This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Laguna Niguel. The food is delicious. I ordered wonton soup, Mongolian beef, and a special order of steamed chicken and vegetables which the gladly made. The atmosphere is great and I really like how they are very pet friendly for our well behaved small dog. Everything was perfect!

The food was good. It did seem a bit overpriced, but this is a decent option for what they offer. The green beans were our favorite dish. The sesame chicken was mostly breading because of how thinly sliced it was

I am a big fan of this place. For years I had grown weary of Chinese food. So glad I found this place. Such a rich tapestry of flavors and great service. Owner Chris is graciously genuine. Dont walk, run over tonight and eat, eat eat.

This is my 4th time here in a month and each time is at least $80.00 with this being said…food is very good but customer service needs improvement, the waiter from today served me on my prior visit to this one as well, he’s in a rush, doesn’t ask you if you need chili sauce, soy sauce, etc…I asked him to bring me the biggest bowl of white rice and brings me the regular size bowl they have, my husband asked for a 2nd “Shirley Temple” drink and once hubby took a sip he said the 2nd one was missing orange juice. I ordered at the end a Vietnamese ice coffee to go, and he brings me this ugly Coca Cola container with the coffee to go, I told this waiter that I will like the ice coffee on their see thru plastic containers which if you ordered this coffee online, is served in a see thru plastic cup instead of this ugly Coca Cola cup, and he brought me this plastic tape to put over cup 😒, waiter either doesn’t understand English and his attitude doesn’t help or he just doesn’t want to make customers happy and wants to do it his way. He seemed to be bothered every time we asked for something, maybe he should not work there. Waiter not friendly.I’m not dining in anymore. The owners are completely different and friendly when you go, they cater to their customers, not this guy.

I love Asian kitchen!! Ever since they opened 4 years ago my husband and I have been regularly enjoying their amazing food! The dim sum is fantastic and I absolutely love their wonton noodle soup with roast duck. The Singapore style noodles are another must have favorite!

I places a takeout for Thai Fried Rice which contained pineapple. I received a small container of chopped red chili with oil. There was no pineapple or chili taste. It just had an oily taste.

We have been here a few times. At first we did really enjoyed the food. But unfortunately they have a really rude waiter and inconsistent customer service. Last time we were here was during dinner hours, and the owners were sitting at the bar with their laptops doing payroll. Very unprofessional.

So happy I decided to try this place. Im extremely picky and havent had Asian cuisine since my last visit to NYC in 09. I ordered the Beef and Broccoli and the beef was tender (not chewy). The portion was large and it came with rice. I tried to BBQ Dumplings and they were yummy. Looking forward to trying more Dim Sum. FYI Dining room and wrap around bar is OPEN.

The owners and management here are amazing! They took our large party of 30 people at the last minute for a birthday party and took care of us from the beginning to end. The food was delicious! The owner of the restaurant even helped cut the birthday cake at the end. Our family was truly grateful for the great service and for taking care of our large party within such short notice. If youre looking for a nice place to host an event or want really great Chinese food, come visit Asian Kitchen.

I got vegetable fried rice today because I’m in a hurry and having the runs. This dish should be tasty, cheap and soul satisfying since it is certainly not healthy. They were stingy with the egg. Undercooked broccoli, frozen carrots and peas, minuscule amounts of fresh vegetables Didn’t taste like anything and put me back $16. Laguna Niguel prices I guess. Skip this place

This is a fairly good choice for Chinese food in the area of Laguna Niguel. That they have a full bar is a huge benefit.I would have preferred to give this establishment more stars; but while the quality of the food is good overall and the service is also good, the food is often greasy, which I would like to see change.

This is legitimately one of our favorite places to eat in Dana Point overall and it’s our favorite Chinese food restaurant on planet earth.One of the biggest positives to Asian Kitchen is the consistency, it’s never missed in satisfying our group, no matter who it’s been. Everything we’ve tried on the menu, which is a lot, is fresh, very well prepared, and never greasy. Between all of us in the family we’ve tried Orange Chicken, Kitchens Chicken, Orange Tofu (you have to special order this one but they’re kind enough to whip it up for vegetarians), all the fried rices (shrimp fried rice is something special), Dan Dan Noodles, Mu Shu, White chicken with broccoli (gluten and dairy free), Beef and broccoli, steak and shrimp, and Won ton soup.They’ll even make the fried rice without soy sauce if you need it gluten free.Service is excellent, the owner walks around with a friendly demeanor, the prices are super reasonable, and the food is just so consistently good. We’re actually headed there right now again because writing this review has made us hungry. 7/5 stars.I know this review seems over dramatic but it really is excellent food. You can go here and order with confidence. If you see a dish you normally like on their menu, it will be made well here.

Found this restaurant on line. I was looking for an eggplant dish and saw good reviews so I decided to try. I ordered the eggplant and added tofu to it. It was my first time at this restaurant and could not be happier! The food was delicious and the service was even better! They also have hot jasmine tea! I am definitely coming back! EVERYTHING - I mean EVERYTHING on the menu was absolutely fantastic! Not only is the food very tasty, but light and healthy. The owners, Chris and Loren, are a genuinely sweet couple whove worked so hard to make a wonderful restaurant. The atmosphere is exquisite and very authentically done with a modern twist. So comfortable to sit inside and out. Im having my friends from northern Orange County make the trip to this place because it is exceptional and worth the drive!

This place was fantastic. Sitting outside on the patio was peaceful and its decorated beautifully. But of course, even better is the food. We had the Seafood Tofu Claypot and it was one of the best things Ive eaten in months. I could eat that every single day. The tofu was fried perfectly, the mushrooms were fantastic, the broth was unforgettable. My wife got the sweet and sour pork which was also wonderful - very crispy and the sauce was the perfect mix of tangy and sweet. We also had a pair of BBQ Pork Buns, and those were some of the best Ive had in a while, as well. If we lived in the area, this would be my new go-to restaurant. Maybe we should move! Oh, one last thing. The service is fantastic. Everyone is so kind and really make you feel like a valued customer. This is an amazing restaurant. 加油·！

Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. Great stop. They have a a wonderful wine selection and my husband got hot sake. I ordered the fish in black bean and it was prepared perfectly. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and great service.

I only do reviews when the food is horrible or amazing! This was the latter. I was hesitant because the name implies its some California style Chinese food but I was wrong. As native New Yorker Im pretty picky about my Chinese food. I tried them out and it was REALLY good! The server was friendly which I dont typically care about. Chinese people can be rude..it doesnt effect me eating at their restaurant so his kindness was a plus. I had the aromatic shrimp and the BBQ fried rice. I literally wish I could eat it again this week but I only eat out on my cheat day. I highly recommend you try them, for real!

The dining space is a little cramped and the Boulevardier didnt hit right... but let me tell you about the food The ingredients are humble but the quality and flavor was impeccable. The meat is fall apart tender and juicy; the meat complimented all of the available sides. The goat cheese based Mac and cheese and chickpea croquettes are a must.

Ordered food to go last night and I was extremely happy with both the service I received and the food. Gabbie was a lovely host and walked me through the menu so easily. I ordered the beef chow mein, Thai fried rice, and egg rolls, and they were all amazing! So much flavour and I was not disappointed at all. This place is absolutely amazing. My fiance and I went there for dinner and the staff is so nice and welcoming and attentive. They also have these gas burners next to each table that not only look elegant but provide a cozy warm dining experience. Everything from the appetizers to the main course was delicious. I highly recommend this place, trust me you will not regret it.

My wife and I have been coming here for years, since Asian Kitchen was once in Dana Point. There is no finer Chinese food, faster service or finer people to serve it than here. Everything is under control since the Virus. Food is brought out to you HOT and delicious! Chris and Lauren have never forgotten us and we never forget them. It is a bit far for us to drive (San Clemente), but it is definitely worth the drive, and you will too.

We got dinner from this place for the first time and were extremely disappointed. I dont know how it could get such high reviews. We felt all of the dishes we ordered were very bland and some items just flat out were flavorless. The egg foo young was practically inedible! They serve it with a gelatinous gravy that while loaded with vegetables, completely lacks in flavor and didnt help the overly onion filled bland eggs. Everything else we ordered was bland as well. There are better choices around Laguna Niguel for Chinese food, like China Moon which is 1,000x better. We wont be ordering from this place ever again, thats for sure.

Fantastic food. Not some greasy fast asian food joint, but real food!! Prices are not bad. Service is friendly food is always tasty and fresh. I finally found a place that’s close with some fire food. This place is always on point. We go in or order take out at least 3 times a week. The food was ok. Sizzling rice soup was bland. I thought the S&P Calamari was decent, my wife didnt eat any after the 1st bite. Son ordered tofu lettuce wraps. Huge serving but only ate one. My partner and I dined at Asian Kitchen for our second time, this evening. The couple that owns the restaurant used to manage a restaurant in Dana Point, that we frequented for years before moving to Mission Viejo, and we have only had great experiences dining with them. So we were very excited to learn about their new restaurant opening at Marina Hills in Laguna Niguel.The food is fantastic, and we are very picky when it comes to good Asian cuisine. Its a genre that is severely lacking (great places at least) in this area. We have tried quite a few dishes, and they were ALL excellent, but I am especially loving the Salt & Pepper Calamari and the French Style Beef.I hope that Asian Kitchen has a successful and bright future ahead. We will be weekly regulars, just as we were in Dana. Thank you for the wonderful food and hospitality!!!

One of the best Chinese food my wife and I have experienced in Laguna Niguel. I would recommend highly to anyone who like real Chinese food with a little Singapore flavor and if are not sure what to order, just ask Chris Leong, the owner, for recommendations. We really enjoyed the atmosphere there and their prices are really reasonable. We dont have to travel far from now on if we want really good Chinese/Singapore food.
