The staff was smiling and very friendly. The food was delicious! We ordered single plates but they were enough to feed 3 ppl at least. If you like Sushi...well they have that to 😊They packed up out leftovers & bagged them for us. Service was great and fast.

It was fine, my husband and I came in for the lunch special. Hot&Sour soup (we preferred Lotus’ soup, Anna’s was a bit too hot for us), chow mein and then dishes of sweat and sour pork + chicken curry. I got a tiny little bone in my chicken curry (didn’t mention it to the owner/chef because it didn’t harm me).The lunch specials are really affordable which is the big seller.

Great lunch special for $10. Lots of choices for main, includes rice or noodles, hot and sour soup.nice size portion. Also ordered from menu, great fried calamari, black mushrooms with bok choy, loved both dishes. Very fast service, nice people. Going back next week when back in Ukiah. Wish we lived closer!

Tried for the first time on a Friday evening. The vegetable fried rice was just ok. The vegetable egg foo young - bland even with a lot of the watery sauce they give you on the side, then realized the eggs were runny and not fully cooked inside. Gave some to my dogs (they loved it!) and chucked the rest. I took a chance on the Thai coconut soup knowing full well this is not a Thai restaurant. Didn’t seem to have much coconut milk if any. One bite - chucked the rest.Judging from the reviews I’m sure there are many other things on the menu that people love. I give them 3 stars for providing those people a great meal. And thankful to have food choices as many don’t.;@)

This restaurant boasts a great variety of good food, and staff was attentive, friendly and efficient. I havent had calamari this good for a very long time. They do vegetables perfectly, and everything was loaded with flavor. We will definitely be back. We were all stuffed and still took home enough leftovers for another meal.

Oml. I ordered some take out and it was made relatively quickly. it was around 40 dollars for three containers of REALLY good food. and now Im set for around 3 days because the portion size is so good. I have also been into the place several times and the staff is always generally kind and helpful. also the owner is super cool.

I ordered a delivery order 10 minutes before closing. I thought they would forget my sauces or mess up my order but I was wrong. I got all 4 extra sauces I asked for. -1 star bc the egg rolls, while crispy outside, the filling was really wet, which Ive never experienced before.

My all-time favorite place hands down. Best food... Doesnt taste like it came out of a can or sauce mix like most Asian places... Each sauce has its own individual flavor. Very polite staff, food is always on the table quickly... No hour long wait to eat. Great prices as well. The only place in town that we can sit down, eat what we want & leave with our hunger sated AND bank account still full. If hubby didnt like variety, Id eat here every single time Im in Ukiah.

Update - Most of the issues mentioned below have now been fixed again. I hope the owner is doing well._________________I have been going to Annas Bistro since it re-opened under this ownership but have not gone back in a while. First the positives:- Servings are large- Prices arent bad- Cannot beat the lunch special serving size, options and price- Sushi is good- They deliver, which makes them one of a very short list of local places that doesNegatives (most of these used to be positives, but something has really gone downhill within the 1-2 years)- Food is often greasier than it needs to be. I used to love the fact that they used to cook with less oil and it didnt have that typical restaurant re-used oil taste.- Delivery is often soggy and cold. It became expected for us to have pots ready to re-heat it once it arrived (which is a great way to reheat leftovers, by the way)- I read through all of the reviews and it was no surprise to see comments about the owner lingering. He has always been around, but used to mostly stick to the register or sushi area. These days you can usually find him lingering while drunk, making awkward conversation and has even sat at our table without us asking us if he could join! This is the main reason we stopped going.- Service used to be quick and friendly. The turnover of waiters really hurt them.

I only have a half hour for lunch so I order my food online like I always do for my co worker and I. However after receiving our food we realized it wasnt what we ordered. I called the restaurant and told the gentleman what had happened but he just told us to have a nice day. Neither of us like broccoli so we threw it away and split the other one. They just recently raised all their prices but not the quality of customer service. I will not be going back.

I went in with my grandma and daughter for lunch and they did not disappoint. The food was excellent as always and they went out of their way to be kind and attentive, especially to my 87 year old grandmother. I try to get something different to eat every time I go and its always excellent. Bonus: its SUPER affordable. I highly recommend.

My husband ordered a nice meal from Anna’s Bistro earlier this evening. Once it arrived, I checked to see if everything was there and the Szechuan Beef wasn’t there. My husband drove back, explained the problem, and instead of just apologizing, they accused him of lying.First, it’s our 32nd wedding anniversary. Second, we love the food at Anna’s Bistro. We order at least 3 times a month with no complaints.My problem is not with the food, but with the staff. They are rude, point blank.Why in the world would we lie about a missing dish? Especially on our anniversary? You know why? It was missing and they didn’t have the manners to apologize and make us the dish we paid for.

Great place to eat! Every time weve eaten there, gotten take out, or gotten it delivered, the food has always been delicious and brought out quickly and accurately. There are lots of entrees to choose from; they have a Chinese menu and a Japanese menu (I definitely reccomend the potstickers). The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated and has a comfortable atmosphere. Theyre rarely too busy so most of the time its a nice and quiet place to eat. Theres also a parking lot outside with plenty of parking spots. The staff are very courteous and are knowledgeable about the menu and all other aspects of the restaurant. The restaurant is clean and the food is almost always served in a timely and accurate manner. Overall a wonderful restaurant.

First of all the food is way over priced, I should have turned around and got back in my car when I noticed the bad smell in the parking lot. I got egg rolls, orange chicken and combo fried rice. The rice was okay, I didnt love it, it had a little bit of flavor, at least it wasnt dry. The egg rolls, also okay nothing special, but not bad. The orange chicken was not okay. Well the top layer was descent. It didnt taste aweful, it didnt taste good. It didnt really have an orange flavor. At about the half way point I found big pieces of orange peel, and the taste was horrible. Ive never tasted worse orange chicken before. Im not sure if they messed it up, or if it always tastes like that. I know I am not going back, and I dont recommend anyone else go there, unless you like paying too much for bad food.

Placed a delivery order this evening and i must say it was the worst chinese food Ive ever had. Ordered chicken egg foo young. I ordered beef and broccoli and broccoli was hard like fresh out of the garden and tasted like sweet cough medicine. Pot sticker taste like they have been sitting in a pot since this morning.All in all a terrible dining experience. Its to bad China Chef isnt around anymore

We were regular customers for years, eat in and take out, lunch and dinner. Will never go back. On a lunchtime visit the older man smelled of booze which I only know because he mawkishly tried to hug me. We stayed away several months. On the last visit, the waitstaff brought a teapot of hot water, no tea, and the food was barely cooked and they absolutely didnt care.

The only detail not so fond of was the actual atmosphere...this place could use some pruvacy screen or dividers so a couple can enjoy a meal together. There food is good. That is the only reason I am giving two stars. There food is actually extremely good and fresh. But the customer service is awful. The owner is always drunk sitting there. They are not friendly especially the owner. The workers get scolded and in trouble for even attempting to give an extra packet of sauce on to go orders. We have always continued to go back despite that but the last time we called in an order to go we were told what to order because they were busy. I called and asked for an order of hot and sour soup, 2 tempura rolls with avocado, cucumber and cream cheese added to the inside same way my boyfriend asks for it everytime(yes we asked to have a roll with something added but almost all other rolls have these things so it shouldnt be a big deal I thought) at this point we were told no we will make you just regular roll. Than silence for a about a minute in a half I could hear background noise. 2nd person picks up phone. I repeat what I have previously asked for he says OK and than I ask for a rainbow roll and a King of the sea roll( nothing added just what it is on their online menu). He asks you mean spicy scallop roll I say no the king of the sea roll he says no you have easy roll we make you spicy scallop we are busy. So I told them we will place order with someone else. Now if thats to much because they are busy than just tell us it will be a bit of a wait or something but to try to tell us what we are going to buy and have for dinner is not right. On top of their rude customer service on our other visits I would not recommend this establishment.

I am not big on Asia or Chinese foods, this is one place I can go that has a few other options so that when others want what I am not big o, it is a good compromise. Plus, it is all you can eat, serve yourself. You can eat as little or as much as you like. When you are done, if you saved room, there are desserts too.You can bring your kids and there is kid friendly foods.Give it a try!

Just ordered from this placeand had it delivered and all I can say is never again. Had it delivered to hotel you would think that you would get soy sauce and cutlery. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and they sent a box of what appeared to be mostly raw vegetables with some dried up fried chicken no sauce on it whatsoever. Sauce was found in a container on the side enough to drown the little amount of dried chicken that was in the sweet and sour chicken container. When I promptly called and asked what was going on with the food and the fact that I ordered 2 meals and rice and had nothing to eat it with. The person I spoke to told me basically too bad. Never will order from them again
