2023-08-09 17:08:44I had a great dining experience here. The pho was excellent along with the service I received. The green tea was also really good. Well done...

2023-09-20 23:04:20On our third visit to this restaurant, this was one of the worst and very unpleasant experience. We ordered 4 entrees, all of which came out individually at different times. So when the noodles were finished, we got the calamari. And when that was finished, we got the tofu and rice. And by the time we got our steamed chicken it was over an hour. The steamed chicken was very cold. The waiter mentioned it was steaming. And then when we wanted it warmed and hot, they forgot about it. Another waiter said they forgot about it. Thats why we got it so late. What we did notice, too, every customer that came 20 minutes after us, got their entire meal brought out to them. And having spoken to the Manager, he said they were understaffed. But, we saw around 6 on the floor and 4 giving out the dishes or serving people and the restaurant is not that big. Manager kept defending the wrong. And when I told him what the waiters said, he was surprised. He should have just said, how can we make it right? He never said anything to that affect. They didnt even treat a Platinum card holder with great service. Rather, poor service. We are never returning there.

2018-07-23 05:00:10Definitely double the price when compared to other Asian restaurants Im used to, but hey, this is a casino 😅Now thats out of the way, the food is actually pretty good and flavorful. I particularly liked the house special fried tofu due to its savory batter and rich soy sauce mixture. I work order than again next time I visit.Service was good at first, but then our waiter disappeared when we were trying to take care of our check. So I guess that was the only thing that took away from my experience.

2020-10-01 22:17:20Located inside Pechanga Resort and Casino, this Pan Asian Fusion restaurant serves up international delectable offerings from Korea, Philippines, Japan and Vietnam. The entrees and drinks are truly innovative and brilliant!Entrees are made to order and the exciting collection will even please the pickiest of palates.Service is always exceptional. From the time you walk in to the end of your meal, their service deserves acknowledgement.Stuck on what’s good? Feel free to ask your server for their personal favorites.Enjoy and as always, be safe.

2023-11-20 05:01:51Foods are good, but service and wait time are always sloooow. Even though half of the place is empty??? And dark too kinda depressing…it’s not fine dining there’s no need for mood lighting.

2022-05-06 19:39:26Not bad but not great. The foods are too oily and salty, and the teas are too sweet. I had a BBQ duck with egg noodle, and the entire thing was a bit too salty and the soup too oily. The noodle was also too soft and soggy, but the ducks flavor was good, so it started ok. The portions were quite large and sufficient, and the price was ok for being here inside the casino. We also had an oxtail rice noodle, which was also a bit greasy. For drinks there arent that many choices, sodas and ice teas, and a that tea. We opted for the Thai tea with boba, but it was way way too sweet, I mean really way to sweet even compared to a mountain dew, and we know that one is sweet. And the boba was obviously from the night before. I guess theyre just not that picky here about custom drinks. So we left most of it untouched.Recommendation is to remind the waiter to have firmer noodles, reduce salt, and avoid the teas here and just get a soda.

2019-09-21 03:15:487/26/2019 Update - The Bento Box is back! Not on the regular menu, but check the bottom of the back of the wine list!New menu. Seems prices have gone up significantly. No more bento box (I guess I’m the only one wanting teriyaki). Never brought the water we asked for, no refills on soda.3/26/19 - Korean beef, fried tofu, crispy orange chicken (peppers) and Pho beef noodles

2022-12-27 02:34:03Our waiter today with a bun barely did any service for us and did not fix my order which was the garlic noodle with braised meat which is suppose to have red curry sauce. After showing it to him he said that was the correct dish and did not look or smell anything or taste like curry. Had to ask another waiter about it and he grabbed the dish to ask the chef to fix it but then the guy with the bun said if I wanted anything else..like this thing is on the menu and all of a sudden they can’t make it?!? I think some waiters don’t care about customer service because there’s an automatic service fee. Food is overpriced here.

2023-01-02 00:56:18Food is actually good but I gave them a 2 star due to the facts that its not very accessible for disabled customers because its very crowded because the spacing of the tables is to close to each other. Me and my family brought my disabled dad for a special occasion and had to wait for them to rearrange the tables for us to be able to sit down. And if your not Asian there not going to treat you with good service I had to walk to the front justbto get a refill horrible customer service!!!!!
