One of my favorite lunch spots, but went for dinner yesterday and seemed like the cook didnt care. Presentation wasnt there, all the regular ingredients werent there. Hope it was an off night/shift.

Omg so delicious!!! Best Bulgogi Ive ever had! It was so flavorful from bite number one! I ordered double the meat of the bulgogi salad and it was such a great taste and a great portion! Ill definitely come back the next time in the area!

They have excellent food, excellent prices, and use non plastic containers. The people are friendly. They have a few locations that are both convenient for me.I had the spicy pork bowl and it was amazing. I want to stress again how good the value is for a small business in an expensive city like LA. They give you a very filling meal for ten dollars or less. You really dont find that much anymore.I also had their fried chicken and it was tasty, crispy and a good side to go with the bowl.This location has a small parking lot but I had no issues getting a parking space and there are plenty of street parking options close by.

Astoundingly rude. I arrived at the WeHo location at 9:38 PM (12/5/23). The man in the restaurant watched me pull up in my car, and as I was getting out, proceeded to turn off the open sign and lock the door. No explanation for why they were closing early, not even the courtesy of a gesture to me indicating that he was closing. Just locking the door in my face. What an incredibly disappointing experience. I had eaten at this location once before for lunch, and was looking forward to it for dinner tonight. I will not be returning.

I found this place out by pure coincidence! It’s great food, but the last few times I’ve been they’ve been out of certain items that are quintessential to the dish! I personally don’t like the pickles and it doesn’t replace the pickled veggies you had prior. I just think if they finally restocked and put the missing ingredients, I’ll update this review!

The spicy chicken bowl hits the spot every single time. The side order of fried chicken with spicy sauce on the side, provided that crunchy texture to contrast the rice & veggies. Frequented this place at least on a weekly basis & would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Ordered their wok fried tofu to go and it was very good, didn’t wait for too long since the place wasn’t busy, the girl at the counter was welcoming and polite, the place felt warm and simple which I liked, added a side of kimchi and it was spicy and delicious, I feel like going back and trying out some more options off the menu. All and all a good experience.

What can I say, this place is the Bees Knees! Their Bulgolgi rice bowls are the Buisssnesss! Ive also had the spicy pork bowl and I Never skip out on the fried egg for a buck more. My boyfriend and I were in LA doing tourist things and wanted something homey and quick to eat. I came across this in my search with great reviews and sounds like a good idea for dinner. We got the spicy pork bowl, kalbi bowl and fried chicken. It is so cute in this little restaurant and the waitress was super lovely and friendly. Delicious!!!! This was a great cheap and delicious place. I only got the bulgogi but it was great, and cheap(only 11 dollars for a ginormous delivery meal). The bulgogi was great all around. I did not find one thing wrong with this place. Plus even if you were starving when you ate this(like me) you would still have the leftovers for days.

The quality is as good as a Michelin 5 Star restaurant. Doesnt get much better than this. Granted the dining area is like a burger joint, nothing to look at. This is one of the best secrets in Hollywood. They are one of the few restaurants that don’t price gouge. You can still get a meal for under $10 which almost doesn’t exist anymore. And their food is very simple and taste very good. Rice with either chicken or Korean steak. Check them out!

Got the tofu bowl with a fried egg. First off, the bowls are massive which was a super nice surprise, even better they are soooo good. The tofu is cooked perfectly, crispy and tender, the fried egg adds a super nice rich texture and all the veggies blend with the rice to give it a little spicy kick. Highly recommend.PS. Closed between 4pm-5pm for break.

Super good authentic Korean food, this snazzy little restaurant has all the best and most popular Korean foods. They make their own kimchi, pickles, and salad dressing.I love the fact that there are so few choices on the menu, its less stressful, and knowing whatever you pick will be a carefully crafted masterpiece is way better than wondering if the new dish you want to try is going to be good or not.My vegan girlfriend even loves this place and their one vegan dish; they serve a tofu rice plate that is very similar to the chicken rial really bowl.

Since I was in the area, I decided to look for a new spot to try for lunch. I was craving some asian food and decided to give BBQ + Rice a go. Its located in a small plaza with a few parking spots available for those lucky enough to snag one. Street parking is also available for those willing to walk, just pay attention to the signs!The interior is small and offers up a few chairs for those who would like to dine in. The menu is fairly simple and the rice bowls are all filled with a variety of veggies to compliment your choice of protein. Being a beef lover, I went straight for the galbi bowl.The meat was tender and soft, and was not entirely what I was expecting. It was not the traditional texture youd find on the rib, but more of a stewed beef. I enjoyed the sweet and salty flavors from the bowl and found the pickled veggies to add another layer of flavor that all went very well together! The bulgogi beef tasted like the bulgogi beef you know and love, but better! The rice was extra fluffy, and the special house made sauce they put into all the bowls tastes so good! I even went ahead and added a few extra drops into mine just so I can savor the flavor even more!I throughly enjoyed my meal here, and would definitely come back again to eat more of their delicious Korean rice bowls!

It was the most delicious food I had while traveling in the United States. For the money you pay for soft tofu, you can eat here twice and drink coffee. It seemed like the Korean owner was cooking the food himself. The best, the best, I was thrilled as soon as I put it in my mouth.

Crazy taste... Its so delicious that I feel like crying. Ive been to a Korean restaurant that says its delicious while traveling in the US, but it just felt like a Korean restaurant I ate in the US, but this is a restaurant Id go to often even if I was in Korea.I usually dont leave reviews, but this place is really..💕
