The food is the traditional Thai ones. I could hear the staffs talking in Thai. They asked me if I could endure the sweetness as the Pad Thai is in sweet and sour sauce. Its absolutely acceptable while the Pad Thai is In a large dish. The dessert: Baby Elephant Ice-cream is awesome 👍👍👍. It is with the banana inside the spring roll to be deeply fried with the coconut Ice-cream, along with cherry and honey 🍯! Such a great taste with the hot and cold as well as sweetness. Its hard to believe such a fantastic restaurant is almost empty during Friday night. There ought to be more popular in the local community!

Stopped by here on my way to my friends house in Walnut. I placed my order ahead of time for pickup, and the service was just as polite in person as it was over the phone. I got the BBQ Pork Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, and Thai Tea. The portions were more than enough, easily shareable for two people. But since I had just got off work, I ate all of it. I plan to try the Pad Thai next time Im in the area, along with another refreshing Thai Tea.

One of the best small Thai restaurants in town. Their food is always super and service is above par. Their curries are better than local competition and the owner runs a tight service ship. Food is super fast to arrive when ordered from lunch menu and take a bit more when ordered ala carte. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Great food and excellent service! We were greeted the moment we walked in the door and offered drinks right away. Before ordering, we were advised its taking a little longer than normal to prepare food. There is no better way to respect customers than clearly communicating expectations in advance, so you can decide for yourself if you wish to continue. I really appreciate that. After we ordered, the food came out fairly quickly so it was no problem at all. We ordered the Tom Yum Seafood Soup, Green Curry with Chicken, and Spicy Beef Salad, and it was all really good. I drink a lot of Iced Tea and they were right there to refill my glass before it ever went empty. Excellent service! Very friendly too! I highly recommend this restaurant. Service of this quality is so hard to find these days, so it is really appreciated when its experienced. Well done! 👏

I ordered food from here because of the reviews. The pad thai was decent, you could barely taste peanuts though. I also try their orange chicken and it was K. It felt microwaved and not fresh. The servings are great. I wouldnt recommend this place tbh, but Id give them another chance maybe.

Went here for dinner while I was in town for work. I had the pad kee mao and the coconut soup. The coconut soup was great. We got it without meat. Lots of flavor. Great for sharing.The pad kee mao had a ton of flavor. Big rice noodles. Plump shrimp. Super spicy.Lots of parking and a cute seating area. Finished with Thai tea...perfect to cool off after the spicy pas kee mao!

It’s not a luxury restaurant but they have really good foods. If you are going in lunch time, get the lunch specials just for $7.95 . It comes with soup 🥣, egg roll or salad 🥗 and steamed rice 🍚. 👍 You can chose how hot you like your food from 1 to 5. You can always ask to get the spices and try them on on side. There is parking lot but during school time it is crowded.

After an appointment, we drove down to Baby Elephant Thai. We have never been here before. It is located on the corner of Amar and Grand next to the Chevron gas station.We were greeted by the owner. The service was excellent. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.Need to get there early cuz it gets busy around 12 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. Maybe after 1 p.m., it might slow down. But service was still friendly and fast food service.We ordered the Baby Elephant appetizers which was very good. We both ordered their lunch special BBQ chicken. It came with soup, white rice. We both enjoyed everything.The BBQ chicken lunch today is much better than other Thai places I have been too.I am going back again to try other lunch specials or their entrees.I would recommend this place.

Im personally not a big fan of Thai food. The folks I went with are. They raved about not only their meals, but also the presentation. They did a very good job.In addition, the service was excellent.I had both the chicken and beef satay. Get the chicken! The beef was very difficult to eat off the stick. Both tasted great though. Id come back again.

Local family-owned Thai restaurant. They are open for delivery/takeout during covid. Ordered a late lunch here on a Saturday over the phone, and it was ready in 10 minutes. They accept credit cards (no extra charge). Masks are required, and the employees so wear masks. They were efficient in getting my card swiped / getting my food over to me, which I appreciated. Parking is available in the complex.Food-wise, the chicken pad thai was generously portioned, but there was a dearth of bean sprouts and only a smattering of peanuts. The noodles were chewy, and there was a decent amount of chicken. There are weekday lunch specials. Overall, a nice way to support a local business while getting a carb fix.

Coworker was here before and said the place isnt the same as b4... Not even close... Maybe they changed owners? Maybe Covid really crippled them? Who knows Im never coming back to find out.... This is absolutely terrible and disgusting! The Pad Thai is just noodles with expired chili powder. The Chow mein has rotton baby corn. we threw $62 in the trash. Ruined our night!

Please do not eat here, worse Thai place I have ever eaten at. They overprice their items and give you an item from the menu you didn’t ask for. The eggplants in my green curry were still hard whole pieces, the size of the curry was small for $13 and the curry was acidic, which tells me the ingredients they used were not fresh or they don’t know how to make it. Every green curry I had at any other place never tasted that bad. I ordered pineapple rice with chicken, they gave me pineapple rice with half chicken and half shrimp. I am allergic to shrimp. They only did that because their price for that rice is $16 compare to $9 to other places to most other Thai places.

We went there because of their pretty good reviews. Service was good. We ordered the atom yum soup, red curry and chicken satay. They asked us our spice level and we said medium BUT it was way too spicy for us. The Tom yum soup and curry were reasonably flavorful but our appetite was done with the spice level. The Chicken satay was not good at all. I will try it one more time but ask for mild spice. I gave it a 3 - star because of the fact we see possible flavor in their food even-though the satay was bad. I will update my review once I check it again.

We went for a graduation lunch with a party of 10. The service was great and the servers were fast and attentive. The food was fantastic, we especially loved their take on orange chicken and we ordered multiple plates of their egg rolls. So freakin good. The only downside was when a party came in with 6 and they told them any party over 4 had to call ahead, thankfully our party had, but they can accommodate large parties. Bummed it took us so long to try.

I love this place! The service here is very attentive.... But be careful. If they suspect your plate is empty they will quickly come to clear it off the table. So if your like me and eat every last grain of rice or spoonful of curry or sauce just be sure to be prepared to let them know not to take the plate. With that said they are so friendly and welcoming.The food is super yummy. I have enjoyed everything.... from green curry to crispy pork with broccoli to pineapple fried rice to pad see eew... I could just go on and on. But I will say I didnt care much for the papaya salad. Perhaps I need to give it another chance here.They use all white meat chicken which Im a fan of.... nice slices all of the chicken dishes. This is my go to spot for yummy Thai food.

This is the best place in the world for Thai food. The service is excellent, excellent, excellent. They take care of you quickly, bring your food quickly, and always keep your water glass full. I highly recommend it. And the food is delicious. They ask you what level of spicy you want and tailor it to your taste.

This is a very popular place for office goers around pomona who drop in for lunch. Things I recommend - try any of the lunch specials. They come with a soup and salad, and the specials are all delicious. My personal favorite is the red curry.Dont try their soup bowls like Tom kha or Tom yum. Personally, I feel there are better restaurants that are better in this. Also, their hot spice level is manageable. I have had worse Thai hot. Annoying part is their waitresses are always in a hurry and try to rush you constantly.

Baby Elephant Thai is a great place to go for Thai food if youre in the area. The Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were super yummy, not too dry and love the noodles. I also love that youre able to switch the meat options for tofu. Plus, if you bring your CPP or Mt. Sac Student ID then you get a free Thai iced tea. The service here is great, the waitresses were super friendly!

This place was a pure DISGRACE to my tastebuds. Definitely the worst papaya salad ever, they literally just dropped raw papaya into a plate of sauce without mixing it with a pestle and mortar. I tried out their rice soup dishes and it tasted like they just put steamed rice in a bowl of soup and stirred it. Dont go here if youre expecting authentic Thai food.
