Aptos St. BBQ in Aptos

The brisket is absolutely amazing! Super smoky and a great amount of fat. The ribs were what blew me out of the water though. Definitely a must try! The sides like Mac and cheese, pecan pie, garlic bread, and cornbread are all phenomenal as well.

Great service and food. Got the 3 meat combo and totally heart the brisket and tri-tip. Potato salad was great and the beans tasted nice with addition of the spicy BBQ sauce to add some heat.

Amazing meat, friendly service, and great portions! I tried the tri-tip meal with coleslaw and macaroni and cornbread. Everything was delicious especially when you mix it all together! The cornbread though? Wow! Super thick and fluffy and flavourful. I went back in the evening for the berry cobbler and not a crumb was left behind. It was not too sweet and the berries tastes very fresh. Theres lots of indoor/outdoor seating and easy parking.The next day I woke up thinking of this magical place again and ordered a 1/2 chicken - 10/10! Ill definitely be back when Im in California again to try more stuff. Also love the little free chocolates they have on the counter.

It was truly a great experience. Had the four meat combo of pork ribs, try tip, pulled pork, and brisket. All very good. My favorite is the brisket, followed by pulled pork. They do run out of brisket by 5 or 6 pm. The side of beans has a strong paprika flavor. I like to mix bbq sauce in it. It helps. Lots of beer on tap. Live band at 6 pm Sundays. I drive 50 minutes to enjoy their BBQIt is so worth it.

I had an incredible experience at Aptos St. BBQ! From the moment I walked in, the mouthwatering aroma of smoked meats and chicken welcomed me. The variety on the menu left me spoilt for choice. The brisket was tender and full of flavor, the ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious, and the sides were a delightful but the portion of large size side is very small. The rustic yet inviting ambiance added to the overall charm of the place. The incredible Cobbler is an absolute must-try.

They were great, the service was great, they had a live band there and they were great, the food was absolutely delicious and they were on top of making sure we had our meals on time. They had a really good root beer float. They have different types of drinks at the fountain that you can choose from. Everything all was great enjoy your was a little small, but we did just fine.

Good ribs. Not much left to choose from but I can see why the ribs where good and tender. Got to hear a little of a live band.

Local beers and good barbecue. The kid at the register was nice and had good recommendations.

Wow! This place is so busy but for good reason. Their food is hands down AMAZING! I tried their Gaucho sandwich (brisket, provolone cheese, and chimichurri sauce). The brisket is so tender and very flavorful and juicy. They have a variety of craft beers as well as craft sodas. I will say that the diet soda was nasty (though it may have just been out of syrup) The regular soda, vanilla cream soda were both delicious though. The service is fairly quick for as busy as they are. We came during the lunch rush on Saturday and the wait was less than 10 minutes. Very impressed by this place and can’t wait to come back for more. They do offer indoor and outdoor seating. Parking may be slightly limited though.

Came by during my lunch break. It was early and ordered a breakfast taco. Pulled pork with egg. It was plenty of food for me. Filled me up with only one taco. The sauces are good too.
