The food is a tad bit pricey but they were good. The Avo Toast got soggy though because the bread was thin and the had a lot of sauce; wished it had some flaky salt.

It is your base line “trendy” restaurant. It is RIDICULOUSLY over priced. Paid $8 for a regular Belgium waffle with nothing but powdered sugar on it, not even a drink to come with it or any type of side. And $12 for one with strawberries thrown on top. That’s absolutely ridiculous. The sandwiches are $20+ BY THEMSELVES. It’s insanely priced for something I can make at home for $5. There was nothing special about the waffles, they didn’t taste exceptionally good or anything that would explain the price. It was literally boxed mix and strawberries. The staff was nice and the “atmosphere” was like any other cafe type place. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back. There are 1,000 other places to get a breakfast made the same way for much cheaper. If you really want to flush $25+ down the toilet it’s a great place to go.

Great brunch spot with plenty of parking and indoor and outdoor seating. Service was fast but I did come on a Monday around 12/12:30 pm. Im sure its much busier on the weekends. Smoked salmon croquette Madame is delicious! Also got the Korean shaved ice to go and it was eh just ok.

Waffles were okay but not for the price I paid. 23$ for 2 waffles one plain and one with berries on it. No beverage along with it. They don’t bring you the syrup you have to go ask for it. They also don’t have a sugar free option. At best for what I ate I should have paid 12$ not 23$. Staff was friendly but won’t be going back.

If youre looking for a yummy waffle, this is the place to go. Is it overpriced? Yes. But I knew that going into it. They have a selection of both sweet and savory waffles. There coffee ie delicious and goes well with the waffle. The ambiance is nice. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and will explain to you the menu if needed. It tends to get busy on the weekends, so plan on waiting a little bit. The food is 100% worth it.

Excellent shaved ice there! Very unique flavor and taste than other shaved ice. Its not overwhelmingly sweet and is a great in-between texture of shaved ice and ice cream. They also offer dairy-free alternatives. Apparently its offered during spring.The owner was so nice and took the time to have a decent conversation with my wife and I. You dont get that often. In fact we were taking our cups to go and decided to sit down and stay lol.Very inviting atmosphere, quiet enough to enjoy a conversation with my wife and enjoy our food. We are definitely going back to this place again.

The waffles were fluffy and delicious! The Custard Berry was more of a dessert than breakfast. The Ricotta Berry was a more heartier because of the rich ricotta cheese. It is a good place to stop for coffee and dessert. The waffles are made to order so it took a while for them to be ready. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, plus plenty of parking.

The food was very tasty and the ingredients seemed to be unique. But I cannot get past the price. This will be a one time stop for awhile as I cannot afford $50 for breakfast for three people. The atmosphere is very serene also and they have couches that you can sit down and sip your morning coffee. Its worth trying out but be prepared to pay.

Super friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the strawberries with whipped cream waffle and although the waffle was good, the whipped cream could have been a bit thicker to balance out the thick waffle. I didnt want to add any syrup because I thought the toppings would be sweet enough. I only wish the whipped cream wasnt so airy then it would have been the perfect strawberries and cream waffle.

Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts to eat no matter the occasion. When I heard that there was tiramisu waffles here, I had to try it. However, I was slightly disappointed. There was too much maacarpone cheese in the topping on top of the waffles. There was too much waffle and not enough topping.

I live near this joint and come here every now and then. I ordered one sweet and one savory. My two favorite savory dishes here are the Black Forest ham and the Caprese. This time around I ordered the Caprese and the custard and berry for take out. I really like the flavor of the two items. The price I paid for both were 26.87 which is pretty pricey for waffle type sandwiches. The one thing I definitely recommend is anything you order and I mean anything make sure you get extra sauce. So if you get the Caprese ask for extra pesto. If you order the custard and berry get extra custard. Its pretty dry without the extra sauces. I believe thats whats missing. Its not very big inside. Its where the old Starbucks used to be. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Hours are also limited.

I got to be honest as much as I love this place to quality is really going downhill and fast which is a big disappointment for me this used to be a spot I would love to go to all the time and the food quality is good most times but the service is really just not there we ordered two things at the same time same order and they showed up 15 minutes apart from each other as well as I didnt get any kind of update on this I had to go up there and ask on top of that I got three dirty plates in a row back to back after asking for a clean plate there is one guy there his customer service is good but hes honestly the only guy and I wish I knew his name Hes been there the longest he did his best to take care of us but hes not a one-man army until they can step the game up I have to downgrade them to a three-star unfortunately

Terrible service. Front person did not want to talk with people. There is NO AC and it’s 95 degree outside so they just leave the front door open to have airflow. NO Internet connection either when I asked for the password they gave me but internet doesn’t work. Terrible place to choose to study or do work. I spend 60$ over there but never going back. No AC, No internet, No customer service. Very disappointed about my experience.

Amazingly delicious. Tirimisu waffle is very good. The zambolee is great texture and perfect blend of coffee and sweetness. The caprese sandwich was good as well. The pesto was very evenly distributed. The bobo milk teas were not overly sweet. I got a nice taste of the lavender.

My Father & I went to breakfast here. The atmosphere was nice enough, clean. We ordered 2 different waffle plates. We both did not really enjoy the food. It looked amazing. It looked fresh but the taste of the waffle was like a long frozen waffle it sort of crumbled & flaked in your mouth. It didn’t taste fresh or delicious. A big disappointment when you really thought a freshly made waffle would be warm, fluffy, a little doughy inside, a hint of vanilla even but not here, not at The Belgium Waffle Haus. The fruit and other fresh food items looked very fresh but had absolutely no taste. Both my Dad & I looked up at each other after two bites & acknowledged that the food was bland not fresh tasting waffle & the fruit had no flavor. We agreed it looked as it should taste good but didn’t. We both decided we would most likely never eat there again. On a better note the tea was delicious. The beverages are good. If you go for a coffee or tea that maybe worth it to sit in a clean chill environment or just sit outside on a nice day. 2 stars for the food & the price ($35 + tip) for two plates and a hot tea & have to order food at counter. 3 stars for good tea and clean relaxing environment.

Food was good, service was slow due to only one server bringing food. He did his best but there were too many customers for one server. The food was not hot as I like. The strawberry smoothie was the best I had in a long time. Went back the next day for the smoothie.I called the number on the website and there was no answer. I called again when I got to the restaurant and the phone did not ring. I informed the cashier that the number on the website appeared incorrect and he did not know the number either.Small restaurant but needs to work on customer service.

There is a positive energy about this place. The young man who operates at the front is diligent with his orders and truly makes the restaurant feel homey. Making this review short... it was great. Service is amazing. Food is great I got the Salmon sandwich which was AMAZING! I also got the Whicte chocolate Mocha which to me was perfection. I highly recommend. Aside from that my friend said her Chicken Pesto sandwich was also great. So anything you pick here will not let you down. Everything looks and tastes amazing.

My sister and I stumbled on this cute waffle place when we were visiting LA and we were super early for an appointment. This was the best part of my visit to LA. This little shop has yet to let me down. Their waffles are delicious and fill you up. They have a nice selection of coffees and have whole, 2% almond and soy milk if you need it. The ambience is borrowed from the previous Starbucks so its a nice place to have breakfast or lunch. Definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich i ate with belgium waffles as the buns of the sandwich and I thought it an interesting combo of dijon mustard with egg and bacon and tomato. I would definitely go again and I urge anyone who loves waffles to try this place out. They have some really good tea choices as well that I think those who love tea with definitely love the flavors

The place is small but it adds to the cozy atmosphere. We had a matcha green tea latte which was pretty frothy and tasty. My girlfriend had the ricotta berry which works well together. The smoke salmon croque madame that I had was good too. The waffles were fluffy, egg was cooked nicely and the side salad made a delightful addition.

Friendly service right when you walk in. Plenty of parking due to the facility being located within a plaza.They offer plenty of seating for all different sized parties. Now to their food. They offer a variety of choices to select from. Waffles is definitely their main focus, thus the name.They definitely offer various styles and taste on top of their waffles. To compliment your waffle they offer various style drinks either hot or cold. They hand you a number, then you wait.The great part is that they bring your food and drink to you. To be honest I didn’t eat here. I walked in looked at the menu and walked out. A little too fancy for my taste.I just wasn’t going to spend 12 bucks on something I wasn’t sure I was going to like. Waffles, based on the picture, looked a little small and they don’t really have a traditional breakfast. Now, if you’re into more original creations, I give the guy credit. He had some really unique items but I don’t want tomatoes and lettuce or salmon on my waffle. Maybe if you’re into that sort of thing.Or maybe if it had been lunchtime, but not for breakfast.I will say it looked like it was very high-quality.

This is a cozy place to hangout over a small meal and great conversation. Its always packed on the weekends but the staff is friendly and the seating it decent so no worries. I would recommend their waffle sandwich and your favorite cup of coffee.

First time I have visited this restaurant, was not disappointed. Since it was later in the afternoon I chose to order a sandwich. Since their specialty is waffles, this is what they use in place of bread. Had a black forest ham sandwich which also included onions, cheese, avocado, and greens. It was delicious. Looking forward to returning in the future. Will try one of their waffles along with one of their coffees.

Just fyi, you have to order your food at the counter and THEN find a seat. (We just saw a couple sit for 5 minutes at a table and then leave in a huff when no one waited on them.) Anyway, the waffles are pretty amazing. The Banana pecan hit the spot without being too sweet. My sisters eggs Benedict looking one looked pretty good but she didnt give me a taste :P Good selection of sweet, savory, and sandwiches. Lots of coffee and tea drinks but I didnt try any today. Nice people working behind the counter, quiet chill atmosphere. Will be back!

I went there 5times...The kind of place that is good one day,not so good the next.Coffee is great.The croque madame breakfast was not my favorite.The waffle was warm,the ham is cold which makes the eggs cold. I asked one of the employees if the ham is supposed to be cold he said yes so I assume they just dont know how to make a good version of this classic.We also had the eggs and baconone, its under the savory list..came with cold cheese and as a sandwich. The item was not under the sandwich menu so not sure what happened there.Ricota one was good.This place is just okay for food in my opinion but than again its just my opinion.My suggestion is: make ur sandiches nice and HOT.most people hate cold eggs.

Run out of coffee. By the time we got our coffee I was done with my breakfast. Credit to them though, they did apologize and gave me a coupon for a free coffee for the next visit. However, not impressed, they should have given me the coffee free for that visit.
