This place was recommended to us by some friends, so we decided to give a try.Parking was kind of hard to find empty spot.The place has very nice atmosphere to it.The service was very attentive and friendly.They will do the cooking for you. They will even change the griddle too according to the type of meat you’re having.The kimchi soup was very good, the right amount of spices.My favorite was the marinated short ribs, very soft and buttery and the sesame oil gave it that sesame flavor to it was awesome.Little bit pricey but over all is good.

The service was good, but I don’t think the meat we ordered was worth the price. It was too dry. The quality of the meat at a cheap all-you-can-eat restaurant might be better. I don’t know if this one is the same as the one in Seoul. The quality is a bit different.

A different take on the usual Korean BBQ. It’s not all you can eat like most are. They also do most of the cooking for you as well. The meat was fresh and tasty. The staff is great, very attentive and boy do they hustle! Great experience!

Super friendly greeter. Was attentive in asking about my party and needs. We got a table pretty quickly as we arrived shortly after they opened for lunch. The meat was excellent quality. Ban chan was great with free refills. Mountain tripe rice was nice and spicy but a bit lacking on the tripe. Servers helped grill the meats to your desired level. Vents were really powerful so clothes didn’t have any odor at all after all that grilling.

Consistently one of the best Korean barbecue options in the area. If you are looking for a non all you can eat option. The moat of cheese, corn and egg seems to be unique to this chain and the services always really good as well as a very clean and nice environment.Be prepared to wait in line or come right when they open as it almost always fills up and it takes a while to get through the different courses.

Baekjeong is my go-to KBBQ in the SGV. Once you eat here you cant go back or be fooled by the AYCE KBBQ joints. This place never disappoints my friends, family, or me when we go. This place is on the pricey side, but its worth it with the quality of meat they serve. You can order from their combo packages or a la carte. There are also a variety of other options such as apps, bowls, rice dishes, & stews. One of my favorite sides to get is the lunch box which is similar to a kimchi-fried rice which they bring out in a metal box to shake up at the table to mix the ingredients. The corn cheese and egg sides on the cooktop are a unique touch to the KBBQ experience. Any of the banchans or corn/egg sides can be refilled. The servers are attentive in helping you cook the meats and bringing out more banchan refills. One pluses of this place is that their vent is pulled down close to the cooktop so you dont leave the place smelling like you just went to a KBBQ restaurant. This place is worth the wait, but on my last visit, I didnt have to wait too long. Dont worry about having to wait either because they will send you a text message on when to come back to check in so feel free to browse the other places in this plaza while your waiting. Just writing about this makes me want to go back now. If you don’t find parking above then looking in the underground parking.

Service was excellent at this kBBQ restaurant. Food was good, but not amazing after reading all the wonderful reviews here. We ordered the large meat combo with brisket, short ribs, marinated pork (5 slices), and pork belly. Portion is on the smaller side given there are no 20 something boys in our group and it was just enough food for us. The best meat for the meal is the boneless short ribs, very tender and juicy. Brisket ended up being over cooked b/c we couldn’t eat it fast enough. It would’ve been better to cook in two batches as opposed to one big batch. From this perspective, I would’ve like the option to grill ourselves, but the table is very small, it didn’t have room to place any of the meats on the table.

The second time we were here. When we came the first time it was under a different name. Waiting time could be a challenge. Itbus very busy and popular place. This place never disappointed me. I have tried two different locations and they were all good. This location was my first place I went to. Quite easy to find parking spaces in the garage. The place is quite big and of course it would get packed pretty quickly. I recommend to come here at 6am for dinner. The quality of food was good and they were fresh. I always got the mixed combo included pork belly and beef. The servers were friendly and providing very good services. This place is definitely my to-go place for Korean BBQ.

Great food! Staff was really nice, they take care of cooking your food for you so you dont have to worry about it and can just sit back and enjoy the meal. We are at around 5:30 PM and were seated immediately (Wednesday), but by the time we were done and leaving (7:30) it was very packed and I think there was a wait!The parking lot was pretty awful, I suggest you find street parking nearby and just walk over - there was PLENTY of street parking. Street sweeping is on Wed from 6-11 am, so youre set for lunch/dinner and street parking. 🫶

OMG! First time to this spot and it was INCREDIBLE!!! Best KBBQ spot in the SGV! John was our server and unlike other KBBQ spots, the servers cook the food for you, and he cooked everything to perfection. I like to be pretty observant and in my little process in my head, all I could see was a clean, fun environment with all staff members smiling and ready to execute quality. Very well ran and the food was AMAZING! I know it’s not the typical “all you can eat”…but forget all that with quality like this. This is my new “go to” spot!

Excellent premium KBBQ spot in SGV. It’s relatively pricey, but quality of the meats is good and they do all the cooking for you! Not to mention all the tasty included side dishes too. Along with the large portions of meat, you’ll definitely be satiated.It gets pretty busy especially on weekends, at least an hour wait during, so do keep that in mind. However, service is always super friendly and helpful and the interior is very spacious with tables spaced out nicely, so you’ll feel comfortable and not leave smelling like smoke! Highly recommend this place.

One of the good kang ho dong places in my opinion! The place is super spacey, which means you dont have to wait for too long to get your seat, and also you can be flexible with your party size. Food quality are as great as the one in Korea town but you get more attention from the waiter since the pace isnt as fast. We had a waiter named Andy and he seriously can grill. Love how he did our rib finger with a little char medium rare finish. Great experience overall! This new place is definitely worth your attention.

I have been following Baekjeong for quite some time now, ever since the first location I have been to in Koreatown in Los Angeles. I started to see different chains of these in different cities. Although the one in Rowland Heights is closer to me, I had to drive out here because this was the only Baekjeong around where I love that actually also opens for Lunch during the day. The Rowland Heights only opens for lunch during the weekend. Either or, this was my second time eating at this location, first time eating in doors for Korean BBQ ever since the pandemic. It was so good, and just as I remembered it. The service was great, and I believe even though everything is A La Carte, the quality and experience is just awesome. Something to note is that the closest entrance next to the parking lot is an exit, you will need to walk to the front where there is a fountain for the entrance. It also seems that the outdoor seating that they set up during COVID last year, isn’t being used ever since the indoors opened.FoodI would recommend anyone to get the Beef Combo. For a family of 3, the small was a great size, we went a little bit overboard ordering an extra bimbimbop, but we were able to have another meal with the leftovers the next day. I would recommend the prime meat with the marble, as you do get a choice for the combo. I wished I was able to try the pork jawl again, as I haven’t had that for a long time, but remember it was really good. As you eat, you get many different Banchans, rice paper, dips, salt, and even kimchi pancake(you can order more) The best part I would say is the egg and corn and cheese that cooks around the grill! (Which is also refillable) What is better then Korean bbq? Well someone doing the bbq for you, and this is what they do here. So make sure you take care of your server!I would like to note that both times that I have been at the location, the floor did seem sort of sticky, most likely because of all of the BBQ going on. Either or I wouldn’t mind driving out here again. I believe the value of what you pay for, the food the service is just superb. Cant wait to stop by again soon, until next time!

Another restaurant reopened for outdoor seatings in the Temple city plaza. This Korean BBQ restaurant has been the locals’ favorite Korean restaurant before the pandemic hit. Now that it reopens, many people come to dine here during lunch and dinner.Although the foods are pricy, the meat quality is very good. They claimed all meats are hand cut. I don’t know what that means but I guess it must good. Besides, each meal comes with a tons of small side dishes like kimchi, pickled radish, noodle sheets and more. Seems to be a good deal.Upon the recommendation from the server, we ordered their beef combo which consisted of rib eyes, briskets, and short rib meats. Meats seemed to be good quality but the portions were not that big. The meats did have a lot flavors and tender. For outdoor dining, instead of BBQ the meats yourselves, the server would cook everything inside the restaurant before taking the meats out to the patrons.The menu also features a lot of a la carte items including a lot of favorite Korean dishes. Didn’t have a chance to try them but I heard they are very good as well.The outdoor area is very spacious and airy. Each customer is checked at the entrance for temperature. Everyone is required to wear masks to dine here. During these hot days, parking in the unground parking garage is recommended.

Watch out for you bill. The suggested tips at the bottom is miss calculated. 20% tips at $95.27 with the tax is around $20 but how can it gets to $28? There are no discount on the bill. Even it stated it’s before tax too. So before tax for a $28 is almost 30% tips.

This Korean BBQ is a absolute great place to satisfy your kbbq cravings. Unfortunately, this branch/brand is NOT an AYCE. Having said that, their meats are great quality, along side all their side dishes. You should eat the cooked eggs/corn cheese (which are cooked on each side of the grill). There is always a line when coming to this and any other locations. Also, they cook and cut the meat for you when all the meats are fully cooked. Totally recommend

Ive tried several all you can eat Korean barbecue spots in the area and though this one may be cheaper than the ones you find in Koreatown, the quality of the meat and the service was definitely worth it. Its unique in the fact that someone actually comes and cuts the meat up for you, turns it over, and lets you know when its done. This reduces the possibility of error and the meat was perfectly cooked for each batch that we got. We got a small set and that was enough to feed the three of us because there were plenty of condiments, egg, cheese and corn, as well as the standard kimchi and other sides. Definitely coming back to this place! Loved it!

When I asked our waitress if all of their locations were the same, she said no. Its one of the worst Korean bbq places ever. They literally had 4 side. All awful. Meat quality was negative 10. Food was alright, quite bland even with the sauce/seasoning sides. Kimchi and spicy pork werent even spicy, compare that to a hot sauce at Taco Bell. Service was terrible during my visit. We got sat down and no one took our order for a good 20 mins. Our corn and cheese was burnt before our order was even placed. Put it simply, they forgot about our table until a young woman came to save us from leaving. AYCE options are cheaper and have better flavor and seasoning. Unlucky that we went for a birthday but no specials.

Expect to pay upwards of $100 plus just for a mediocre meal with lack luster service. Honestly this is a cash grab of a place. The quality of the meat was definitely not high tier and on top of that you hardly get any meat in the first place. There were only three other tables at this place and I had service that I would compare to a busy restaurant. There are plenty of kbbq places that are way less expensive. Maybe the meat at these other places isnt as high quality but it definitely tastes the same to me. Also, side note they dont even let you cook your own meat here.

Hi Sunday the 13th was our first time coming and well sad experience. First it was raining and we were told to wait outside in the rain or in car which was parked far smh. So as we set our host vionna was very rude. No hi nothing just started ran around with head chopped off like chicken. My girlfriend said hi we are new here how does it work. She said Im cant right now Im busy and walked off. I totally understand them being busy. But come on be nice! Lasha, the host, assigned 2 small groups to sit together on a straight line bench...My friends and I offer to sit separately, but he does not allow us to sit separately because it is inconvenient for their services. After we asked for a solution, the only solution he could think of was for us to wait another 30 minutes. Unbelievable.Lasha was not sorry about the situation because he said that I was supposed to go back in to let him know that all parties were there while I already said that everyone was there at the very beginning. That’s why he told me to wait for the text message to come back. I think he messed up my parties with someone else. He does not listen to customer’s complain, and just tells me that I am wrong because he remembered that my parties are not all here yet. I love Korean food, having lived in the country for several years, so I love to check out highly-rated Korean places (whether bbq-focused or not). I really wanted to like this restaurant, but I was actually pretty disappointed when I visited a few weeks ago with my family. The selection of side dishes was quite limited relative to most Korean restaurants, and I felt the meat was fairly flavorless and didnt come with the side elements (lettuce for wrapping, ssamjang sauce for dipping, etc.) that I usually get. Even the non-meat main dishes we ordered, like bibimbap, were just ok. Worst of all, everything felt really overpriced -- we ended up paying ~$120 all-in for a meal for two adults and one child and zero drinks besides water. I will be looking for other options the next time I go out for Korean.

I am sorry, but the quality of the meat was bad last night. Galbi had too much fat that I had to spit it out several times and the pork belly meat had stale smell.

This location is not as friendly as other locations and they are not very good at cooking the meat. Mine came burnt and egg stew tasted like smoke.

I had a nice time there but something awful happened after I had given my card to the waiter my credit card the only time I used it and I was notified by my credit card I had fraudulent charges on it BEWARE=ON THE LOOK OUT DONT HAND IT TO ANYONE YOU WALK UP AND PAY, NEVER GOING BACK sad that you cant even have dinner and have to worry about what they steal ☹☹☹😤😤😤
