B Ks Bistro in Fremont

Stopped by BKs Bistro for some Saturday lunch dim sum!Two of us ordered:-tea $1.25/pp-steamed shrimp pork dumpling (shumai) $6.19-chicken feet $5.19-steamed shrimp dumplings $6.19-steamed shanghai style dumpling $6.19-steamed beef tripe ginger green onion $5.49-pan fried pot stickers $5.19We definitely ordered a lot for two and had some leftover. Could have gone without the pot stickers. XLB was on the heavier side and stuck to the tin. Chicken feet and shumai were good. Staff was friendly.Dim sum experience without all the chaos and carts bumping into you. Easy parking in the area.

It’s a decent dim sum place in downtown Fremont. The food was good and the price was ok.- Steamed BBQ pork bun: good. The bun was soft. The filling was a lot and tasted good- Siu mai: good. They had good size and the filling was flavorful.- Chicken feet: hubby liked it and said that it was delicious- Rice noodle roll with crispy donut: good. The rice noodle was slightly thicker than my liking but it was soft and chewy. The chinese donut was cripsy. I wish they gave more sauce and the dipping sauces (sesame paste & hoisin sauce) as well- Crispy durian puff: just ok. The pastry was crispy and delicious. The filling was generous but the durian taste was weak.

This restaurant is a very busy place. Great place for Chinese dim sum in Fremont. The wonton noodle tastes good too.

Havent been here for 3 years and the food is still decent. We went on a Sunday around 1:30pm and theres no wait. Service was good (not sure about the bad service reviews). Foods are still really on point and delicious (Im Cantonese from HK, so I know whats legit). All the dishes are under $10 so I think their price point is great. I ordered 8 items, only 1 of them tasted whatever, so minus one point for that.

Good place for Dim Sum with very reasonable price. They offer you both inside and outside sitting. Service is good too. Highly recommend the Dim Sum menu. They don’t have the carts as you see in most of other places so you will need to order your food first and wait for them to come.

Decent Dimsum but nothing wow.The wonton noodle was a little disappointing. Noodle is dry and wonton not much taste. Rice noodle and shrimp ball skins are quite thick

Got dim sum here. Each entree is minimum around $5. I thought the shumai was nice and juicy. Tofu Skin roll is also decent but a little oily. Order on a paper and items are brought out.

We brought a visitor from England. We have patronized this place for years. We were seated promptly. Then others were seated on both sides of us. They were able to order and get their food. We were ignored. It was only because the woman next to us that the manager came and took our order. The dim sum was good but the “beef chow fun” was a gloppy mess with a sauce and several pieces of meat. None of it mixed together. We collectively felt we were ignored because we were not Asian. I don’t like to claim this but I have no other explanation. For all the times we have been we will never go back. Shame on you BK Bistro. Craig Uhler. We were there on Oct 8 2023. Approx. 1245

Their salted egg pineapple buns were really good! That is a rare find, and it was done really well.I ate it so fast that I forgot to take pictures!Their special crispy shrimp rice rolls were my next favorite.

You can get all your favorite dim sum here. You will also find some thats not available elsewhere. Quality is great and delicious. If you around lunch time, the wait can be pretty long though. Thats especially true on weekends.
