Bees Bakery Cafe in Oakhurst

I was greeted immediately upon entering and given options of dine in or take out.I decided to dine in and it was a great choice. The decor of antique sewing machines is great and adds a unique look to the space.My waitress was accommodating, pleasant and attentive.I ordered the breakfast sandwich with sourdough bread and sausage, along with a waffle. All items came out hot and tasted great.One item to note, it’s not a negative, but when you ask for coffee, they ask how you take it and bring it out to you prepared as such. It wasn’t an issue for me, but for those that like to mix their own cream/sugars in, you may want to ask for that.This is my first time here and if I ever get the chance to visit the area again, I will definitely return.

I loved this place! It was quaint. The pastries were super flaky and amazing! The food was delicious. I felt right at home, even though I was nowhere near home.

Bee’s Bakery Cafe was a great combination of a diner and cafe together. I got the sourdough egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich and my boyfriend got an omelette. Plain, but tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff, clean restrooms, and modern interior (did I mention clean restrooms? Lol). Will definitely be coming back here when we revisit Yosemite!

Absolutely lovely!The lemon Blueberry pastry I had was delicious. The classic breakfast, eggs were big and tasty, potatoes were cooked to perfection, bacon tasted good but could have cooked a bit longer for my taste, biscuit was also good but had a huge slab of butter put on it and no honey or jams as far as I could see (I didnt really look though).It is cafe portions so if youre a big eater like I am, you will definitely need a pastry to go with it.The interior is a cute collection of vintage and retro items. Theres a bookshelf, kids toys, a little couch alcove behind the plants in my picture. Theres lots of local items for sale (plants, honey, quilts, ect.) There is also a huge patio for seating.I took off a star because I had to go chase after the waitress to get my latte. In her defense, she did call out my name, but I had a mouth full of pastry and I was sitting out of eye sight.

We were excited to try the new spot in town! Bees is very cute inside and a nice family environment. There is a bookshelf with books for patrons to read while they eat including childrens books. The patio is very spacious. We tried the espresso, chai, and sandwiches and all were delicious. The only downside was that fries werent included with sandwiches or childrens meal -- we didnt realize we had to order separately. Also, they do not have high chairs (yet?), so Id recommend bringing a stroller for young children to sit in. Overall we are really excited and hope that Bees does well!🥰

So very good. Lots of space and options for sitting. Best cross cross sweet potato fries Ive ever had and Ive been places all across the country and allover California and across the pond.

I love looking at all the vintage stuff/so fun! The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The food is yummy and there’s tons of room to spread out to work or have conversation.

Nice place to get coffee with croasan and/or sandwich. Pleasant service staff. The place has the right vibe. We couldnt resist and had to visit one more time before our departure from the area.
