The temple is huge and peaceful. However, I visited this temple multiple times, and the only thing I missed was Krishnas flute.I highly recommend getting something from their in-house store. I got patra, shrikhand, and khari biscuits from them, and they were delicious.

Wonderful temple inside the glamourous glass building. I wish the architecture vould have been like the ones in India.But anyway, the experience inside was wonderful. Idols are very beautiful and realistic. I felt peaceful upon entering this place. Definitely visit their in-house store to shop for some authentic Gujarati snacks, sweets and a variety of puja material among other things. We bought several agarbattis, green tea packs, fafda, idada, kachori and mohanthal. Prices are reasonable compared to other commercial shops.They have a huge hallway leading up to the main prayer area. Shoe stands for ladies and gents is separate. Washrooms are airport level classy and clean! Enough parking in the premises. Theres a Sai Mandir also 4 mins away.

Aarti starts at 7 am and 6.30 pm. They also have Aksharpith. It has one of the best desi snacks. They also have Srikhand, Gujarati dal, and lots of sweets in the refrigerated section.Parking:Its difficult to find parking spaces on the weekends.Restrooms: They do have washrooms inside.

Its a beautiful temple. I love the prayer hall. Good place to seat and meditate for some time.They also have a store inside with Indian snacks that we always crave for, probably best and i really mean it best in bay area that i have tried.Place is fully wheel chair accessible. They have restrooms as well. you can really spend some time here and pray.

This temple is so big and peaceful. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. There are ample amount of parking. Big events all the time. Volunteers surely make it the best temple of bay area.

This is a beautiful temple architecturally.The religious ceremonies are all per the Hindu religion. However they are too strict and dont allow men to sit in the same area as the women. This is also discouraging for our kids to go with their friends as this breaks up their group if they go in there with both boys and girls. I cannot always go with my children and when I did encourage them to go with friends, they complained about this arrangement. With our busy lifes as it is we have very little time to be with our family. Instead of having two areas, it would be really wonderful if they could add another area so families like mine would have the choice is sitting together in the main prayer room, and will also encourage the younger generation to make their own choice as to where they want to sit and do Darshan.

I was went first time in 2011 in Diwali festival. Its huge prasad CHHAPAN BHOG its very very beautiful manage. I saw first like this. and after pooja they arrange cafeteria for fast food. it is very delicious dishes typical gujrati snack. I did lots of enjoy.

Probably the (2nd?) largest and most disciplined temple I have come across in US. They had a Sabha (service) going on in the evening followed by Aarti and Prasadam.One could carry peace and positivity while on their way back home 🙏🏻

The place is good but given 1 star because of discrimination they do based on gender, women were not allowed to go inside the hall for Aarti(based on what I saw on 04/17/2022). Also, everywhere starting from the shoe rack to the dining hall they dont allow men and women to go together. If husband and wife are going to the temple are they supposed to stay separate all the time ?

1. This is not a Sanatan dharma mandir.For us, it was more like a guru oriented facility, with lots of demeanor to Sanatan deities e.g. putting gurus higher than tridev avataars.2. Married couples were harassed to maintain distance inside the main room. Shouting at someone who doesnt know your rules is not justified.3. I can understand that this is a private place, they should have all the rules written beforehand to avoid hurting sentiments.4. Clean, ample parking spots and huge commercial shop in the same property.

Temple is very beautiful and peaceful place to visit. All volunteers are friendly and helpful. There is small grocery/gift store with wide range of selection of fresh snacks, food, god idols, pooja items, pooja mandirs, etc. Tushal is volunteer who helped me with questions. Beautiful Hindu Mandir. The moment you walk in you feel a sense of peacefulness and tranquility. Having a bad day? Just go inside and stand/sit near the marble idols (Murtis) and it will feel like everything is better and you are free of miseries. Open to the public during their visiting hours. Truly a holy place in San Jose to visit.

This is an excellent Hindu mandir. It is a great place to visit around Hindu festivals, especially Diwali, when they have several exhibits and videos about Hinduism and a festive atmosphere with good food for purchase and childrens fun activities. They have regular programs for children, young professionals, older men & older women. Many times in the year, the santos (saints - those who have taken vows to be in the BAPS order) visit. The murtis (icons) inside the mandir represent various divinities holy to Hindus. They have people who can explain Hinduism to you. They also have a store to purchase material about Hinduism, to practice Hinduism, & vegetarian food items & general groceries. This temple is part of the BAPS Hindu sampradaya (sect). There is a small store inside here for snacks, groceries & Hindu religious items.
