Applebees Grill Bar in Beaumont

Hailey was our server and she did an amazing job. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great service. The crispy buffalo wings were so tasty with lots of sauce. The won ton tacos were really good. The beef nachos were very good and shareable. The spinach artichoke dip was full of artichoke hearts. Ten out of ten recommend this location and ask for Hailey.

This Is a cozy Applebees! The food was better than usual at Applebees and the service far exceeded expectations. Everyone was nice here and had smiles on there faces. Alyssa our server/bartender did an amazing Job! Definitely will be coming back here thanks to all the staff here.

First time coming to an Applebees restaurant ever and it was just an ok experience

Front counter hosts need some basic customer service training. When the table was ready the young host said nothing just started walking. I asked if we should follow and only got a little nod up. Not professional or friendly. The waitress was super nice. The food took a long time. Menu items are overpriced and the choices are not great.

The service was excellent. They were very accommodating. Good food, hot and fresh.

The food and server were great. We experienced prompt service and Sam, the server, was extremely attentive. The eating area was relatively clean and I would give that four stars. The problem is the restroom. Ive been to Applebees restaurants in several states and I must admit that Ive never seen a restroom in such need of attention. Its embarrassing to say that Ive seen gas station restrooms in cleaner conditions. When I see such things in a restaurant, it makes me wonder how clean, or lack thereof, the nonpublic areas of the restaurant are.

The service was slow. A large group of us went there after the movies. The coffee was good but took about a half hour to get. It was cool at least. The hamburger was good. The fries were a little cold.

Steak was ordered medium. It was barely browned on the outside. I took it home and cooked it. Chicken was so-so. We would not order either again.

I ordered takeout and somehow my mashed potatoes got adorned with items I didn’t want. I ordered two racks of baby back ribs with a side of extra sauce for each, the ribs had less sauce on them and the extra sides were missing. The Cole slaw was also dry and not very tasty. The takeout room was also lacking the money to give change and it took about five minutes for them to look for change, which helped to make my food a lot colder. The gentleman that arrived before me also had the same issue with extended time for getting change, he was given all his money back in smaller bills and was honest enough to inform the cashier of the error. The two people behind me seemed to be upset over the having to wait the extra 5+ minutes and one looked like he was ready to just leave.

Took the family for an early dinner They do offer outside dinning. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Jessica was our server and she was wonderful, very friendly. I would highly recommend this place. Its a family friendly place with great food at reasonable price.
