Azure Palm Hot Spring Resort and Day Spa Oasis was absolutely the best experience that we had while visiting Palm Springs. From the moment we entered we felt welcomed and relaxed. We were just here for the day, and the Spa front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly, ensuring that we were well informed of all of the services available at the Oasis.Once changed and at the Oasis, we quickly found a mineral hot spring soaking tub, and began relaxing in the mineral rich waters. Now, the soaking tubs are a pretty treasured spot, so I recommend getting there early if you want a little personal relaxation time. It did get a little busy as the day progressed, so have a little patience while waiting for a spot to open up.... and on the flip side, definitely enjoy your relaxation time, but make sure you arent over staying your time in the mineral tubs, as they are limited. We made several new friends by sharing tubs, and enjoying the day.Definitely dont skip the Reflexology walk, which is a short walk through hot spring fed waters that hits pressure points on your feet! It hurts so good. There are also a few saunas around, along with a heated swimming pool, Himalayan salt room and several spas to keep you nice and relaxed. Our only regret is that we didnt book a room at the resort to enjoy more that the amazing Oasis had to offer!

The resort is lovely. They have put in beautiful landscaping and its kept up well. While in the hottubs we were visited by humming birds and butterflies. Everything smelled clean and fresh. Inside the building and throughout. Management said they were fully booked for the weekend. But the pool and spa areas did not feel too crowded. Great stay. Looking forward to returning.

Absolutely loved this place and will be back! We booked two nights, room was spacious, comfy, and mineral tub was just outstandings. The grounds are very tranquil, the baths perfect temp, and every person there, staff and gets seem to get this is a place to chill. We didnt bother ordering or venturing out for food because the on site restaurant had great options and - unlike other hotels - was VERY fairly priced. Great value to just eat there and the food was really good!Ive been enjoying water spas for several years, this one is a must-visit.

Booked a one night stay, and we are super impressed with the room, service, and resort amenities. It is the weekend of our 23rd anniversary, and upon entering our room, there were 2 champagne flutes and a bottle of champagne chilling, music playing, and a sealed note that read Happy Anniversary. We would definitely stay here again! Great place to relax and unwind!

I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s tranquil with a lot of attention to detail and you can tell someone put a lot of love into an old hot spring resort. It’s unpretentious and all the staff is super helpful and kind. I also really loved the the Korean spa type area with salt room and all their sauna’s were nice and hot with the ability to make it extra steamy with pouring water on the rocks and maybe adding some eucalyptus oil that you can buy for only $5 in the gift shop. They definitely made the most out of that place.

The environment is very good and the facilities are complete. There are indoor hot springs and outdoor hot springs, swimming pools, saunas, yoga room, icy room and salt room. The place is very quiet and brings us comprehensive relaxation. We booked the Spa Suite and the Regular room at the same time. The Spa Suite has a large area and is equipped with yoga blankets, a private bath, and a light smell of incense, which is our favorite; the Regular room is relatively smaller, but it is very cost-effective, because the public baths are not crowded, and people can have a private space to soak in the hot springs with friends or partner (if you are a person with a dog, please choose the Regular room, because pets or ESAs need to stay in the Regular room and they cannot enter the Spa Suite or Spa Area unless they are ADAs).There is no buffet breakfast and breakfast is not included in the room price, and the hotel does not have umbrellas or raincoats that can be borrowed (it happened to rain one of the days we went), so everyone needs to make preparations according to the budget and weather. The service staff here are very friendly.

Absolutely lovely place to come to and unwind and rejuvenate yourself and connect deeper in your relationship! Huge shout out to Del who works in the pools and oasis, he was extremely friendly and very insightful of the local area! Such an amazing guy who made our experience even better!

I booked Oasis Day Pass for $79, and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I soaked in the water for more than 3 hours (with breaks of course), and I dont like pools (the ones with chlorine I never go into). But this is mineral underground water rich in Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorous, Potassium, Lithium and hundreds of other important trace minerals. The temperature was 103. My hair and skin are so silky now. The views are breathtaking! The tubs are surrounded with plants and flowers. It was very calming and magical experience for the body and the mind. The Oasis is peaceful and quiet. What a treat! Ill be back for sure!

As day guests we had a really bad experience. We felt more like we were at a pool party than a spa and my day started with being given the code to someone elses locker. There were loud groups of women everywhere (in the tubs and around the pool) the whole afternoon we where there. The staff just walked passed them without saying a word. We did have a message though that was ok and the food at the restaurant was quite good. When in the Palm Springs area again we will definitely find another spa to enjoy.

This place might not look like much from the outside, but the inside is truly an oasis. We had a daycation and took advantage of the day spa got our robes and slippers and a couple massage, which was delightful. This place is a place to come relax, read a good book, and just enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend it.
