Context: Party of 5 on Sat 11:30 AMService & Atmosphere: Service is good — it’s mainly self-service (water, utensils, etc.) except for ordering food — and waiters were friendly and accommodating but sort of slow. You may have to flag down the waiters more often than usual.Food: The Ari Tendon was…oily? I prefer my tempura to be of a light fry but their tempura was more deep fried, so eating it felt very heavy compared to tempura from other JP restaurants. I was slightly disappointed by this - be aware of this. Would I recommend it? Probably not.The food themselves were cooked well, and the sherbet at the end of the meal was refreshing. Other people in my party recommended the sushi plates.Overall, slower service, heavily fried tempura.

AMAZING soft shell crab. Please get it if you enjoy soft shell crab. The other tempura items are fried so well also. The Dragon sushi roll was much better than expected. I almost went back the next day to get everything again.$23 for soft shell crab is an amazing deal. I hope they dont raise the price or sacrifice the quality.They have a free dessert at the end! Its a delightful minty yuzu-y sorbet.

Great new sushi spot in the Dublin area that also serves tempura bowls. The menu is pretty extensive here, but I definitely recommend getting one of the tendon bowls as the tempura here is one of the freshest I’ve had in the Bay Area.All their entree options come with a miso soup, salad, japchae, and a nice sorbet dessert to end the meal. On top of that, every table has a pitcher of hot tea and water that is self-serve.The interior of this restaurant is nicely modern with lots of white airy details. Staff here was great as well!

Much better the second time around. First time, had a long wait, probably due to it being newly opened. I’m glad they decided to add more rice to their tendon bowls. They can probably still add more rice! Always get the sauce on the side, your rice won’t be downing in sauce if less rice is being served.

We were looking for a great sushi for a long time. Well, we’ve finally found. Definitely for the California rolls, Tempura and unbelievably amazing dessert (it was shaved ice with taste of sweet Japanese leaf) 😊 we will back with our friends very soon.

Came here 10 minutes after they opened and was able to be seated right away. I saw this place on Instagram a couple of times and since we were in the area we thought we would give this place a try. Ari sushi is known for their soft shell crab tendon so I had to get that and we also tried their bulgogi roll which was part of their winter special. The tempura was fantastic and one of the best I have had in the area. The bulgogi roll was unique but tasty as well. For me I love shrimp tempura so probably would get just the shrimp tendon next time.Water and tea are available next to each table to self serve and in addition there is ginger and pickled vegetables that you can eat as well. Both of our items came with a small salad, miso soup, and small mint shaved ice dessert which was good. Highly recommend giving this place a try, service is also excellent!

Hands down one of the best tempura Ive ever had! 🙌 Everything was fresh, staff is SUPER friendly, and food comes out fairly quick. Tempura, the perfect color, good crunch, perfect sauce soak. Shrimp and calamari ring cooked to firm, but tender, perfect. Veggies still crisp, heated just enough to get their natural sweetness out.

Their Tendon is super awesome. I have never had such a good Japanese tendon in the bay area. The sushi is fresh and free hot tea, free dessert (siso ice) is super great.However, their service is something they have to improve. I had seen 3 tables (including myself) waiting for the food. One or few people at the same tables had finished the food and the other one was not showing up. I had to remind them twice. I hope it will be better next time when I am back here again.

The food is great, love the tendon and freshness of sushi rolls. Tendons rice portion is very little even for the standard order. It is quite confusing that a tendon store doesnt have tempura sauce, they served soy sauce when I asked for tempura sauce. It is a bit annoying that there are more employees than customers and yet they forgot our order, and forgot about our request for plates and sauce..Food is great, but customer service need more improvements. And seriously, dont be so stingy with the rice!

Love the sushi here! We ordered the Salmon Valley. It was delicious. Everything tasted fresh! The small salad has the best dressing, it has corn. Interesting mix but it works. The Menu has lots of options. This place opened 5 months ago. I will definitely be back when in the area.
