This place is okay. Its not that famous like other pho restaurants. The pho is okay. Broth is not that good. The noodle still kinda hard. The chao fun plate taste is very plain. The fish ball and meat on the Chao fun tasted overdue. Customer service is bad. The guy serving us is very quiet. He just came to our table and took our order, and left. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Welp, looks like new owners. Theyve changed the setting to appeal more of a younger crowd. I wouldnt say its a pho spot anymore. And more of a tea place. They raised the prices. Changed the meat and the broth. Both at a lower quality of what they once were. Service is ok. Young man at the front is cool.

First time trying the pho and omg let me tell you that this is the best broth I’ve had ever!!!!! Will definitely be going back and it’s close to where I live!! Gotta try the pho.

I had the Chicken Chow Mein & the Shrimp Fried Rice.The Shrimp Fried Rice was hands down one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The Rice itself was very flavorful and beautifully caramelized.The chicken Chow Mein was so good. Very savory and the chicken was cooked well too.The customer service was great. The server was very kind and so was the cook. I’m so glad I tried this place. I highly recommend you all try it.Will definitely be coming here soon.

My husbands new favorite place. The broth of the Pho is on point. I love how you do not need to add anything to it. Service is always friendly & quick. Its hard to find a good place for good food & this place is #1 for us.

The service has gone down hill lately. The coconut drink not only has been watered down but theyve add so much ice that you can empty a cup in one sip. Customer Service at these Asian restaurants are usually garbage but this one is especially low. They dont ask to fill your water or drinks at all. FSYA 2x med bowl of pho and 2x coconut drinks = $42.

The customer service was definitely SUPER unprofessional! My boyfriend and I walked in and the waitress just stared at us for a good 10 seconds before saying anything. I had to ask if we were to be seated anywhere, she didn’t bring us a menu, we again had to ask. I was ignored when I asked for straws and she wasn’t attentive to the customers. I’m only rating 3 stars and not any less because the food was pretty good LOL. Just wished there was better customer service! Def could’ve have been a 5

Customer service is ok. Pho is really good here. Good amount of pho for price. Not too busy everytime I visit so I dont have to wait long. If u like chowfun they have one of my favorite ones.

The food was small portion but priced a little much. The food tasted bland no matter how much i add sauces and even the veggies to get a taste of something good. The boba shakes on the menu says $4 but when i went to pay she charged me $4.50 and my daughter was not done with her small bowl of pho but one of the ladies was shooing her out and telling her stop eating and go already. Very rude. Then she went and got her cleaning cart to clear off our table. We were the only ones who was at that place and now i clearly can see why. I will never take my family there to eat that place ever again.

Great place for pho. Their broth is really good and hearty. Although some of the staff here does not speak a lot of English, they try their best to help you out. I come here once a while when I want a hearty pho broth :)

Came here since I have t been in a long time. Spent $70 for 3 small bowls of pho + 2 drinks. A little pricey. Just going to stick to my usual restaurant on McKinley and 1st.

Ordered shrimp Spring Rolls to go w/ peanut sauce. Got them back to the office, and they were the scimpiest, gummiest, stale rolls Ive ever tasted. There was one tiny shrimp, brown lettuce, dry noodle, and a slice of a meat I cannot describe the flavor or texture of, and no sauce to wash it down with. The restaurant was filthy inside, the door was so disgusting I used a napkin on handle to exit.

I go here with my grandparents a lot. This place has the best pho in town. I went to another restaurant just to try it out, nope, I keep coming back to this one. Amazing food with amazing prices! Great restaurant!!!

Pho is delicious. Beware of the size of the bowl. Extra large was to serve 2 people. I had a hard time finishing the bowl alone. Grilled pork bah mi was delicious as well.

Worst experience EVER! The older lady there with shorter hair was too busy and didnt even take our whole order (There wasnt even that much people). She just left when we said three number 1. And didnt even take orders for drinks. Also, when I asked her whats the combo in number 1? She just kept saying I too busy, dont say a lot, I too busy. Would not recommend going here. Plus she didnt even prep our food thoroughly and left out so many things!I dont even know how this store is running with employees like this. DO NOT GO HERE! WORST SERVICE EVER!

ROACHES!!!!!! I ordered 2 seafood Phos. When I tasted mine the flavor was very sweet. I asked if they have added sugar and the waitress said yes.I requested to speak with the owner/manager, the lady with the. very short hair. I requested to have my Pho exchanged for one without sugar, but she said she couldnt change it. I told her that Pho is Not sweet and with a very bad attitude she exchanged the Pho for a new one which it was just boiled water with no flavor and the seafood from the previous Pho was put to the new one... I know this because I had added chili oil to the previous plate and the seafood had chili oil. I was very disappointed, but very hungry so I started eating my food. The worst part was when I reached to add some lime and a HUGE ROACH came from underneath my plate. I also noticed roaches on top of the counter where the cash register is located. I am reporting this case to the Health Department. Please dont eat HERE!!!!!!!
