The service was outstanding! The experience of grilling your meat at your table was just so cool! I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food, that was really where it is at! The beef brisket was thinly shaved. The teriyaki chicken had great flavor. I was surprised at how tasty the fish cakes were. My two most favorite items were the pork belly and the green tea iice cream. This all you can eat restaurant really offers great variety and value for the price per person.

Great grills! Super delicious banchan! Good to great meat selection and quality! Friendly service! Lively atmosphere! I’m only withholding one star because staff is spread a little thin and it is pretty smoky. If you are planning to head out after dinner, just a heads up; you’ll smell like delicious meat all night.

Eat here very often because the food is good, service can sometimes be a little delayed because of the amount of tables being served. This is the first time we ask for seconds on ice cream and were actually told they couldnt that it was 1 ler person. One of them was for my 6 year old. I was disappointed as the food is all you can eat and thought so was the ice cream. Also, this is the 3rd time we go and the owner either tells us she is going to start cleaning the table or actually begins to clean it.

Cant comment as to how good or how bad the food is here because they wouldnt serve me. They said they dont serve single customers. I said Id buy two servings, and they said, NO! I offered to order something to go, and they said, No! I would not recommend this restaurant. They are rude and they have no idea of how to treat a customer. I dont care if they have the best prices and terrific meals, they are not very good people and dont deserve any patronage from anyone.

I cannot review the food, as it was not available for takeout, even though it lists on this page. I cannot review the service as 1 person will not be seated, as they are too busy to give a table for 1. I wont be going back as qas suggested, by the rude hostess, as I was only in town for 1 more day, as I have other plans. I do recommend Yummy China across the parking lot. I gave them 14 of 15 stars. The dining room was a bit plain, but very clean. Very polite service, fast preparation of delicious food at Yummy China!

Definitely one of the tastiest Korean BBQ places i ever been to. The only reason why GEN bbq may be more popular is because people dont know about BBQ night. Meat quality is even better here than GEN and service is great . Definitely a must try here in OC !

A pretty good place. It was very busy on a Tuesday night, but we were never left unattended. They have a ringer on the table to get service, but we never waited long before someone stopped by. The steamed egg was good, it was seasoned unlike other places. I especially liked the soondubu (soft tofu soup): lightly seasoned, not alot of paste, not too rich or salty, good tofu ratio. Salad had a lightly garlic dressing which was good. The meats were decent quality, lots of variety. I especially loved the kimchi because it was very fermented (I believe that maybe they make their own banchan). I really like how they have different flavors of ice cream to offer. For the premium price of 33.99, I think this is a great place to visit

This, in my opinion, is a better option when compared to Gen. The prices have risen since we first have started coming here but they do offer a significant amount of options. Everything we tried so far has been great. Removed one star due to how a situation was handled. I accidentally spilled a full water cup over myself and the floor beneath me. I was willing to mop up myself since I caused this mess and when I mentioned it to the staff they just brought me a giant wad of napkins. I mean it did get the job done to a degree but I was hoping for a bit more than just the offering of napkins. Thats not to say customer service isnt great, they are very attentive. But I was a bit disappointed at how this situation was handled. In any case, I do recommend coming here for the good food and selection. Dont forget to get the ice cream!

Birthday dinner with family. Im not sure it was as good as before the pandemic but it was still pretty tasty. There were 12 of us so they brought meat on big platters and we didnt have to keep ordering more meats like other places annoyingly do. Service was excellent and they saved my spot well after my stated time due to late coming family from OC. Oddly the steamed egg was our only complaint (which we didnt voice but we didnt eat) as they were completely over cooked.

My favorite spot for KBBQ. Meat is high quality, Korean side dishes are traditional and delicious. This place even includes sliced garlic (not too many spots offer this) service is superb, never had an issue. And of course they finish everything off with free ice cream. If you are looking for a KBBQ like it used to be back in the days, this is the spot.

Went for dinner on a Sunday night at 6:30. The wait for 8 of us was about 20 minutes.The price for adults was $21 for the basic meats or $24 for the upgraded meats. The meat was very good. The service was outstanding. Everything we asked for we got. Our server did not forget anything we asked for. Even though there are tons of Koren AYCE BBQ everywhere, the service here is what stands out for me. I would come back even though its kind of out of my way.

Its our go to KBBQ spot when we want a relaxed night of quality food.My fiancee and i like to try the local KBBQ spots wherever we travel to and so far there havent been many that rival the quality and selection BBQ night has.The wait time is usually low, the staff is friendly and attentive and the ambiance is great for a relaxed night out with friends, family or your significant other and parking is plentiful and accessible.Its our current favorite and I suspect it will remain that way for a while.

I counted and recounted who was there and confirmed with my brother about the guest list.I don’t plan on coming back as I am not a big meat eater. But customer beware. Check your receipt before you pay.Also: When I followed up about water for everyone at my table to an overweight, younger Korean female waitress, she gave me attitude. My buddies and I go here about once every couple of months to grub and catch up. The prices are reasonable and the service is better than other kbbq spots Ive been to. It doesnt seem to get as hot inside as other kbbq places either which is nice. Its never fun dripping sweat while youre cooking the food.

Amazing food especially if you like to feel like a chief, plus everything is unlimited. One of the best Korean bbq spots around. They also have free refills when you order a soda drink. We ordered sirloin steak and short ribs along with beef brisket. You can start off by ordering 3 types of meat then go on to the next ones youd like as you go. Dont worry about the pan getting dirty when cooking theyll ask you if you want to replace it pretty regularly. Prices very from lunch and dinner time. Also they have great sides you could order. Only desert they have is ice-cream.

I visited this restaurant for the first time during a coworkers birthday party. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The restaurant itself was very clean, although kind of small. My main issue was the fact that you basically have to cook your own food. (I once went to a Korean BBQ place in Koreatown, in Los Angeles, and I didnt have to cook anything.) I was wearing a nice outfit at this Korean Night BBQ and by the time the party was over I smelled like meat because of all the grilling smoke in the air. Not cool. Anyway, needless to say I wont be going back. Its just not my thing. To be fair, they have a varied selection of raw meats (brisket, shrimp, calamari, pig intestines, etc.), so check it out if cooking outside of your own kitchen relaxes you.

The food was good/okay but we didnt get nearly our moneys worth because things werent replenished.We were a party of 2 and were charged a mandatory gratuity of 15%. If I could give less stars I would.I came here because of the great reviews and honestly customer service here can be really bad.When we first sat down we had a great server, Anny. But then she left for the night, told us goodbye and to ring the bell if we needed help.We rang the bell 3xs and not a single person helped us. We didnt even leave the restaurant full because we got tired of waiting for someone to help us. Everytime we would flag down a server and ask for help they would glare at us and act as if we never said anything.I understand if the restaurant is busy, Ive been a server for 7+ years in different kinds of restaurants. I understand all of the trials servers go through, but the workers here deliberately refused to serve us for whatever reason and I came here to celebrate my brothers birthday and honestly we all had a terrible time.The food was good, they have high quality meats, and their ice cream bar is a nice unique touch. But their service and their staff really needs some work. I dont think I will ever back to bbq night.

So me and a few friends went here last night there was a wait 25 min, no big deal it was Friday totally expected when we got to our table all the sides were on the table ready we orderd the usuals but the ones that stood out were the calamari steak and the garlic pork belly and steamed egg all were tasty. Service was on point once we finished our plates of meat right away someone was there to get our next order and just in case theres a push button you can press and right away someone will come, once finished theres your choice of Ice cream you can either have it in a small cup or in a cone.

So you could say Im a KBBQ veteran of Cypress, Buena Park, and Cerritos. Ive tried a bunch and always enjoy myself. That being said, BBQ Night definitely ranks among the top of themOne of the best parts is there is no wait. We got there at about 8pm and were seated immediately with the table already completely setup with all the sides and fixins.The menu is great. They have a huge selection of meats and different things to try. I got the bean paste soup, it was pretty good but I much rather have gone with the egg. We tried just about all the meats and they were all absolutely delicious. The BBQ beef (bulgogi) was my favorite (as usual) but the spicy pork and marinated pork belly were definitely up there. The only meat we didnt care for too much was the sausage, it was just a bit bland.The service was absolutely spot on. We never had a shortage of sides or meat. They brought us so much stuff, so often, that our table was starting to get too full to have any room to put them on. Most KBBQ places Ive been to weve run out of everything and have to wait a bit to get them to bring more (like pulling teeth). Not at BBQ Night, we never even had to press the service button.The ice cream was tastey, but nothing too special. Id love to see a soft serve machine there! And unfortunately they ran out of most of the flavors by the time we got around to the ice cream (however it was right about when they were closing).I highly highly recommend this place. Awesome service, great good, and a decent price ($17 for dinner).Bring your appetite!

My family and went here since Gen KBBQ in Alhambra was a 2 hour wait and my family had children so we needed a place that was roomy and not so loud. By our surprise, this place was clean, roomy, and calm for the kids. And they take reservations and have free parking. Their meat was as good as most places I been in Ktown with less fat. They have all the side dishes like most AYCE KBBQ except the pancake. But, The AYCE meal comes with free ice cream. The ice cream didnt taste as fresh so that was the only thing that stuck out. Overall, if youre looking for a place for family this is the place!

Well, Im kind of torn between the ratings here because like a typical Chinese restaurant, the food here is good and the service here....well, read on.We live pretty darn close to here. Though not walking distance, but its the closest KBBQ to us, nevertheless. When this place took over an existing KBBQ, we thought of coming. We didnt because we love CSG in Buena Park. Yes, that place is like comfort food for us.Surprisingly this place has all the same banchans and the same sauces. The broc, tofu skin, cucumber and regular kimchi, potato salad, bean sprouts, seaweed (ok, CSG doesnt have seaweed). They also have the Dduk and radishes along with the greens. In addition to the $14.99 weekday AYCE, they also have the egg pot which we love.The meat here I have to say looked pretty darn fresh. It did help though that we were the first one in line at 11:30am. However, as strange as it was. We noticed when we finished the first round of meat (you get 3 types per round), getting help here is non existent.The bell on the desk you can hear throughout the restaurant, but no one comes. 15 minutes later, finally our waitress comes back. Seriously, 15 minutes of NO Food in an AYCE restaurant is not really what I look forward to. We were out of water, food, banchan. Whats more, we had to change our grill so that takes another 10 minutes or so.Because of the time lapse, we had to leave after our second round and we werent able to order anymore due to lack of time. I do have to say the Top Sirloin was huge and nice piece! The marinated beef was awesome too. The prime brisket was a good cut, you can see marbling. Also the Thrifty ice cream was nice and cold and has all the popular flavors like green tea, black cherry, malted chocolate krunch like I like.I would like to go back again and rejudge this place. Its good but I would not like to sit the furthest away from the kitchen. Maybe coming in first is not a good idea. We saw people who sat closer to the front of the entrance getting more service so we will ask for that next time.

The waitstaff are young whippersnappers, so if youve had difficulty communicating with attendants at other Korean BBQ places, suffice to say, you wont here at BBQ NightParking is in a private lot at the Zion supermarket center, which can be difficult on the weekends. TVs are available to watch the game or the latest episode of your favorite Korean soap opera. Sufficient seating for large & small parties.Hungry, my friend?
