Bale Valley Restaurant in Canoga Park

Apparently the thing here is to get the chicken. Good quality / quantity / price ratio. I went for the egg noodles, however, was disappointed as they didn’t have the crab meat and got a couple extra shrimps to compensate their lack of crab meat. I was really hungry so I can’t tell you 100% if it was worth it or not.Generous chicken portion, not a life changing recipe tho, my noddles were just fine… I missed some more veggies with it (mint, Thai basil, etc) so yeah… not likely this will be a place I would return or have on top of my mind next time am looking for a place to eat in this area.

So if you go here you order #53 which is the deep fried chicken. It’s so flavorful and great price and good portion. The issue is that their service needs improvement. Food is slow to come out and they are slow to check on you if you need a water refill.

Honestly really bad experience. Went in for dine in and 2 people were paying for their pick up order. I didnt want to interrupt or impose on the person at the front, so grabbed a menu to see what I wanted then put it back and resumed my wait. As they finish paying another person walks in and the person at the front seats them the second they walk through the door and still didnt even acknowledge me. I just turned around and walked out. Sorry I couldnt review your food or leave a positive review, this was pretty trivial but also pretty bad.

The only Viatnamese restaurant that we will keep on coming back to here in the Valley.Service is good. They served the food pretty fast. And the serving portions are good as well. Price wise, you get what youre paying for. I like this place. The fact that its also a walking distance from where we live. Everyone should give it a try.

This is favorite pho place in the valley. Trust me, I’ve tried other pho place and they just taste dirty. I love the chicken here too. Their serving is of good amount. The only thing I don’t enjoy here is the goi cuon, idk. It’s Vietnamese they should master it by now. I hope they become more consistent with everything, like how hot the broth is because sometimes it’s not as hot. Even with how fresh the chicken is. But still good and clean.

Outside parking and an additional lot around the corner. Kind of awkward service from very young kids that is honestly kind of lackluster, but the food is very good so it gets 5 stars. Quiet atmosphere with your normal vermicelli and noodle dishes. No real ambience. Recommend eating here if youre in the area!

The best marinated chicken in the valley. Once you try it you will know what I am talking about and awesome workers thank you

Another hidden gem in the valley. Great pho, especially in this rainy weather. Good size portions for the price. Gotta try the egg rolls and spring rolls.
