Super friendly chefs, well-prepared fresh sushi rolls, tasty veggie miso soup. I loved the laid-back atmosphere that didnt take away from the meals high standard. We had top-notch sushi prepared by an experienced chef who seems to love what he does! Chef Masa even created edible critters on our large sushi plate and ice cream as a creative, playful touch. Certainly would visit again!
COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! I wish I could give this place a zero. I have over paid for this garbage more than a few times and this is the last. Others deserve to know what kind of establishment they are potentially giving their money to. This is third time getting chicken teriyaki delivered, the chicken WAS NOT fully cooked and also came without what?....... teriyaki sauce...... if you order from here consider checking the meat they have cooked. Not surprised, definitely dissapointed that this place has gotten a single dollar from me.
I placed an order from Amazon Now and the food arrived in decent time. I ordered the salmon terriyaki bento, it had rice, salmon, broccoli, and miso soup. The salmon was a bit salty, the sauce was on the side and it was very watery, not terriyaki but seemed more like a miso sesame dressing. The broccoli was terrible. It had been oversteamed so much that it was tasteless, melted in your mouth like bad microwave steamed broccoli. It was rather disappointing and terrible enough that I actually did not want to eat anymore which was a surprise. Its one of those meals that if I continued to eat I would just make myself feel worse. The sushi I ordered my son was okay however from the look of it, the rice looked mushy and the seaweed didnt even wrap around it. I will not be ordering take out from this place again.
This is the spot!!! Sometimes it gets busy. Sometimes its not. Definitely worth it either way. The rolls melted in my mouth! Kind cashier and super sweet low key restuarant.
This is not a review of the food. I never received my food even after sitting in there waiting for over an hour after I was told it would be 15 minutes. I wouldn’t mind waiting an hour for food, just don’t lie to me and all the poor delivery drivers waiting with me telling us it would be 15 min.No reason to order from this place when you could go to so many other sushi restaurants in LA
Pretty average food & long wait to get take away. We ordered teriyaki chicken (very bland & rubbery) with rice (wasnt Japanese round rice), avocado salmon rolls (reasonable, but loosely rolled), vegetable Udon (watery) & miso soup (sea weed water with hardly any miso). Would not go back
Im new to the area and I have been ordering here frequently. I usually get eel and spicy salmon rolls and am happy with the portions, price and quality.Today, however, was the first time I took a bite of the salmon roll and realized it was DEFINITELY spoiled. It tasted and smelled rotten. I called to tell them to throw the salmon out, thinking it was just a one off and hoping for a replacement and an apology, but the owner argued with me incessantly about how I didn’t know what spicy salmon tastes like (LOL). I’m sure we ALL know what rotten fish smells like. He then told me he would look up in his system if I had truly ever even been to the restaurant and know what I’m talking about as if I was LYING?!??TAKE PEOPLES HEALTH INTO CONSIDERATION!! If something is spoiled and a customer calls to tell you, YOU SHOULD THROW IT AWAY. The owner refused to and kept arguing with me. I didn’t even ask for a refund I wanted to make sure other people don’t get sick.P.S. I added a photo of one of my orders because I’m INSULTED that you question my integrity. My first time and only the miso soups was watery and with out flavor, I ask for cold te green tea and they serve me a bottle green tea horrible, but no bathroom to wash your hands. So plain food

The service attitude of this hotel is not good, the boss is not reasonable, the staff does not have a smile, the hygiene is not clean, the meal delivery time is not timely, before eating with friends, they found cockroaches on the table, and they did not deal with it. Dont go to this place to eat.
Struggling to find any positives from this meal. The sushi was bland, soggy, and overpriced. You have to do better when you have great sushi everywhere in this area.

Overall very good sushi rolls and the salmon skin salad was distinctly different and tasty. Skip the agadashi tofu as if failed miserably.

Ordered food for delivery. Took over an hour to deliver and it was then delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted them to see what could be done, they refused to help and hung up on me.

2022-01-01 03:12:00DO NOT ORDER!!! I saw online that the pick up orders were 10-15mins. I called and ASKED what the wait would be the person who answered confirmed 15 mins. When we got there to pick up our order, they wouldnt even talk to us. I literally would have just come back in an hour if they just said that. After an hour of literally nothing, we left. Worst customer service ever.

2017-12-04 01:40:35Initially I was hesitant because there werent any other customers then I saw the menu prices. Nonetheless I tried the HOUSE ROLL. Guys this was the first time a roll ever melted in my mouth. Im definitely going back tomorrow in attempts to recreate the sheer satisfaction I got from eating this delicious roll. By far The Best sushi Ive had. Im going to rate 5 star on the one take out roll alone but will update upon dine in experience.

The shrimp addition for $2 was literally 2 shrimp! The egg was pickled, not soft-boiled, detracting from the flavor instead of adding to it.The Chicken Udon was bland and flavorless. My boyfriend found it inedible.Both takeout bowls were very small. Including tip these 2 dishes were over $50. A huge waste of money! We love supporting local but that doesn’t mean supporting bad dining.~As left on Uber Eats
