Solid 60 min combination foot and body massage at a great price. Definitely suggest calling ahead of time and bonus points to them for being open late! Enjoy!

Such a fantastic massage! I called ahead, however they have a beautiful clean space that looks like it could accommodate walk ins as well. Wendy was my masseuse and she was incredible! Highly recommend this spot!

I went in and couldnt move my neck. By the time they were done with me, I could have done cartwheel. He really worked the muscles and I felt great. Affordable too. Massages are a necessity!

I love the massages here, my family and I will drive up from Glendale for it! And they are very reasonably priced. Ive only done the reflexology massage so far, but I plan to try the hot oil massage next time.

I stopped by on a whim and got a 30 minute foot reflexology session. I am now leaving and can’t stop giggling because I feel so good. It was the best decision I’ve made all day, and I definitely feel way more relaxed. And all in 30 min! I will definitely be back, probably regularly. Oh, and they were all wearing masks and require mask-wearing woohoo!

My wife and I had two wonderful full body massages including a foot massage. This is a very hands-on massage, similar to what you get in Asia and it was great for my body. I can only recommend and it is hard to beat at the price they are charging.

We were in Ojai for a day and happened to stumble upon this little hidden treasure for a foot massage. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how clean the place was. Ive been to many foot massage places and they are usually not as clean as this place. The staff was nice, professional, and the price was very reasonable. Looking forward to returning in the future.

It was ok I guess paid alot for a hr was not happy that when it say full body massage and then they only work ur back for 95% and very little on anything else. Had to ask twice for the lady to push harder there not very strong I asked for deep tissue massage and then when she tride she ended up hurting something in my neck. I could not turn my head for two days with out pain. But I will say there Bethany any where else Ive been in ojai so far. So I guess my experience was good and bad. No I would not recommend this place unless ur in desperate need of some kinda massage. I guess its better than nothing. Rumor has it the the private massage it way better in ojai. Ill be more patient and set an appointment at ojai zen next time.

I had the combination 90 minute massage and it was honestly one of the best massages Ive ever had. The atmosphere is clean and peaceful and my masseur was sweet with the perfect pressure touch. My sister and I are on a mini retreat together and our visit to Bamboo Creek was such a needed blessing. Highly recommend.

Had a 90 min combo massage by Amy. Shes strong felt great. Their wearing masks and ask if we would too at this time. Affordable 76.00 for the 90 nins. Please tip well massage therapist dont always get a big percentage.Comfortable environment too.

I just indulged in a much needed 1 1/2 hour massage with 1/2 hour reflexology. I’ve had many, many massages....mostly deep tissue to work on my various ailments from injuries over the years. I’ve traveled to decadent and luxurious spas and shelled out big bucks. I’ve gotten medically necessary massage from physical therapists. This was by far the best massage ever. What a peaceful setting and a fantastic price. I will book another appointment next time I’m in Ojai! Simply amazing!

Best massage I have had. Bamboo Creek spa is the place to go for all of your massage needs. I had an hour long hot stone massage very good deep pressure. The place itself is very clean and professional. The prices are very affordable and you can walk right in without an appointment.

Arrived a few minutes before my massage and the place was eerily quiet on a Saturday afternoon. No one in reception. Waited almost ten minutes past my massage time but Amy made up for the lost time. Came for a 90 minute hot oil massage and chose #6 on a scale of 1-7 for pressure. Amy did not disappoint. Within minutes she scrambled on top of the table and walked along my back, buttocks and legs. Pressure and pace was perfect. Just when I was about to scream from the pain she would ease up, allowing me to catch my breath. A few hot stones snd heated towels were added in for an elevated state of bliss. I worked as a massage therapist for several years and Amy is the real deal.

I had the hot oil message. Loved it ! Great price and one of my favorite massages ever! Jason did a great job. I was so relaxed afterwards. They stay open later than other massage places and we called ahead and got an appointment within 2 hours. The place is immaculate and it looks like they can accommodate all kinds of massages, from reflexology and foot massages to full body, hot stone and Thai.

My ONLY complaint is that they don’t go off script- meaning they don’t give any extra time to your particular issues - they really stick to their massage routine. BUT THAT SAID it’s an incredible hour long body massage for a great price. So incredibly happy we chose to go to Bamboo Creek!

It really pangs to me write this review, as I like to support local businesses and prefer not to leave poor reviews. However, Ive had a couple experiences here that lacked professionalism and I feel its important to share. Last year I chose to stop coming to this establishment because a man that worked there, who was giving me a massage, asked me to travel with him abroad (during my service). He later found me on Facebook and messaged me that he was leaving back to China and wanted to talk to me about my travel plans. This made me incredibly uncomfortable, and I dont understand how anything I had done would permit this type of behavior (aside from sitting in a massage chair and entertaining a kind conversation).I recently returned to Bamboo Creek, as there are excellent practitioners there, but was very disappointed with their lack of courtesy. During my massage this evening members of the staff were talking very loudly. It is a small place, so these conversations carry. Yes, I was the only client there, but it made it extremely difficult to relax. The woman who massaged me was kind of enough to ask them to quiet their voices in the beginning, but they continued to talk very boisterously the entire time I was receiving service. If I knew my experience would be like this I wouldnt have come.When I brought this to the attention of the staff there, they said sorry then laughed at me.I really hope that this review will act as message to improve the professionalism of this establishment. Again, there are great practitioners there. I am an Ojai local and have had a fair amount of good experiences at Bamboo Creek, but there definitely needs to be some training around appropriate customer service.

Great massages at very affordable prices. Due to Covid-19, need to schedule appointments. (They may not take walk ins, please check) Everything from foot and chair massages to full body hot stone work. Very relaxing ambience! Have gone about half dozen times now.

The best massage ever! The massage therapist had magic healing hands. I chose the 90 min combo, 1 hour hot oil massage and 1/2 hour reflexology. The massage flowed seamlessly. The hot oil was wonderful. By the time my reflexology began my body was so incredibly relaxed. Jennys intention was to take away all my aches and pains. When I left I was a new person. I live in West Hills, It takes about an hour and thirty minutes to get to Ojai, but I will be coming to see Jenny as often as I can. Not just for the feel good, but also for my bodys health,. Way to go Jenny!

Its a very good place. The staffs were very professional and friendly.I had a reflexology and body combo done for an hour. The masseuse was very good in checking the pressure and adjusted accordingly. It was very effective, because it relieved the half a day hiking stress I had on legs and ankles.

Its an interesting massage place. Many chairs and a few rooms for a couple massage. Did not appreciate the 2 pple giving the massage having their conversation and laughing amongst themselves while massaging me and my daughter. (It was a mothers day gift) Different packages available open late which is nice .

We found Bamboo Creek by chance and so glad that we did. We had a double hot oil massage with stones and felt exhilarated afterwards. The place was clean and the atmosphere was tranquil. The therapists were very professional and I would recommend Bamboo Creek to anyone wanting a value-for-money therapy.

When you book an appt, dont expect them to uphold it. They gave away my appt to a couple who booked a single massage instead of a couples. Incredibly unprofessional to not call ahead of time that theres a schedule issue.

Really enjoyed my foot massage. Super comfy and relaxing environment. Reservation was lost due to english speaking employee only works on weekends and I had called during the week. They were able to see us later in the day, so it worked out well

I was originally so happy with the spa. On Sunday I went for an hour treatment and left with an awful headache and could hardly breathe. The fragrance in there chemical soap was so intense. The sheets, towels and the entire space smelled like I was sitting in a laundry mat. When I got home my clothes smelled of dryer sheets or Tide.I suggest they use UNSCENTED SOAP to wash sheets and towels and NO DRYER SHEETS.I am sad to say, I can no longer go back. It was too intense with the smell.
