We wanted to have some breakfast by the marina and I think we chose well.it was such a relaxing start to the day!We started off with their bloody Mary and coffee. I ordered the bistec and eggs. It was served with plantains and fries. OMG the presentation matched the flavors. Such a great way to start off the day.My wife got the Crab Cake Benedict and that was also amazing! The flavors reminded me of a really delicious sushi roll.I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Great atmosphere & seating area right off mother beach. Service was great—very friendly waitress. Food was fine, nothing special, but decent—just NOT WORTH the $$$.Paid $50 for a couple pancakes and a bowl of yogurt and fruit. But I guess that’s part of being on vacation, overpriced food.

We had amazing time celebrating our anniversary. The food was great, all of our drinks were great, we had an old fashion, a Mimosa, an espresso martini and a resting beach face. All of them were amazing!!! Thbak you so much for great food and drinks. Nahum was a wonderful server super polite and efficient and friendly, definitely deserves recognition. We will definitely be back

Nice outside patio with heating for the colder days. Food was delicious, maybe on the smaller side of the portions. We all enjoyed it. The club Grilled chicken sandwich was probably the best choice as it came with plenty of fries on the side. We came here as it was marketed as dog friendly. Our pup was able to stay under the table and not get bothered by other dogs during our meal.

A great setting for a hungover breakfast, one of those hangovers where you can feel your thoughts rattling off of the inside of your skull and as you vow to never drink again.I went for the protein scramble as I am on a mission to get back to 155lbs and be Fight Club Brad Pitt skinny. Real ones know. Much to my delight this protein scramble was a FULL plate, not the mouse sized portion I was anticipating.Chicken was cooked well, salad was dressed properly, eggs werent runny thank GOD, and the Quinoa was well... We stayed at the Jamaica Inn so decided to have dinner at their Beachside Restaurant & Bar with mixed results. I ordered the Orange & Mint Mojo Chicken because I love mole and plantains. Unfortunately the chicken was dry and tough, plantains overcooked and the mole bland. On the other hand my wife is on a special diet diet and they made a special order of grilled chicken breast on vegetables which was perfect. The service started very nice but after the food was served our server vanished for the remainder of the meal and I had to hunt her down to pay our bill. The location is very nice and the next day we ordered their protein breakfast which was flavorful and a great value. Overall I can only give them a mixed review.

The food here was wonderful! The vibe and ambiance was very welcoming. It felt like we were guests at someone else’s home rather than visitors at a restaurant. The order of our meal was mixed up and the chef personally came out and gave us a free dessert. It was amazing! The service was very genuine and friendly. We had a wonderful time here. My only negative critique is that the Avocado toast was very nasty; too much going on with the ingredients. Not a single complaint about anything else. I strongly recommend this place! Perfect choice for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner!

Rob and and Mauro provided among the best service I have seen in a very long time. Especially for managing a table of 12. Food was also spectacular. The crab cake Benedict and pork belly Breakfast sandwich were among the best I have ever had. The Chicken & waffles with fresh berries was also a crowd favorite.

Great view. Awesome location. Delicious food. Our server was kind enough to give us shaded place from the Sun.Unfortunately the other server took the shade away, hence the heat of the Sun directly on our face. Very insensitive. Common sense, nobody wants to eat where the heat of the Sun directly on our eyes. We had to talk sense to the Latina server & she admitted they took it away.Hence the 3 stars.Servers need to use common sense if the Sun scorching the customer, offer them shaded place that available. Plain & simple. After all it is a customer service industry!!

We stayed at the larger hotel down the road but decided to have breakfast/brunch on a Sunday at Beachside. Unfortunately outdoor seating was not available due to torrential rain so instead we sat at the bar as the indoor dining room was very busy. We were so pleased with the friendly bar tender Mauro and the atmosphere of the bistro. We each had a mimosa. One of us had the Crab cake Benny and the other protein scramble . beautiful presentation and quite tasty but somewhat pricey $92.

Came here for my friends birthday! The food was pretty good, prices were alright. We liked the mussels and salmon a lot but everything we ordered was good. We had 6 people so there was a 20% added gratuity fee. I wasnt sure if I was supposed to tip on top of that but I did anyway. Thinking now, I think I probably didnt have to? My friends liked the alcohol they ordered.

We actually dined here twice during our stay at the Jamaica Bay Inn. This is a very nice restaurant for what is considered a 3-star hotel. I was shocked at how nice this restaurant is. Absolutely beautiful outdoor seating area with amazing views of Mother’s Beach and the Marina. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the patio and watching the Marina come alive with activity. I would recommend this restaurant even if you aren’t staying at the hotel. Pro tip: order the half dozen fresh baked cookies from their desert menu they are so worth it! Super Pro Tip: you can make a reservation using OpenTable for anytime of the day. We made reservations for dinner one night and breakfast the next morning. We never had to stand around waiting for a table.

Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever paid for. I hate waste, I usually will no matter what take my leftovers for the homeless at the very least. I couldn’t eat nor would I feed any of the food here to a homeless person. Way overpriced, the pics here must be over 10 years old. It’s a Walmart collection of employees and visitors. Bathrooms are disgusting and I suggest you look up when you pull up in valet. This place is just rundown and I have no idea how they ever kept a higher rating.

Not impressed with this establishment. First off, you have to pay for parking so $5 to self park and $7 for valet, i valeted with no issues, the valet team is very professional and kind. I came here expecting to get some work done on my laptop, but the atmosphere was full of extremely loud and obnoxious patrons, there were a ton of teenagers there and they were more behaved than the adults. I sat myself in the bar area but was never greeted. After figuring out what I wanted I approached the bar and was immediately served. I asked for the farmers garden salad and for it to be topped with salmon. The “salmon” I got was fairly dry and tasted like tuna. I was starving and at it anyway. I had to take a call but it was so loud I had to step out of the restaurant to have a proper conversation. I was still very hungry since the portions here are small (and the prices are not) so I also ordered the ceviche. It was the laziest presentation of ceviche I have ever seen. The green sauce it was covered in was phenomenal, but again it was a very small portion and everything was roughly chopped and was not like any ceviche I ever had before. For the price I was paying I was very disappointed in the portions and quality of food I received. The service was fairly quick but I had to go out of my way to be noticed, always having to approach the bar to order anything and pay my bill. I saw a few other patrons approach the bar to pay their bill as well because they couldn’t locate their server. I do hope this establishment makes the experience better for the price we pay to eat here. Maybe I’ll give this place another try in the future but so far I would not recommend this place unless you’re staying at the hotel.

It is rare That I give a bed review 😴 but as I love this place and always had great experience I come frome the valley I was early the hostes told me they opening the restaurant at 4Pm.So I sat at the bar. Got no service stillat the bar,about 4 peoples got served. So I moved to a table. By 4 pm I got the menu from the bas boy 👦 he was kind to clean the table for me . Sat down it is 4.10 Pm I so wanted a coffee no one come to my table party of 4 sat down the waiter help them first fin. 4.35 Pm.the waiter Bryen. Took my order coffe and hamburg.I asked if I can subtitud the 🧀to make the story short he need it to ask the chef. I say never mind but he left. Come back still no coffe.finaly got my coffe.Wow. Hamburger arrived I ask for the spicy ghost sauce. He bring me Tabasco and say theres is no Ghost sauce I love spicy and I had the Hamburger 2 week ago. At was fantastic perfectly grilled jucy. This time cold dry. And no one come to see if I need anything maybe. So I eat.Hoi am looking around the restaurant is empty. But we are 5 customers on the floor I was writhing 15 minutes to get coffee. This was my worst experience ever. I tell it like it isTo Bryen . Bed service not like I have had before. He answered, you want your coffee to go then. I say yes payed and left.I was thinking to have a cocktail it was 5 Pm. So I went to whisky red a place I like. Too. As its name implies, Beachside is located right on Mothers Beach, on the lobby level of the Jamaica Bay Inn Tapestry hotel. Our visit was on the Mother’s Day-adjacent Saturday; still busy, but aside from a small delay in seating, the food was delicious and the service was great. Will be back!

So I came back again today just to give it the great review it deserves..Drinks are very refined. They look incredibly sweet, but they are not too sweet. Lobster pasta was great, very garlicky. Thai chicken and Mango salad? Better alternative to Thai chicken salad! Again, every - thing - you order here is great. But what makes it better than Cheesecake Factory? If restaurants are judged by location and the views the location provides, Beachside would be ranked number one by a vast majority of reviewers as the view of the beach and the marina are rather stunning. Its best to get there early for breakfast before it gets too crowded. Our waiter forgot about us after delivering the food and we had to flag another staff member to get the bill. Good thing we had the amazing view to keep us busy in the meantime.

We were looking for a decent place to watch the super bowl with out of town friends. Just by accident, we came across the beachside and we were not disappointed!! We ordered the prefix appetizer plate! (No Costco frozen jalapeno) these were crafted pork belly sliders, ahi tacos, chorizo deviled eggs Just to name a few. Traveled to LA to celebrate the 50th work anniversary for one of our team members. We made reservations to ensure that our party of 12 could be accommodated. When we arrived, we found that the reserved placards were on our tables following social distancing protocols. Our amazing server promptly greeted us. Within moments of being seated, we had our drinks and appetizers. Soon after, we received our meals. Everyone received their food exactly as ordered. It was hot, tasty and well-portioned. Food was good, we ordered our food the same time as the table next to us but we got our food 20 minutes later, we wanted to order more drinks but our waiter was nowhere to be found. My beachside scramble was good but the tater tots were not. I noticed 2 other customers who ordered the same thing also did not touch the tater tots. Id rather have toast. Great view of the water and fantastic service. Probably favorite brunch spot in the marina. I had the turkey avocado bacon Benedict and my friend had the smoked salmon Benedict. They were both delicious! I was expecting the turkey to be thinly sliced like lunch meat but it was thanksgiving style thick cut and SO yummy. Topped it off with a mimosa and some sunshine on the patio and had a great time. Pro-tip, if you self park its free for the first 2 hours! You still have to grab a parking slip at the valet desk. Will definitely be going back soon!

Breathtaking view... I was in LA for a little less than 24 hrs and wanted to experience something new and memorable and honestly this was a great choice. We have asked to be seated outside, I mean why you wouldn’t with 80 degrees temperature around 10 in the morning. Honestly I was not expecting much from food, but it was so delicious that we ate everything without even say a word. So greasy, so tasty and so heathy! Loved everything about this place and food. The best beachside restaurant in West LA!!! Had birthday brunch there and my usual steak and eggs was AWESOME. Dont hesitate to booze up. They have good wines. Looking at the beach, I let the sun take care of the virus and enjoy my foods and great company. Once you go there you wont go to other fast casual restaurants nearby!

Go in for a solo breakfast or a stop to start your day with someone. Beautiful view of the marina. Watch Paddle Boarders while you enjoy your breakfast. Very quiet. Heaters for sitting outdoors all year. Great waiters. FRIED CHICKEN AND FRENCH TOAST IS TO DIE FOR! I had to meet the chef after I finished. He even wrote down the recipe. Delicious and affordable! About $15 . I always try their soup of the day as well which is usually pretty good.

The friendly staff tries their best, but the food is mediocre. It is also meat heavy with few vegetarian or vegan options. Even Breakfast meals are meat heavy with steak, pork belly, and fried chicken. No Ala Carte options to help those with limited dietary needs.During Mothers day, the staff were spread incredibly thin and then even ran out of various glasses leaving the poor server to ask if was OK to serve our wine in a bourbon glass.Nice try, Hilton. But this isnt your best effort.

The Thai Salad is the perfect thing to order for a light business lunch. It’s hardy enough to keep you satisfied until dinner without feeling overly full and sluggish. The food was very good we had breakfast here. The menu said served with maple syrup the syrup served may have been spring maple. It was very thin light in color with hardly any maple flavor. Since we live in the North East in maple country it wasnt exactly what I was expecting. I do know for whatever reason the spring syrup that is light sells for a premium price and possibly thier buyer thinks it better because it is more expensive but it would be so much better if they had an amber or dark maple syrup that is thick and with a rich male flavor. But breakfast was good wish they were a little more frequent with the coffee in the morning. I will say it is expensive but if you are a hotel guest the daily food and beverage credit makes it more reasonable. I would eat there again but we are experiencing price shock out here in California and it was our first restaurant so sticker shock was hard. However they just changed their brunch for an $80 fixed menu with no drinks included, forcing you to eat courses you dont want when youd easily spend more if they let you do a la carte. Somehow we left having spent over $100 for 2 ppl, after only 1 item and 1 drink, still hungry and REALLY disappointed. Theyve officially turned off their return customers and local clientele with this menu change that makes no sense. The group of us will not be back and will be sharing the unfortunate news with our friends. Even the hostess and server apologized and agreed that it was an inconvenience and that tables had gotten up and left before ordering. That tells you all you need to know.

Went for a birthday brunch and the birthday boy wanted Eggs Benedict. Their version was served on a crab cake. A fishy crab cake to boot. Thankfully we ordered an additional French toast to share between 3 of us. The French toast plate made us all happy! Delish. Id stay away from the crab cake eggs Benedict plate. And recommend to the establishment to add (or even delete the crab cake all together) a traditional eggs Benedict with a field spring salad tossed with a crisp balsamic vinegarete, granny Smith apple slices, fresh grape tomatoes, seasoned croutons, bacon pieces and a sprinkle of feta cheese to accompany the traditional poached egg dish. Our server came and we asked if we could get some minor tweaks to the printed menu. They have the ingredients in the kitchen for sure. Every request was denied. I wanted fish tacos but they come 3 to an order. They have fried fish or shrimp. I asked for 2 fried fish and 1 shrimp. Nope! I got 3 fried fish tacos and one of them was very undercooked. They used to be the best fish restaurant in the whole area. This is a hotel restaurant and they are charging Ritz Carlton prices. There were 5 in our party and only 3 plates came out, then awhile later one more plate and quite awhile later the last plate arrived. Our server was good and I wonder if his reluctance to modify the menu was him or management. We used to come a couple times a week but I think it might be awhile before we return.

This is a two-star instead of one because the food was kissed by the chefs. The service brought down the whole experience drastically. We were seated immediately: plus. Once seated, however, we waited about 15 minutes without being greeted. During this time, my party watched this other two-top get seated right near us. I went up to the hostess, because I had to go to the bathroom and asked her where the restroom was. I was unaware this restaurant was a hotel restaurant and there were many hallways so I needed direction. After getting the directions to the restroom, I told the hostess that I was unsure if we had a server because we had not been greeted for about 15 minutes. After an uncomfortable 10 seconds of staring at me, she said shed go check with the servers. When I come back from the restroom, the other person in my party said that we had still not been greeted. We look at the aforementioned two-top get up and leave because they had not been greeted either. Kudos to them, honestly; maybe we shouldve done that but this is our only night together during the week. Anyways, five more minutes pass and then a server appears and asks us if we need to be served. We said yes and ordered food and drinks right away. All while this is happening, mind you, a 10-top - who sat after us - had been enjoying their appetizers. We wait about 10 minutes and then our drinks come out and the appetizers follow closely behind. Ok, cool, getting somewhere. Server checks on us and we order our meals with complementary wines, with us stating we want the wines to come out with the entrees. Food comes out and its perfection but the drinks come another 10 minutes after the food being at the table. Side note: we notice the server who is taking care of the tables next to and around us which leads me to surmise that the server we have now is not supposed to be ours and is picking up the slack for her coworker with the large party. Anyways, the server apologizes about the wine and leaves. Food is immaculate, like I said, kissed by the chefs. We finished, and got the check. Paid, tipped average, and left. Will not return.

I called ahead a made a reservation for 8:45AM. When I got there at 8:43AM, there was no host in sight. I asked a passing waiter what I should do if my reservation was coming up, but there was no one there to seat me, and he said that she’d be back shortly. Two other sets of people had come and waited behind me for the hostess, and she didn’t come until 8:54AM. No explanation or apology was offered. And no, they weren’t waiting for a table to open up, the restaurant only had 6-7 of their 25+ tables (which were already spaced out for COVID) occupied. I ordered the Protein Scramble and I was massively disappointed. The whole leaves of spinach were soggy and unseasoned, and simply thrown into the eggs. The chicken was well cooked, but wasn’t seasoned at all. The black bean salsa was the best thing on my plate, and that’s sad. I couldn’t even finish it, so I just ordered some of the Lemon Blueberry Pancakes. On a good note, the pancakes are garnished with strawberries and blackberries which taste great alongside the lemon soaked blueberries inside the pancake. It also came with a berry syrup which tasted amazing. The server I got, (who was not the one I spoke to earlier) was nice and attentive and he had a great memory (he took our orders, and the orders of 3 other tables at the same time, without writing anything, and he didn’t mess up once). Overall, if you do go, I recommend sitting in the sunny side (so that you’ll get the server I did) and ordering either the Lemon Blueberry Pancakes or the French Toast. For the near $100 I paid for only 2 adults and 1 child (the child only ate one pancake) this was disappointing.

Went for Happy Hour a couple days ago with a group of friends, there were 5 of us total. Not happy that they sat us at a 4-top with an extra chair on one side when there were other open tables.We got there about 6pm, plenty of time to enjoy the Happy Hour menu, which lasts until 7pm. This restaurant is easily found inside the Jamaica Bay Inn on the marina side of Admiralty Way in the heart of Marina de Rey, not far from Venice and Santa Monica. It had a nice view of the surrounding area. My firned and I were seated outside on a cool evening, but the heaters were enough to keep us comfortable. It has a nice atmosphere with a somewhat broad mixture of American and asian fusion menu items. I selected the Thai chicken salad and thought it was tasty and well balanced, but a bit skimpy on the amount of chicken in the dish. The dessert was very impressive, with a carrot cake that was possibly the best I have ever tasted. The staff was friendly and attentive and made some excellent recommendations, including the carrot cake. Parking was easy and plentiful. Their wine list was broad and good and my selected pinot noir was really quite tasty, if a bit over-priced. In general, its a good value for money and the experience overall was very positive. I would recommend for almost everyone, but probably not recommend it for families with young children. Although I didnt have them, several other guests mentioned to me they thought the crab cakes were excellent and they would order them again in a heartbeat.

The restaurant and view are beautiful, but my mom had food poisoning symptoms all night after eating their shrimp pasta. She said it tasted very good and fresh, but there was nothing else she ate that evening that could have given her such a bad reaction.

Sunday night dinner and they were out of half the menu. Very weird. Settled on the salmon and was pleased with the results but not overwhelmed. Ordered the Apple crisp for dessert and it was very good. Nice view of the marina and great outdoor setting area. Might would give it another shot.

I was in town for vacation and picked this place because we were unfamiliar with which places served breakfast. Im so glad we did! The patio view of the marina is just Lovely! And the Hostess on duty that morning was super helpful and was a smiling beacon of joy. The food was also rather good. I had the crab cake eggs benedict and I added bacon.

Somewhat limited menu but offers all the options from seared tuna, crabcakes, fish n chips to flatiron steak. Decent portions, reasonably priced for the area. Well prepared and amazingly tasty. The chef does a wonderful job putting the flavors together. Multiple heaters on the patio kept it comfortable while enjoying the beach side dining.

I had dinner here prior to going to a show at the Hollywood bowl. Today the food was excellent. I enjoyed the bowl with short ribs and it was outstanding ! As part of diet CA they also gave you a salad and a dessert which was a chocolate Ice Cream taco. My personal opinion was I found the shell of the taco fairly strange but overall the meal was still very good And a fair price for dine CA. If youre in the area I would suggest giving this place a try

Great experience! My family was in town for the holidays and we had brunch at Beachside Restaurant. It was close by and the yelp reviews seemed OK, so we gave it a shot. Im glad we did. From the hostess, a young African American girl, who was polite and sat us without a reservation, to the bartenders Lance and Eric (they arent too bad on the eyes, says my mother lol), to our server Justin who was a charming gentlemen who gave great service, my whole family was super impressed. The view is amazing, especially for my family that was coming from the snow, and wanted to see paradise. The food was delicious ( I got the brie omelette, yummy) and my parents got the waffles with fried chicken. They loved them! They even play 80s music!!!! Who doesnt want to get down to Toto while having a mimosa!!! LOL!

Booked the 2:30 brunch experience on opentable to be seated and told that the kitchen closes at 3 and that we couldn’t order anything from the brunch experience. Asked why the reservation is available if you can’t order the brunch experience manager told me it’s an hour long experience so there wouldn’t be enough time before kitchen closes and he doesn’t know why the option is available and he would bring us mimosas. Ordered a la Carte items which were all cold and bland. We didnt eat more than two bites of each thing. Waiter only came back once after food came out, never came back to see if we wanted to order more drinks. Busboy came several times and we asked for our waiter, could see him check on other tables never came to ours till he brought the bill. Told him food was horrible and he said that’s why we gave you a complimentary mimosas, which was incorrect because they were complimentary because of the reservation issue. Told him he never came to check if we wanted more drinks he said oh well and that’s what his manager told him to do and just bring us bill. WORST EXPERIENCE!! Will never go back.

Unfortunately, when I came [Monday, July 5] the hostess was extremely rude indicated that they are not taking anymore walk-in(s), only reservations. When I inquired again - and instead of answering with a soft reply of wanted to see what she could do - she immediately said that she CANNOT and WILL NOT look to seat me for lunch.I immediately asked for the manager, and he was nonchalant about the my complaint and told me that the all of his staff was overwhelmed. That is still not excuse for the rude customer service and he just (vaguely) apologized. I reluctantly sat in the open bar area and just wanted for business associates to arrive as they were from out of town. Obviously, this was not the reception or representation of an establishment that I wanted to protray.

The beachside restaurant has a nice ambience. To park your vehicle you have the option to pay $5 for self parking or $7 for valet. The service is fast and kind. The food was great! I definitely recommend the desserts. It is accessible for wheelchairs and it is family oriented.

What a turnaround from 1 to 10. We walked in on Sunday late morning and the host told us that the wait time is 45min for a table, so we decided to sit down at the fire pit and get some drinks and snacks with an ocean view during my two-day vacation time in LA. Nobody came to give us a menu since all the tables were packed with Sunday brunch parties and we were slightly to the side. The manager walked by and asked us what we would like and apologized for the waiting. After he brought our drinks and delicious calamari, he apologized again and explained that it is busy for the servers at the moment, so this is the reason we were left behind. In a few minutes when the rush was over he stopped again to ask if everything was ok and if we are feeling comfortable. What a turn around, Jason, you really made my day and I will be happy to be back at Beachside during my next trip to LA. Thank you, Jason for handling the situation in a very professional manner! The food and the drink selection was great as well!

I went to meet a friend for dinner and drinks and I was thoroughly impressed by the service. I started at the bar and the bartender, Lance, made just as delightful drinks as he did conversation. When my friend arrived, we moved to a table and were served by a gentleman named Justin. His service was quick, friendly, and all of his menu recommendations were top knotch. If you should experience the phenomenon that is Beachside Restaurant, I highly recommend the fish & chips, a classic vodka martini with a twist, and if youre feeling extra naughty, the amazing carrot cake.

I was walking on the bike path by Mothers Beach and stumbled on Beachside. I didnt realize that a restaurant was inside the hotel (its called Jamaica Bay). Very friendly human service and was dog friendly. My server Lance even got my dog a bowl of water. Ended up getting a lovely Ahi salad that was reasonably priced and a very good glass of Rose. Great place to meet up for food and drinks. I ordered the brussel sprouts in an effort to pick something healthier, but I may as well gone with the fries. The brussel sprouts were delicious (and dripping oil)- there was a bit too much sweet and sour sauce on the bottom. Drinks were great though. Very convenient restaurant with a beach view, if youre staying at a nearby hotel.

Was seating with my girlfriends having drink and food and was asked to leave in the middle of the meal because we “exceeded” time limit for a table. And we were waiting for deserts coming. They said they canceled our deserts order and said we have to go.We were never warned we had some sort of limit... stuff was not apologetic, we were treated poorly. Very disappointing. My coworker and I stopped by this location on Friday for lunch. After reading the great reviews we decided it will be a perfect place for lunch and we didn’t care about the price.Unfortunately, no one took our order and we waited for at least 20 minutes.What kind of restaurant does business like this? This is great place to come out and not only eat but to enjoy a nice beach view. The restuarant has outdoor seating along with indoor and the service was great. There is valet parking for your convenience and the people were very nice and friendly. Its a nice place to hang out for various reasons. I will definitely go back.

I havent gone to this restaurant but, regardless of how tasty the food may be, Id be careful spending my money here. They advertise that they sell Kobe Wagyu steak here, at a suspiciously good price. There are only about eight or nine places authorized to sell Kobe beef in the US, and this, unfortunately, is not one of those places. They did not manage the flow of people well, as the hostess podium was all the way up by the bar in the center of the restaurant. Employee roles were obviously not defined as nobody could tell who was a bartender, waiter, hostess, etc. Everyone in this restaurant is mad as I sit here and write this, while the 6 hostesses stand nearby snickering about all the angry patrons. They were not that busy at all but kept telling every patron how swamped they were. An absolute joke, go across the street to Killer Cafe.

Dont waste your money. One of the worst restaurants in Marina/Venice, I have encountered in my 6 years of living in the area. Went on a Sunday afternoon for happy hour and the waitress instantly named 4 dishes that they were not serving at that time, for various reasons. She even told us that they have the sashimi, but the cooks need to cut and prepare it so it will be about 45 mins to an hour.... for a sashimi platter? Its raw fish, just cut the thing and put it on a plate. Drinks were terrible, sent 4 of the 6 drinks back, just watered down and bar tenders didnt care to make them right. The food we were actually able to get was worse than no food at all, you could tell everything was frozen and just re-heated/plated. Would never go back and would never recommend to anyone.

I was sat right away, and then no one ever came by for 10 minutes before I finally decided to walk out. Not a single person brought me water, checked on me with a simple “I’ll be right with you “ . I looked around constantly hoping to get someone’s attention and was completely ignored as a couple of servers took care of the other tables. 1 star is being generous. To everyone at the establishment, thanks for nothing. I was happy to find Sunny Spot, a restaurant just a few miles down the road. Thank ma to them, I won’t have to spend the rest of my time in California hungry .
