2023-09-03 04:31:13Nice place for dinner. The food was fun, plated well. Tasted good too. I wished we were checked for water more and checked if we needed anything, as an example, chips would have been great with the ceviche. Other than that, service was nice and efficient. We had empanada beef, fish ceviche, scallops with cheese, seafood with rice (similar to paella), and a blue corn cheesecake.

2023-08-11 15:39:07Our Birthday Dinner here this week was absolutely fabulous! What special experience to savor the Peruvian flavors in such an amazing ambiance and amazing views. The service was excellent and you’re in for a great surprise if someone in your party is celebrating a birthday! Great place for a special night out.

2023-06-21 13:05:19The restaurant is beautiful and the views are very nice. The service was friendly but nothing to write home about or commensurate with finer dining (e.g. the runner just handed me a hot plate of food instead of setting it in front of me; the server came to check on us but towards the end of our meal). The food was okay but also nothing to write home about. The sauce on top of my eggs was strange yellow color and not as tasty as the regular hollandaise sauce. Home fries were just okay and the cute muffins were nothing but pure sugar … delicious for sure but probably not that good for you.Overall I could see coming back to this place for a drink and maybe an appetizer because the views are great and the bar area is cool. But I don’t know that I would eat brunch here again; food and service is not commensurate with prices.

2023-10-29 22:00:47Sat at the bar for lunch on a Thursday. Limited beer selection, great cocktail and wine selection. They have a walk-in wine fridge. Ceviche was great (huge chunks of fish! Very fresh). Lomo saltado was decent.

2023-04-18 06:42:27Wow what a treat! Had brunch here a couple of weeks ago on our way up to Northern California. So glad we found this restaurant, the food is so delicious and fresh! Banana bread french toast 🤩. Wow unlike any french toast we’ve ever tasted. The view, the drinks, just such a nice place to enjoy truly delicious food. Also very nice staff. Very welcoming hostess and attentive waitress. Wish I lived closer, but will stop by when in the area!

2023-10-21 17:19:15Had lunch on the small but nice outdoor patio. The salmon salad was delish, as was the steak with great seasonings and fresh greens. Cooked perfect. The corn cake was incredible with very flavorful mushrooms. Topped it off with a Black Soul cocktail which hit the spot in all the right ways.Revised 2023 - had to mention that we were not happy the last time we visited. The french fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. The onions on our lomo saltado tenderloin were basically raw and lacking in flavor because of that. And they had a broken umbrella on the patio so shade was really lacking. And there were quite a few wasps falling in our drinks and food, they may want to replace their wasp traps.

2023-09-02 19:46:50This is my new favorite restaurant! Definitely one of Novatos finest.Ill start by saying it is beautiful and nicely detailed. The owner(s) and staff clearly know what they are doing and have nice taste. As a designer I really appreciate that aspect of the experience. The Peruvian style menu/cuisine is also a nice addition to a neighborhood dominated by mediocre to decent predictable offerings (Ill still eat a taco any day of the week though lol). The menu selections are full of flavor and so delicious that its really easy to make yourself uncomfortable...Like i did.Lets talk drinks (haha)...The bar is really nice (like the rest of the restaurant) and offers really unique and what I would think are authentic Peruvian drinks. Im not super familiar with peruvian culture so Im taking their word for it. We tried a couple rounds of their Pisco drinks and was really delighted with them. I would love to go back and try others. Finally, the service was really good. Again, not knowing much about peruvian cuisine and culture I asked a lot of questions and our server was really informative and pointed us to some great selections. Im willing to bet that everything is good there though.I will definitely go back to test that theory and you should too!Edit 04/02/23:I took the wife here for V-day and it had a nice vibe to it. The staff were all wearing nice attire and they were giving out roses to the ladies. It was a nice touch. They had a band that was pretty cool too.At a later time I took the wife out to lunch and we shared a bunch of plates. Great stuff! I highly recommend the veggie empanadas. The steak ones were amazing too. We finished off with a tuna ceviche which was killer! Dont forget the papaya pisco sour!

2022-05-07 04:07:30Went there alone waiting for my friend closing here shop (somewhere else). Got to sit at the bar and made a friend with the lady who sat next to me. The bartenders were both friendly. Good atmosphere and food!I’m glad I pick this place to hangout by myself. The views around the parking lot are spectacular!
