Regular hibachi rice but $22.50 is high for a food truck
Great food! The fried rice/noodle bowl with chicken is our family go to. It never fails and always exceeds our expectations with flavor.
The food was amazing I was hooked once I saw my big plate and the rice of the portion totally worth it and it did not disappoint the trio Plato with fried rice.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After noticing an error on my receipt no later two minutes after placing the order the cashier refused to correct it. Blamed it on me for whatever reason and that’s fine, but to refuse to correct an error is just unacceptable. On top that, the food is overpriced for a little bit of meat and some rice. Be happy where you spend your money and don’t settle for rude service.
Prices are weirdly out of balance for the quality of food and the overall size of it. Although it is conceived to be food truck food the food is not up to par with the price that its given. I cannot justify the price going along with overall satisfaction. I can spend the same price for a Korean BBQ and have all you can eat instead of the smaller and less tastier quality food that this truck offers.
We had bachi yaki cater for an engagement dinner and it was perfect! All my guest wereamazed with the food they loved it! Gracias Eva to you and your staff for making my brothers special day perfect. If youre looking for great food, great prices and plenty of food this is definitely the place to go to. Not to mention they have the best customer service and were punctual with my entire order, picked up my order and everything was complete no issues at all!!!

1/2 hour wait for a chicken fried rice !! And the chick that takes youre order has attitude… and be careful with youre change !! They never have change and if they owe you 80 cents they will keep them on top of pricy food … just go to benihana and get the real deal !!

A little on the pricey side for a food truck, always a wait sometimes up to 45 minutes. However the food does not disappoint its really good if you like hibachi style.

2023-07-18 04:10:45Horrible horrible horrible. Order at 7:08 they said 15-20 mins. Get there at 7:35. Food isn’t ready yet. Which is fine I completely understand. Finally food is ready about 30 mins after that. Get home and realized I got steak and shrimp instead of steak and chicken. Literally go back and tell them and ho back they fix it. Go back home and notice I got shrimp and chicken and he just picked out the steak. First of all I’m allergic to shrimp so I had to drive back a 3rd time so they can fix it. After 3 trips my my food is cold!! So unhappy and will never go back

2023-05-29 02:49:42Once I found out about this place, I was like, BENIHANA WHO??Their fried rice is always spot on!Sometimes when you order through ChowNow, the time Can be different from how long the food is actually going to be ready, you have to wait for the order confirmation to know the real wait time.

2023-03-30 23:16:41Been buying from this truck for a few years now. The food is always good but the service is very inconsistent. The girls that work there are very stuck up and try and sass you up over the phone and in person. If you eat there during the day the food is definitely lighter and fresher than if you order like say after 6pm. After that time youll notice that the same plate you ordered is much heavier and all the food looks very oily. It still tastes good but you get much more full when you eat it at later times. I wish it would be more consistent but I think theyre just too lazy to clean the grill throughout the day as it does seem to get pretty busy.

2021-12-21 20:32:28Great food, my wife and I ordered the Trio plate, with steak, Shrimp and chicken and fried rice. Big portion we werent able to finish it, we took it home. Tool about 10-15 for food to be ready but it was worth the wait time. This is a food truck location, just FYI. It didnt matter to us, because we took the food to the drive in theater nearby.
