We ate here tonight for take out, or, two in my party did. I unfortunately couldn’t eat my food. My whole family is vegan (including myself), and I’m glad this place is an option when there are few.However, I have Celiac Disease, and am severely allergic to Gluten. I decided on the “Loaded Fries” as the menu reads “Everything is gluten free except: the buns, (and a few other items I can’t remember.)” Fries were not listed as having gluten, so I figured this would be a safe option. I was given the choice between sweet potato and waffle, I asked the cashier if the waffle fries were gluten free, and they confirmed that they are gluten free. I trusted them, chose waffle fries, and took the food home.After looking at them, I questioned if they really were gluten free, so I tested them with a gluten sensor I have. The sensor confirmed that the fries are not gluten free. To be honest, I’m not at all angry (thus, my mixed review), everyone else was happy with their food, and I’ve had other items from this restaurant before with no issue. But I’m a little disappointed I couldn’t eat my food, because it would have resulted in a dangerous reaction.My takeaway from this, is that I hope the owner/business will take into account that some individuals do have serious allergies, and might consider confirming whether or not each item on the menu has specific allergens, to avoid confusion from both staff and customers.

Located in Haven City Food Hall. Ive tried a few different items here. I have dietary restrictions and the staff is friendly and helped me to pick something safe for me to eat. I tried the baja salad today. It has their house-made meat crumbles (made with chickpeas). It was really good. I would love to see the addition of some cilantro & tomatoes to it, but its still good as is.

Good healthy food...tried nacho grande and southwest burger....nice twist on original nachos....added the green sauce for yummy flavor...

Everything Ive tried from here has been tasty. I ordered the Kale Burger yesterday 7/12/23 and it was SO good. Fresh, with texture, well seasoned and lets just say Im going back to get another today lol. Highly recommend this place!

The caprese sandwich doesn’t have any cheese or cheese alternative on it… Caprese infers there will be tomato and mozzarella. I ordered it anyway and it fell apart had way too much hummus and arugula. Also the staff wasn’t the most friendly, the younger woman working was nice but not the others working. highly don’t recommend

One star for offering a healthy option at the mall. Another 2 for a decent cup snack thing and the kale falafel was pretty delicious. Unfortunately our buffalo cauliflower was half breaded and basically blanched in oil. The buffalo sauce therefore absorbed like a juicy sauce in the crust and made it soggy. Then the avocado burger was actually really dry and lacking in flavor, it could only be eaten when slathered in tahini.

I order from here all the time on Uber Eats and it’s just as good as going inside. Very healthy & taste great.

I love this place. The only food worthy eating in this mall! Everything they have is fresh and much healthiest than the other options around. Love the kale burger, falafel plate, falafel sandwich! Just like in Israel 😻

I went to this place with my daughter. We ordered sweet French fries but when I got my order, I noticed that it didnt have any dressing like the one we had last time that my husband had ordered. I went back to cashier and said, this doesnt have any dressing. She said the one with dressing wasbigger, and costs more. she asked if I wanted to change my order to the bigger one with dressing. I said this amount is enough so you just please add a little dressing. She did and I noticed that the price went up 4 dollars more. I asked how much was the dressing? She said, you know what, I cancel your order and I give your money back. I said but I want my order. She said, Im not gonna give your order and if you stay longer, I call security!! My daughter has eating disorder and she is very obsessed with the time of her meals and snacks. It was her snack time and I knew if I gave up the order and go to another place, it would take long and she would get very nervous. So I asked if I can talk to the manager. She said Im the manager. I said please charge me whatever you want and give me my order. She said, I will not . We left in such a disappointment. My daughter started crying and I had such a miserable time to take her outside of the mall and get her something to eat. All the crew backed up the manager. They gave me very bad looks like I was there to take their lives. Such a horrible experiance.
