery service is fast, fresh & hot. The chicken Pad Thai is a great go to. Ya know the spicy basil chicken is yummy but didn’t get much chicken, the “mild” is actually spicy af “which I mentioned” I said your “mild” is really spicy…. So you better ask for no spicy at all if you have a low tolerance for spicy lol. Also I was disappointed that for 15$ before tax the dish doesn’t come with a side of rice ! Just ordered food from here! The pineapple curry is fantastic; its coconut based with green/red peppers, basil, tomatoes, etc. So yummy and just the right consistency for the broth. Decent food but horrible service! Within a few seconds of sitting down, the waitress came up to get the order. We asked for some more time and she is back the next minute! We ordered the appetizers and asked for some more time to decide on the main course . Yet there she is back at the table the next minute! It was extremely annoying. Moreover, the plates had food stain on them. When I asked her to replace it, she was actually annoyed! We ate quickly and left because we felt that they were trying to kick us out even though it was only 6:30 PM, and they dont close early. Never going back there!

Restaurant was “ok”. The food was ok. The service takes long as only one person serves you. The place is not very clean. The bathroom was a little dirty and I spotted flies flying around our food while we were eating. Don’t think I will ever come back to this restaurant.
