Authentic Nepali cuisine! On top of rare authentic dishes such as Buff Momo (not often that you find momos with actual water buffalo meat!) they also have original creative dishes, such as pesto naan. The saag paneer was especially amazing.

I loved this place! Hidden gem in redwood city! Definitely going here again to try other dishes. Chowmein were really tasty! I would prefer little bit more hot! Sekuwa chicken and bean side salad was so yummy. I will share more updates from my next time’s visit.

Authentic Nepali place hidden in suburban area of Redwood City! I used to go here when it was in Mountain view. The new setting looks nice, with Nepali decor and vibe. The food was tasty but I had my rating for each food I tried.1. Chowmein - 5/52. Goat thakali thaali-3/5. Daal was yummy, goat curry felt like eating a blob of cinnamon and garam masala. Shouls tone down on spice3. Mutton sekuwa -5/54. Momos- 3/5...sauce very good! But keema can be a bit more flavored5. Bandel saandeko - 1/5 - this was the disappointment

Amazing food and service.Had Badel(Wild Boar) and Goat made in newari(one of the ethnic groups in Nepal) style.Their specials really stand out being Nepali style food which people often confuse with Indian food, but they are completely and throughly different.Really authentic NEPALI food specials.

Authentic Nepalese food! Vegetable pakora perfectly crisp. Momos very flavorful and delicious, and the fried rice cooked perfectly. My only reservation was the lentil soup. It was lacking in flavor and salt, but everything else was great!

Very special food and nice atmosphere. I got a mutton sekuwa set. The mutton is on the dry side as its how its traditionally prepared. I managed to finish the whole thing. Its actually not bad but I would try to get something juicer next time. My wife ordered butter chicken which is dry too. For Appetizer we got pani puri - its the best dish in our meal.

Really friendly (family owned???) restaurant. Laid back. Easy parking. Good food....if you like spicy. If you DONT like spicy be sure to tell them when you order!!!! Otherwise...dont say I didnt warn you. Oh....one other thing....the service is minimal....friendly, pretty quick to take order...but minimal after youre served. Would love to see this restaurant survive. Go in and give it a try!

Wild boar chilly is my favorite over here 😋, they do have lots of authentic Indian and Nepali menu options. We tried momo and some other dishes and everything was worth the price.

A really cool completely unexpected surprise tucked away in the emerald hills. Amazing Nepalese and very solid Indian food. Its soooo good. I stumbled into this place by accident. I was so glad I did. I had a wild boar dish and malai koftas. Both were amazing. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

A great meal here with family. Our waiter made us feel like family telling us stories of living in Nepal. Food was delicious and it was quiet enough we could really enjoy our conversation. Good for kids too. They provided a high chair for my nephew.

My first time eating Nepalese cuisine. I read that it is a blend of Indian, Chinese, and Tibetan cultures. Aroma Houses food was so good! The Service was fast, attentive and friendly too. We ordered Samosa, Chili Paneer, Buff Chili Momo, Lamb Vindaaloo and Garlic Naan. We finished all of it! Looking forward to going back soon to try more items on their menu! BYOB

I visited Aroma House yesterday after three years, and Im happy to say that they still maintain the same great quality and taste. I tried many dishes during my visit and all of them were really good, but for me, the Buff Chow mein stood out as the best. The flavor was amazing and the portion size was huge. What really stood out to me, though, was the excellent hospitality from everyone, especially Deepak Dai. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Aroma House to anyone looking for delicious Nepali food and great service.

Friendly, efficient, great flavors. Our dinner was delicious, wine pours generous, Momos and papadams were fresh and flavorful, chicken, fish, and lamb were all excellent. Highly recommend this lovely neighborhood spot. Super staff.

The food and the service here was exceptional! For the appetizer, I ate the veg chili momo. The momo stuffing was delicious and the chili sauce was terrific (very tangy, havent had something like that even in Nepal). For the main course, I had the veg chowmein and the aloo tama bara: both were fantastic. The veg chowmein literally transported me back to Kathmandu. My friends had the buff chili momo for the appetizer and, along with the veg chowmein, ate the chicken choila set -- they loved it every bit as much as I loved what I ate.

Been here at least a dozen times since it opened last year. Great food, beautiful artwork (painted by a friend of the owner) and friendly staff. Chicken chili momos are a must, and the lamb Korma is fantastic. Sad to be leaving RWC soon, Im gonn miss this place!

Been to their places many times when they were on Sunnyvale. It’s sad due to fire they had to permanently close that place but whenever i will be in redwood city, i am definitely coming to this place. They deserve the business. I have seen Nepali owner treating their employees badly in other few Nepali restaurant but the owner here is very nice and treats his employees with respect. Overall its a great experience. Must try it 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The Pani puri was bad. The puri was agreed old. The puri werent fresh and were too soft. The veg pakora was too fried in the outside and the insides werent cooked properly. The pakora was cooked in high flame.The chicken Momos were good. The trees was good. The cauliflower appetizer was ok. Neither was great nor bad.The veg chowmein was ok. It had lot of pepper. I think they thought adding pepper will make the dish spicy.Service is too slow. They werent available to begin with. We had to find someone to help us seated.If you want to visit the place, fried chicken Momos are good to have. The rest can be ignored.

We had to wait for a good 45-60 mins for your Luke warm food to arrive. Eventually when the food came sadly it was tough meat and had other food item had human hair.We were excited to try out authentic Nepalese food. Figured it’s not for us.
