Ive been with Auto Chlor for almost five years, and I want to give them an extra five stars and double two thumbs up!The service is excellent! They keep the machine in excellent condition and are friendly and professional. His name is Hector. This guy deserved a raise. And they also have a great supervisor named Jonathan, who is a very good man. Their team is the best!!! I call for emergency service sometimes, and the response is quick.-The machine is good and never has an issue. The reason I called was about the sink that leaks, and they still come and fix it for us.The great thing about Auto Chlor is I have WORRY FREE about the chemical for the machine. I used to run another restaurant before, and I bought the machine, so I have to buy the chemical, which is so much cost buying the chemical and set up fee, etc.Leasing the machine with Auto Chlor is a great choice, and I’ve made a good decision with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Been using this company for some time now and I’ve been nothing but satisfied with their service. They are prompt, professional and reliable. My technician, Luis, is a super nice guy who is always there to make sure we get what we need and answer any questions that we may have. He takes his time to make sure everything is working properly and that he provides us with the correct amount of cleaning products for the month. Never had a problem with Auto-Chlor and it’s a pleasure to do business with Luis and the rest of his team.

I run a small restaurant in Whittier and Luis was our service tech. He was incredible. Managed and updated my pars, adjusted on the fly when necessary, and had an incredibly friendly personality. This guy would even come by after work to drop something off because he didnt have it on the truck. Hats off to him and auto-chlor for providing a wonderful service and having an incredible staff.

Was a customer with auto chlor system for about 10 years and they always provided top notch service at all times of the day. The response to emergency service is amazing. Most other services take 2 to 3 days, auto chlor responds in 2 to 3 hours. Their machines make chlorination of ware simple effective and fast. They have great products they guarantee to work.

The two employees who come to our store, Walter and Gustavo, are really friendly and their service is very good. They stood by my side even when things were difficult and even expressed my complaints to the company and resolved them..I would also like to recommend this to Korean restaurants that need a dish washer.Even though their English is limited, these employees listen carefully and provide easy explanations. Dont worry, if you need a dish washer, you can order it. ^^
