B L Quality Meats, Me & my daughter had came here after my knee surgery & we had gotten us a great lunch! Their Barbecue Ribs was so delicious & the sides was also Mac & Cheese & Potato Salad it was so worth it! They was out of the Tri Tip So my daughter she had gotten the very same thing that I did. Ive been here before & its a really good place for barbecue & so much more inside of the meat market. Thank You & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s & a 💯%+ 😎👍

Been here many times. Absolutely love this place. The staff are eager to assist and know their meats.Went in for Ox tail, making osso bucco next week. Very happy they had it. Also got a 10lb organic turkey for 2.29/lb. The organic aspect wasnt important, the fact they had turkeys is important. Lastly purchased a lb of sablefish black cod.They are still bbqing tri-tip for sammiches out back.Both the store and the outside eatery were packed.Fortunately or unfortunately, have to go back on Tues to pick up femur bones for bone stock, as they were out of stock. Making your own broth is 100% better than anything you can buy pre-made, and healthier.Lastly, thank you for the 10% military discount.

I moved to Visalia from Southern California. My realtor gave me a gift card for Quality Meats because he knows I like to bbq and smoke meats, so I figured I would try it. I have now found my new HAPPY PLACE. Place is outstanding, great selection of everything. This tri tip had the Quality Meats burger rub. So good!

Bought 2 pounds of Tri-Tip and Pulled Pork each and took it home. The Ranch and Green Beans and Macaroni was good too. They ran out of Cole Slaw and Potato salad so quickly.

Food is great here, however customer service is an issue. Attempting to place an order over the phone to be greeted with “I’m going to have to place you on hold” then music begins playing so clearly I was placed on hold. Then to be left on hold for 45 minutes without any check-in?? At the least? No valid reason or excuse as to why I was left on hold for 45 minutes at all. Ridiculous. I’d recommend retraining your staff on customer service.

I helped a friend with an event. I picked up the 3lbs of tri-tip for her. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The meat was so amazing! Tender, great flavor, and a big hit with the group of 12 guests!. She was able to do a couple of family meals off the the leftover meat too. Great job BLQ :-)

AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!!! I’ve come to this place a handful of time and it seems like every time it gets better and better!! ABSOLUTELY great tasting food!! Honestly the staff is AWESOME!! Everyone is super friendly, very attentive, respectful and knowledgeable!! This is definitely a place to stop by at least once a week if you are in the area, or if you craving some really good BBQ! I definitely recommend it and I cannot wait to come back and enjoy some more!

Their meat is great but seafood... dont do it. I spent almost $90 on king crab legs and a lobster tail on Friday (11/10/23) that were inedible;mind you I cooked them the same night. Im talking, overwhelming ammonia smell as soon as they were steamed. If it wasnt an 80 mile round trip drive, I wouldve probably driven back and asked for a refund bc tbh, I absolutely deserve one. 0/10 for seafood, 8/10 for meat.

Quality Meats never disappoints. I went in yesterday 4/19/2023 to get a couple if their Wagyu Picanhas they had on sale. Along with 3 picanhas, I also got 2 Wagyu Tri Tips for the freezer.You can see from the photos, the absolute quality of the meat.Service, well, they are always stellar. What else can I say.

Great food, iffy prices, slow serviceI like to order the bbq pulled pork sandwiches every once and a while and they are delicious. It’s about 18$ for a pulled pork sandwich combo, but the sandwiches are pretty small, and all of the side options are pretty mid. The service is slow too, expect to wait 20-30 minutes for a takeout order
