Didn’t realize until I got there but this is a part of a ghost kitchen.got mama ahns pho and pork banh mipho - everything inside is what youd expect from a bowl of pho, but the part that threw me off was the broth. There was this overly salty shrimp paste(?) like flavor that overpowered everything.banh mi - tastes pretty similar to the one from pho banh mi che cali, just double the price.relatively small portions, relatively high prices.

Wow. The chef owner was so incredibly gracious - I could have been a guest of honor at her home. She came out to greet me and personally hand me the order, she went back to give me her familys famous chili oil and scratch made peanut sauce. The banh mi wasOMG good - packaged perfectly, my custom notes executed to perfection, the bread crispy - not soggy despite the uber fresh veggies...Just perfection - from ordering, helpfulness, food - concept, ingredients, execution, to the ultimate in hospitality & warmth.Michelin star in their future! 🤩💫🙏

I like vermicelli but this one is a special dish that I will be craving to have the rest of the week. So clean and the most delicious sauce. Good vibes too.
