What a hidden gem. The seafood selection is outstanding! Clams, crabs, shrimps, crayfish, etc, etc. Also, the kalbi ribs are great. We even didnt get to try the extensive sushi selection, and will certainly return.

Pretty decent buffet experience. Loved the flute version of popular songs playing in the background. The sushi was pretty good and tasted fresh. Mussels and clams hit the spot. The mussel salad was a standout, with sweet chili sauce. Kung pow was another decent dish.

What a hidden gem, I’ve had The best Asian buffet ever!!!I was surprised by the quality and flavor of the food, like really every dish was tasty.I loved the mussels, scallops, clams, the fresh sushi 🍣 great variety.The salad bar was on point, so fresh.For dessert the cheesecake, the pink budding, tapioca pudding and the ice cream 🍦Like the vibe, the music was so pleasantThey where cleaning all the time.The restroom was pretty descent.

Went on a Saturday for lunch. Can get packed very quickly. The chickens (orange, general tso, mandarin) are good and on par. The beef and broccoli not so much.Id avoid the desserts and go right to the fruits. The soups are good.

During a weekday lunchtime visit, finding parking was a breeze. The buffet impressed me with its cleanliness; it was probably the cleanest and most affordable one Ive ever experienced. At $20 per person, the food quality surpassed that of other buffets Ive tried. Im definitely planning to return!

My family comes to this place once a month and I never get tired of their crispy crab, mussels, oysters and clams.I always enjoy the Chinese donut with the creamy vanilla ice cream for dessert. Try that combination. Yumm.

Probably the best Asian buffet Ive ever enjoyed. Besides a great selection of sushi, they had a wonderful selection of sashimi (which isnt normally offered in a buffet), lots of other delicious foods including fried squid, octopus, etc. An incredible selection for those who want something besides just orange chicken.

Best tasting food with great selection for a value priced buffet. They also have dine-in with limited capacity and require masks. Every time a diner gets food they will give you new gloves to wear so you would not contaminate the food.

This buffet has a little bit of everything, sushi, orange chicken, Korean BBQ, seafood, and more. All of it was pretty good, it was filling and delicious, however it was really really expensive at least for a budget. I paid 30 bucks for the buffet.

This restaurant offers a great variety of Asian cuisine from traditional Chinese dishes like broccoli beef to Japanese sushi and rolls, they also have Korean ribs, seafood dishes and a dessert table. At $16.99 on weekends it has great value with a very flavorful menu. Also noticed this time they had seafood Cajun style that was awesome. I hope they keep it.

For the money you really cant fault this place. The sushi and rolls I would pass on, same for most of the desserts, but the heart is in the other Asian fare. Fried rice, solid with plenty of wok hay flavor. Big old plump juicy mussels prepared a million ways, fried head-on shrimpies, General Tso chicken, steamed clams, noodles galore, its all great quality at a bargain. The interior gives me California casino vibes. Im here for it, down with it, a little beat up overall but has plenty of character.Go for some cardio to earn some calories and re-up on your glycogen stores with some delectable delights at Asia Buffet.

Delicious due to amazing food being cooked. Very tender meat with many spices. Also has classic vegetarian dishes like tofu eggplant that you rarely see at buffets. Very reasonably priced at $16.99 for lunch. It can get a little loud due to the number of children and the staff can be a bit inattentive but theyre all very kind. Highly recommend considering theres nothing nearby for a good 40 mins thats also an all day buffet.Update: up to 17.99 now, food is slightly worse, but all in all still worth it if you want some good cheap Asian eats. Great for kids too.Update 2: up to 18.99 now, food quality back up to old standards. Still strong point of non deep fried meats coupled with rice, noodles and soup make this a worthy outing. Evidently my review saying this place is great for kids has been too effective! Now I need noise cancelling headphones for all the crying and screaming but still love coming here for an amazing meal.Update 3: we are down to one server and a swarm of children. So expect more typical stone faced Asian customer service and screaming kids. Food is as good as ever and they even had spinach this time! Always excellent meat coupled with veggies and soup makes this a relatively healthy alternative to me cooking for myself. All that remains now is avoiding the temptation of fries and ice cream! A nice change in music too due to Christmas and considering that their usual soundtrack was oppressive already, this was a breath of fresh air!Update 4: Buyer Beware of Holidays! $30 to eat lunch here on a Saturday. Most of the food I tried we’re pretty good. If you like shrimp this is the place for you. They have shrimp served many different ways. Just stay away from the star shaped Japanese confectionery it was hard like a rock.

Probably one of my favorite Chinese buffets of all time. Growing up this was always a family favorite whenever we were heading north or coming down south on the 5, and its nice to know I can take my own family now. I know many buffets didnt survive being shutdown the last 2 years but Im happy that Asia Buffet did (because they deserve to). Food has always been consistently good and fresh. They have a plethora of choices and even offer sushi and hibachi grill. This place is very popular locally so you can expect it to be very busy during lunch and dinner rushes. They have plenty of seating so large parties shouldnt have a problem getting seated. My personal favorites from the menu: egg drop soup, orange chicken, fried chicken wings and General Tsos.

Me and my family have been eating here whenever there’s a a birthday or any event it was good but whenever we’re coming, the food it’s getting not as good as before. Plus tonight me and my sisters ate here, the fruits are not fresh anymore and I was still eating and wanted to get more but the waitress give us the bill and the fortune cookies. I lost my appetite when she gave us the bill. And the same waitress bumped me a couple times and she never apologized.

I asked one of the waiters to please clean up restroom because there was a left stall that needed immediate attention and she ignored me, I then walk to cashier and explained that there is 2 stalls in the restroom and there is blood in the floor and a clogged red water toilette that needs to be cleaned and she said I had to wait till later when they close and then the anger was notified because I told her that she needs to go and take a look and she did and told manager and the manger goes in there and looks at the blood in floor and a blood clogged roulette and says just use the next stall and did not order none to clean it that was so discusting that they would not attend the restroom and seen nothing wrong with having blood on your floor! I will never return here ✋ bad service, bad hygiene straight nasty🤮 I do not recommend what makes you think if they are running the restaurant like this and dont care to clean what you can see what kind of kitchen they are running! 😠

I have been eating at this All You Can Eat Buffet for 6 years. It is a family own and running business.They always served a lots of varieties. I am sure you would be easy to find something you like. Holy Moly now THATS a serious selection of food! And while mostly the cuisine was Asian in entirety - there was the obligatory seafood and seemingly never ending dessert selection. NEVER an economically feasible option for me as the recipient of a gastric bypass (pesky, yet effective!) I still pile my plate to a height that even the pre-op me couldnt have tackled. At least, not w/out intimidation! In this post Covid world, sanitation was impressive, the shoving and pushing was not just kept to a minimum-it was non-existent. Not in - expensive and nor should it have been because it was AWESOME! Made abusing the no doggie bag policy well worth it. My remarks are primarily centered around the lack of professionalism and sensitivity of Asia Buffets manager. We arranged in advanced to have my mother-in-laws funeral meal there. The burial was running a little behind schedule and my sister-in-law received multiple calls from the manager about when we were arriving. There was a persistence mixed with a lack of awareness that she had just buried her mother and his dogged questions about arrival time was in poor taste. Understand he needs to run a business, but even a second-rate professional would have found a more compassionate way to resolve the issue. The serving staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was decent and they kept the place clean and sanitary (at least from what I could see). But during the end, this inconsiderate manager popped up again to ask in a loud voice, Who is paying for the food?!? Even though he had only been interacting with my sister-in-law, he felt the need to blurt that out to no one in particular in our group. Only excuse I could see this was his first day on the job as a manager after many years as a car repossessor or maybe a carnival barker. I wish the manager had the same class and professionalism that his servers exhibited. Wouldve made the experience far nicer and far less aggravating.

Best buffet period I have ever been to in OC. Everything is great and hot as the food is replaced often because of the many people that eat here since the food has no time to sit under heat lamps. Great prices and ignore the complainers. These are the same people who are never happy no matter what! We have been coming here once a week or more for over three years and always leave happy with the great quality and flavor in this food! Prices are very good as well. Dinner on Fri, Sat. and Sun. are the better choice for variety for under $17 per person plus any drinks. Plus they do not RUSH you at all like one person said! Enjoy!

I visited in 2015 and the food was amazing!I visited on Saturday, October 10. They asked us if we wanted to be seated inside or outside. Everything was good except for the sushi. I love sushi. Love the huge variety, food is delicious and fresh, price is very reasonable for what you get, has beer and wine (I love the plum wine), has carpet so you can have a conversation and hear each other, nicely remodeled, has an additional room for overflow crowd, lots of free parking. They are still charging the normal $17 for dinner, with less variety than is usually on the lunch buffet. Also, every other dish was just loaded with salt. Im not talking a little salty, I mean my mouth was burning from the saltiness 20 minutes later.I wasnt in love with the servers giving you a tiny little spoonful of whatever you ask for and then staring at you as if to say are you done yet? I realize this is not your normal job, but maybe at least pretend that you like your customers.Overall, I was really just shocked, Ive always had very good service here and very good value of food for the money. Best time to go is when they serve their dinner menu because thats when they serve the king crab legs. They used to serve them during lunch and dinner, but now only offer it during the latter.As for the rest of the food, its your typical buffet: fried, greasy, bland from basking under heat lamps all day. The sushi is decent, and their sushi variety continues to expand. The fruit always looks great and tastes fresh and ripe. Their service is good and you can tell they try their hardest to earn an honest living, so I always make sure to tip when its deserved.TIP: *Seniors get a discount, but you must mention it. They typically wont go out of their way to provide you with this discount. *Also, remember to go during their dinner service starting around 5pm to take advantage of their crab legs! *They serve special menus on holidays with higher-quality items that they dont usually serve.

Lots of variety that includes beef, pork, fish, shrimp, soup, noodles, vegetables, fruits and some OK ice cream... etc. They have a very good salad bar that I rarely eat because I go for the main courses and get stuffed. The price for lunch is about $12 and the food is not bland as others say and is replaced often because they are always busy. As far as service as others say, it is average and not very friendly. It appears the servers/waitresses dont like being there, but ignore them and enjoy the buffet. There are a lot of selections to choose from.

If you are starving, have money to burn, feel like being treated rudely, and all the other actually GOOD places to eat nearby are closed, then go here.Otherwise skip it. SO disappointing. Some hits and some misses. If the hits were better Id go back but i dont think this place will be in our list again any time soon. The sushi rolls were among the hits. The crab and baked shrimp were misses for me. Crab was mushy, and I didnt peel the baked shrimp before biting into it and so had to spit out the shell and shrimp. Empty glasses and un-cleared plates waited far too long on our table for a buffet where you cant get yourself a soda or water refill.. Servers aside from hostess evidently didnt speak or understand English well, which made getting a refill when they did come by the table more difficult. But, overall the food won it for me, and a reasonable price (12 bucks a person or so at lunch time).

I had a craving for an Asian buffet so I went here yesterday Sunday afternoon. There was a birthday party and the place was packed. The selection of food was good. They had duck, sushi, ribs, fries, the usual fried rice, clams, shirmp and everything else an Asian buffet should have. So no complaints on the selection. More than adequate. The food was mediocre. It wasnt disgusting (like the Golden Coral, yuk) but was not top notch. To be fair most buffet are not that great because its massed produced but I have tasted better food. Overall I cant complain too much. Nice place to pig out and treat the kids if you have them.

When I first moved here 6 years ago, I stopped at Asia Buffett and WAS NOT impressed. Not many choices and the food seemed to be old as it sat in the hot trays.A friend told me recently that I should give it a second chance. OK. I dont know if they went under new ownership or they brought in a new chef, but it was 100% better. No, its not gonna be up to the standards of a 5 star Chinese restaurant, but for a buffet, I was impressed.My son and I went on a weekend. They have an extended menu on the weekends that includes boiled crab legs and duck. Their sushi bar was extensive and had many choices. I could just snarf down their Asian BBQ pork ribs, an appetizer, for an entire meal. Both my son and I love their General Zaos chicken as our favorite dish. There is so much to chose from we couldnt try them all in one trip.In conclusion, this place isnt a gourmet Asian restaurant. Its a buffet. But now, not a bad Asian buffet at all.

Great place for lunch, so many tasty options! Good sushi options since there is a whole row of sushi to choose from. Lots of salad, fruit, many Chinese options, fried foods like plantains and fries, seafood, meat, soft serve, it is a huge buffet. I go there for the sushi in particular, and some days the sushi is really really delish, and some days it is just mid-range tasty, but still very well worth it. Yum! Since there are so many options, this is a good place to bring a group of people who have a very wide range of preferences in foods. Something for everyone. Sometimes it gets very loud, as many all-you-can-eat buffets do.

My grandma 81 loves it. I was very very VERY careful what I ate. I know we were a bit early for dinner (5pm) but half of it looked as if it was there from lunch. We had a fun time anyway. Staff was friendly and some foods looked fresh so I gave them two stars. One suggestion i would like to make is that they shouldnt put chicken and beef right next to shell fish. One mistake by a patron placing wrong serving uttencil in the wrong dish and ur beef is contaminated with shell fish. Some people are very allergic to shell fish, like someone in my party was. He didnt eat much because of how close most food was to shell fish. Lobster and shrimp and muscles (any shellfish) should all be kept away from other foods. We likely wont go back for that reason. But I will take grandma if she wants me to - but I may not eat myself. ***also if they are not careful with how they lay and where they lay out shellfish where the customer can see it - then are they using the same knives to cut a muscle as they do to cut the samoln or pizza? Lol i was scared for my friend.
