Benihana in Concord

We had a reservation for a Saturday night but still had to wait. Our family was celebrating a birthday. It was very busy but the staff remained courteous and friendly. We were finally seated but continued to wait for a chef to come to our table. Our waiter kindly took our drink and appetizer orders. We were seated with a quiet couple. The chef was friendly and served our food, hot and fresh. They took our picture, but the camera was unable to print our picture. Overall, it was a good experience, but I would go agaiin during non busy hours.

Fun place for a group meal. We went for lunch on a Friday. Not too busy until about 1p then full. Great service and entertainment. Food and drinks were delicious!

I has a party of 17. We waited over an hour before the management realized no one had been by to offer water, menus etc. We received 4 free appetizers which worked out to 1 piece per person total so we ordered more of our own. The chefs were very entertaining ...especially Joe. Our bill was over $1000 plus all of the drinks we had.

A family favorite for birthdays and graduations. We celebrated here and had a talented cook. The food off the grill is average tasting. The sushi is fresh and cocktails 🍹 are good. Our wait staff did a great job with our large party. The wait times were too long for the hibachi table, and the culinary presentation is much shorter than it was in the past. Still a good place to eat!

I’m so disappointed y’all. I came and sat at the bar for a good 20 min and the bartender did not even acknowledge me when it was slow. I was the only person at the bar. I just wants a quick drink when charging my car but I cannot deal with the poor service here. To be honest Benihanas is not my favorite but my experience today made it not even an option anymore.

I had a wonderful time. The food was good and the drinks were FIRE!!! One of my favorite dine out places to eat.

My family and I visited Benihanas hibachi restaurant after our fathers funeral to uplift our spirits. However, our experience was far from satisfactory. We had to wait over 40 minutes to be seated and waited an additional 30-40 minutes for our meal. My plate was dirty, the food was poorly seasoned, and I found something floating in my wine. These disappointments overshadowed any positive aspects of our visit. Improvements in cleanliness, seasoning, and attention to detail are crucial for customer satisfaction at this establishment.

Highly impressed with the chef assigned to our table. My kids enjoyed the little cooking show. Whatever it is that he added on our fried rice, was hands down the best fried rice I’ve tasted. The salmon I ordered was cook to perfection. The only disappointment I had was the long wait time. We reserved to dine in in advanced however we still had to wait two hours. Aside from that, everyone in my party enjoyed the food.

Man, the food was so great at the Benihana in Concord! Chef was again very entertaining and the food came out wonderful. The fried rice couldve been seasoned a little bit more, but overall the meal was fantastic. So good, I even made a to go order of Salmon to take home. Even one of the managers Lionna came over and was very nice and checked in on our table which was refreshing to see. Keep up the good work! One of my favorite places to dine.
