Very unique and delicious. Two of these fills my stomach and much better ingredients than factory made hamburgers. Their Yubu is absolutely amazing. Open kitchen makes you feel ensured that they consider the hygiene as priority. There are plenty of parking spaces and it is a new building so everything seems pretty well maintained
I had to check out what all the hype was about this place, and it did not disappoint!! I ordered three yubu for myself - creamy myungran (it was my favorite!), bulgogi, and spicy pork, and they were all super tasty and filling. It was the perfect balance of the sweetness of yubu with the savory toppings. The staffs were very friendly, and I loved the clean and minimal space as well. Cant wait to go back and try different toppings!
Summary: small parking, get crowded easily, friendly staff, can take a long time to prepare, outstanding flavor, will for sure come back.I saw on Instagram that this place was open on Labor Day, so I brought my family along to try the food. Atoyubu is tucked away in a small plaza with limited parking.Inside, the place had a bright and minimalistic feel. I ordered using a big tablet with payment options, and the employee was so helpful to guide me through the menu interaction (swipe but not scroll). My order consisted of (1) Lemon Pepper Salmon, (2) Garlic Butter Crab, (3) Myungran Crab, (4) Grilled Bulgogi, and (5) Grilled Eel.The employee grabbed my kitchen receipt, asked and wrote down my name, then informed me that it would take 20 to 25 minutes. When I returned to pick up the food later, I overheard that the wait time then was 40 minutes! I would highly suggest to visit them early to avoid long wait time.Now, about the food. I was disappointed with the Garlic Butter Crab and Myungran Crab because they tasted very similar. I couldnt really tell the difference -- the hint of butter and garlic was nowhere to be found. The Lemon Pepper Salmon came with a tiny lemon piece that didnt add much flavor when squeezed over the salmon. On the other hand, the bulgogi and grilled eel were really tasty and had their own distinct flavors.
Delicciousss. Tried six different yubu and they all made me smile. Really rich flavors. The eel and the spicy tuna were my favorites. Very kind staff, too, and the food came out pretty quickly.
I don’t write many reviews, but I had to for this place. I stopped by Atoyubu for dinner yesterday and let me tell you- Atoyubu did not disappoint. This is a Korean-Japanese fusion restaurant. The cup is made of fried tofu and stuffed with seasoned rice and it is delicious. I tried Lemon Pepper Salmon Yubu, Garlic Butter Crab Yubu, Buldak Yubu, and Grilled Bulgogi Yubu. I shared this with my wife for dinner and we were both impressed by the size and the taste. The presentation was so nice I almost did not want to eat it, but I was hungry. Ordering was very simple and straightforward. The owners were very professional and the place was spotless. This place has a very nice vibe with music playing in the background. Plenty of seating & brand new everything. A definite must try!

This yubu place is a hidden gem! Great vibes and staff was super friendly. The menu offers wide range of flavors and balanced with great flavors. My favorite was Creamy Myungran and can’t wait to try other ones again.You wont be disappointed.

Get here early, and do expect a wait, but I can absolutely say its worth it.The Miso Soup tastes like a warm homemade hugAnd the Inari itself is soft, sweet, well seasoned, and fantastically filling, 3 pieces is enough to make you satisfied.
Really good Yubu Sushi stuff here. Consistent and tasty. Also, the amount of food you get in one sushi is surprisingly satisfying. Would highly recommend!

Horrible experience. I went down there 2 times. The first time was 1.5 hours before closing time. They ran out of food. The 2nd time was today. Also ran out of food and it was 1.2 hours from closing.We drove for 70 minutes to try their food. Never going back.
I’ve had yubu before. And wasn’t a fan…but this place was amazing! The bulgogi and the spicy chicken were amazing!

First time I came here was on a Saturday at 1:30pm ish. They were already sold out but a worker came out to greet us, explained why they were sold out, and offered us drinks. He says they make a certain amount twice a day to keep things fresh and recommended to come during weekdays instead.I came around at 6:30pm on a weekday and weekend and they still had items in stock.I got the salmon, garlic butter crab, myungran crab, bulgogi, and spicy pork. The first bite and bites after were so astonishing. It was super delicious and I wish I got more. This made me understand why they were always sold out.My favorites are salmon and the myungran crab! Spicy pork ended up being too spicy but it was good!I would 100000% recommend this place but make sure you come at least before 1pm and before 6:30pm! Parking lot is small but I never had any troubles so far.I’ll be coming back for sure. 🤩

I would recommend coming at least 2 hours before they close since they were sold out a few minutes after I came. It was about 40 minutes wait for the food. The staff are all really nice and friendly.I tried the eel, ginger tuna, and bulgogi. The outside tofu skin was bean curd (yubu) so its sweet. It complements with savory taste of rice and protein inside. My favorite was eel. Everything was fresh and yummy. 😊🥰

2023-10-14 03:24:08This is almost as good or better than sushi. The wrap is made out of tofu. The tofu wrap is moist and flavorful.Every item Was delicious. The least favorite of the options was the imitation crab.Upon arriving there was a sign at the door that read that they were making more rice and to come back later. When they were taking orders again, the salmon option had run out so I didnt get to try that one.It is a small restaurant that offers what they have prepared for. Basically if they run out ... they run out. It was a bit crowded in there and sort of confusing when it came to getting in line or trying g to sit somewhere along the wall.I would come back hoping to try the salmon option next time.I hope they offer a drink menu some time in the near future ( there is water offered by the establishment though)

2023-11-19 20:22:52Atoyubu is such a big hit! All of my friends were posting & talking about it. I had to try. It did not disappoint! It is very delicious and they are so creative! Who would’ve thought to put these ingredients in yubu!? Unfortunately, they were all out of the Salmon ones and spicy tuna which we really wanted to try. We will have to come back for it earlier in the day. All the staff were very kind and it’s a simple ambiance with a good seating areas for quick bites. I can’t wait to come back.

2023-11-04 22:58:59Each yubu piece costs around $5 to $6. The yubus are delicious and freshly made. The tofu wrap carries a delightful sweet kick. The toppings and fish are flavorful. The food is well presented. The cashier informed us of the expected wait time for our order, a thoughtful touch. Theres a decent amount of seating available, although the parking lot is small. This spot is nice and clean.

2023-09-04 15:26:08Randomly spotted this restaurant and upon looking it up, had to make a stop. I love inari and even more so, I love inari with toppings. Ranging from $5-6 per piece, each yubu comes with a healthy dollop of topping on top of sushi rice in a seasoned tofu cup.I tried the Fresh Salmon and Spicy Tuna which were both fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Spicy Tuna was really spicy for me but I have a kind of low spice tolerance; it was really good despite how spicy it was and the sauce tasted like it was made with Korean gochujang which was a nice surprise. I also tried the eel yubu which was well balanced and probably my favorite of the three. I cant wait to come back to try the other options!Space is clean and modern and feels like a cute cafe. Great for a quick bite if you dine in.

Most diners get this item for takeout, but I chose to dine in.I ordered Beef Bulgogi and spicy pork! Both were delicious and packed with flavor! I also enjoyed the miso soup very much. Can’t wait to come back to try different flavors!

2023-08-13 03:14:38I tried this place twice, and it was incredibly delicious both times. They serve yubu (deep-fried tofu) and rice with a variety of toppings on it. As someone who prefers a gluten-free diet, its a fantastic choice for me. It leaves me feeling satisfied without feeling overly full, and its really comfortable. I tried the lemon pepper salmon, and the torched salmon was absolutely amazing. The restaurant itself is clean and nice, and the staff are friendly.
