THERE WAS A BUG IN MY FOOD!!! I let my server know and he didnt seem to care which unfortunately, these days, I didnt expect him to. So I let him know I wanted that manager to be aware of it. The member also showed me sympathy. Im like wow guys I even took a PICTURE! Ruined my entire appetite and first time experience here. I STILL PAID HALF for my meal. And I wish I didnt.

Did the All You Can Eat lunch special. Completely worth the money and wait if you had to. I went in a Friday and it was pretty light up until 1pm when more people showed up. The staff is very helpful if youve never tried KBBQ. Ingredients were all fresh from the veggies to the meats. Tried the Salt Pork, Bulgogi, Brisket, Hawaiian Pork and Marinated Chicken, all were good, wish I had a second stomach to try other meats. Good selection of veggies if thats what your in the mood for.Complimentary ice cream to top it off!!Definitely recommend this place...

I tried many korean all you can eat BBQ before. This location is one of the best korean bbg restaurants with great service in Orange county area. I love all the meats and side dishes. I love Korean marinated galbi, beef tong, briskets, chicken and much more.My husband and I enjoyed our dinner here. If someone want to try korean BBQ, don’t hesitate to visit here! Highly recommend.

This place is the best! Been coming here a few years now and never had a bad experience. Servers are quick to serve you. Changing grills, refilling drinks, clearing the table of plates and asking what we would like to order next. The quality of the meat is much better then other places and they aren’t stingy with it either. Shout out to Andrew and all the other staff who always goes out of there to ensure we are well taking care of!

One of my favorite places in the area for all you can eat Korean BBQ, they dont have any appetizers like Gen does (Gyoza, fried calamari, etc.), but they have a nice selection of meats for the grill. I judge a KBBQ by its bolgogi and galbi and BBQ Stops bolgogi is excellent.One note, the parking lot in this little Plaza borders on ridiculous as far as the size of their stalls, if you have a clown car, bring it.

DONT EAT HERE!! THEY STOLE YOUR CREDIT CARD. Me and my husband had dinner at this AYCE restaurant last night. To be honest this was the worst Korean BBQ I’ve ever had. The service was okay but the meat quality was terrible. They just gave you whatever they wanted to instead of what you order. We didn’t even finish the 2nd round when we ordered 3 and they just gave us 2. My husband used a credit card that we only use for utilities bills autopay then it got stolen for over $300 today.

This place is kinda far from home but the cilantro pork belly is worth the drive. The parking spaces are on the narrow side. Very clean, friendly servers. Amazing. Everything is so good and the service is quick. The only reason I took one star off is because the kimchi tasted like fridge (yes, its a thing). But the rest of the sides and meats were very good. I specially like the shape of their grills because I can order sliced garlic and put them around the edges so they confit in the meat juices.

Great food and service! even though I had one waiter put my tongs from the grill on the table I got very bothered being that tables even though clean gets dust on Them l.. I suggested that they have a plate to put tongs and scissors on. All you can eat Korean barbecue restaurant that’s currently open during covid for takeout and outdoor dining. They’re open for lunch and dinner during the weekend, and I would recommend coming before noon in order to avoid a long wait. You put your name on the list and they’ll call you when the table is ready. There are two menu options (A is $25.99, B is $29.99) and they do serve alcohol (I.e soju). Credit cards are accepted. Bathrooms are available for customer use through the double doors in the back.They still serve all the favorite meats plus some fun extras like cheese fondue. I am quite fond of the spicy tofu soup as well. The banchan i standard and my favorite was the fish cake. Rice and rice paper is available upon request. The servers hustled and were nice. Ice cream is available for dessert (flavors include strawberry, rainbow sherbet, green tea, and mint chocolate chip). Overall, super glad that this place is still operating and available to satisfy our KBBQ cravings.

In both Google and Yelp this place claims to be open 12pm - 10pmI arrived at 3.05 and it’s not open.Their sign shows open tho.I asked manager if I can have a seat outside and wait until they will open for dine in. He refused to cooperate.When I asked where I can wait for their opening he once again said they are not open just yet and unable to help. Even tho plenty of tables with chairs available outdoors.This is very unprofessional. BBQ Stop has become my roommates and I go to KBBQ spot! Mainly because of the service! Ive been to multiple KBBQ spots where youre constantly waiting for service, meat, drinks, or even a grill! But we always get the most amazing service at KBBQ Stop! We make sure to always ask for Ashley. The food is also better than most KBBQ restaurants Ive been to and they tend to be more generous in their portions! I definitely recommend this KBBQ restaurant if youre looking for good food and great service!My roommates and I had the option A dinner ($30) We mainly order Brisket, pork belly, beef belly and bulgogi. Best Korean BBQ spot I have been to. The food is great and they have the best side dishes. Highly recommend the spicy tofu soup. The only negative thing I have to say is that sometimes the service is not the best. It use to be great, they were always on it. Not sure if they are struggling with low staff or what but still highly recommend this place.

You gotta love all you can eat Korean BBQ! The meat is very high quality and is served with unlimited banchan. The staff is quick to assist and is friendly. The area can be a bit tight and hectic however. We were seated right by a doorway that was propped open so we constantly felt an uncomfortably cold breeze. Other than that, I would definitely bring my friends and family here again. Best KBBQ experience by far!

Terrible experience. Server spilled meat juice on our cloths when bringing the plates. Sure, one time is an accident, but it happened multiple times. They acknowledged the mistakes, but that was it, no cleaning up the spilled area, and not even offering napkins without asking.

Love this all you can eat BBQ. Good quality meat and good portion size especially the beef tongue. Service is very good as there are a lot of waiters circling the tables. Only downside is the wait if you dont show up early. Also parking in this shopping center is terrible with small spaces and very busy. Most of the time need to park across the street or in the nearby neighborhood.

I’ve been here several times with my friends and we just love coming here. They’re friendly service and delicious meats always bring us back. They’re pricing is slightly higher than your average KBBQ restaurant, but the service and food outweigh it. The only downfall I would add is the parking since you probably won’t find parking on the lot, BUT you can park across the street towards the neighborhood and there’s plenty of parking there with no complaints.

Have been coming to this spot for a while. Its our usual go-to after watching a movie in Puente Hills. During our list visit our server Brandon was really great. He was attentive to our needs and was really funny as well. On our way out we found out that he was actually a new employee! Not one dirty dish was picked up. Not one refill of water offered. Very disappointing. Ive been here before but today was the worst. Price for the A menu is currently $30 per person, both A & B menus (B-menu includes Korean ribs, shrimp and a few additional items), cost per person is $35. Not the best, not the worst, but above-average. 4/5Most impressed by the ice cream - 2 sorbet and 4 ice cream flavors to choose from. The ice cream were of gourmet gelato quality. I tried the strawberry (with strawberry fruit and shortcake pieces) and butter pecan (with crushed nuts). If I can have ayce ice cream for $5, I will give it 5 stars!

Took the wife for an early dinner and the place was nicely set up for outdoor seating. The side dishes were fresh and the meat was pretty good. The only complaint I had was the whole time there we were only served twice and one was only because we had to call them at the beginning because the gas was empty. No one came by to refill our water even though it was requested. Also the burner was kind of weak. It took too long to get the meat to cook which ended up drying the brisket but didnt cook hot enough for the fatty beef belly. Even with my concerns I would come back again but sit closer to the serving area.

The worst service I have received in a restaurant of this class. We ordered our first meats and it was all because practically the waiter forgot about us, we told them and even then they didnt take care of us. The waiter no longer took new orders of meat. We ended up turning off the grill because he didnt come back to serve us. We asked to speak to the manager and they would not give him the message. We had to find the supervisor to complain, he apologized for the bad service, but he still wanted to charge as if we had ordered many times more meat. It was not our first time there, but we will never go back.

It was my first time at BBQ Stop. We ate outside due to COVID restrictions, the tables are plastic folding tables so be careful if you are on a slope we used the paper table covers to place our plates on so they do not slide. The service was good servers asked us a few times if we were ok. It was a good experience sitting at the table with the family and everyone could cook their meat as well as they liked. My favorite was the marinated chicken it was really good. It is all you can eat at the table so be careful not to order too much or it will be wasted, you can not take it home. 😋 ooh and tables are disinfected after every use.👍

We went on 6/15/20 during COVID-19 pandemic, and they are currently open for dine-in. Spacing between tables are large, so 6 ft distancing is not an issue here. As with going anywhere, remember to bring a mask! A family forgot masks and tried to cover their faces with the shirts they were wearing, but they were turned away.The service was great as always. We came at 5:30 pm on Monday, so there were very few people and a lot of staff in anticipation of the dinner rush. Everything came out very quickly.Since before, the prices have risen ($25.99 A dinner, $29.99 B dinner), and the quality of the meats are same as before (still very good).Id definitely recommend coming back, if you feel comfortable leaving the house. Just make sure to keep your distance and wash often.

This place is great! Have come here a few times and have never been disappointed. While the price is fairly high for a normal meal, it is pretty average for Korean BBQ. The meat is good and they have a huge selection. I can promise you that all the free ice cream they have is good. Its good. The meat selection is great, but the sides arent that great. The potato salad needs just a touch of salt & pepper. The atmosphere is casual and comfy. The price is comparable to other AYCE Korean BBQ restaurants in the area. The really nice thing about BBQ Stop is the complimentary ice cream after the meal - the Oreo Cookie and the strawberry ice cream cups are very tasty.

First off, theres construction surrounding this location so if you miss the place be prepared to go down the road a bit before you can turn around. Parking like a lot of these strip malls are tight, really tight, I would barely call it compact.Seating was quick even for a Friday night, we had a part of 8 and they were able to accommodate us quickly.The all you can eat is either $18.99 or $21.99, get the higher priced one as you have a bigger selection. All the side dishes are really great, not sure if they make it in house but its really good. The meats are great as is the shrimp. Really really recommend this place if youre in the area or willing to make a trek out to Diamond Bar.

Yesterday afternoon I went to this restaurant to pick up some online order, a male staffer with short hair in his twenties was critical about the way I wore my mask and chose to ignore my order, while I saw the rest of the staff were attentive to the outdoor dining customers where mask was not required.This employee was probably disgruntled, or had a long day and tougher time to make comparable income like before the pandemics.Id like to caution the management to monitor the attitude of their fellow employees and pay attention to both online and dine in customers, especially uncertain time like the current one!

Service is second to none especially for AYCE (thanks Sang!) and the onion salad, not available at any other similar restaurants, is bomb! They even have ice cream included after with your meal.Furthermore, the price is extremely fair for what you get: sides like kimchi, macaroni salad, fish cake, broccoli, rice noodles, rice paper, steamed egg, tofu soup, etc. and of course the meat. This place is usually good but in this business, once you let go of quality service, you start to be just like everyone else. When we first started coming here, staff was very attentive even if really busy. Today, unfortunately, we called for assistance 3-4 times with even the new manager just walking past our table without acknowledging our call. The food is your average AYCE kbbq food, nothing to brag about. We like coming here for the service, but I dont know whats going on now. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table when 1/3 of the restaurant had tables available, granted they were the longer ones and theres only 3 of us. My water cup was empty with staff passing by it at least 5 times and nobody offered a refill. I remember teamwork here in the past but now Im sensing an attitude that says youre not my table, so youre not my problem!. Last but not least, a grill change would be nice when your grill looks like ours but nobody is noticing anything now even though their manager keeps walking around! I hope they shape up.

I have come to this place several times to make sure things have not changed .The service and quality of items for the price that you pay for is great .For those that do not know AYCE Korean BBQ places you basically choose your meats, and the servers bring out the meat you ordered. Once you are running low on your meat, you can order more meat and keep ordering till your done.The servers are always busy going back and forth refilling items for tables. With that being said yes it gets busy, and yes the servers keep checking up every now and then to see you need anything else.The parking area can get a bit crowded but free parking . So if you dont like crowded parking, I would just suggest to come on their non-peak hours .
