Never get the combo fried rice. The shrimp taste like over cooked dirt. Thats because they grilled cooked shrimp its rubbery too, with grilled chicken Grilled??? & no vegetables smh.

The food here is absolutely terrible, the sushi smelled disgusting, it was moist and soggy, tasted like it was 2 days old I couldn’t even eat it it was so bad I would rather have gas station sushi.

Ordered on grubhub and it was pretty easy. Service was fast. Food was delish! Ordered the krunchy, paradise and Deluxe rainbow for dinner. Hubby and I enjoyed our meal. 2nd time ordering and both were super yummy! Added to my faves.

It seems that a lot of the negative reviews are about the seafood. I rarely eat seafood, so I cant comment on that...but Bento Boxs rice and chicken are excellent. Especially the rice bowls. They somehow created a perfect mixture of spices and ingredients, I cant explain it.Their other non-seafood items are good too, like the spicy edamame, dumplings, veggie rolls, etc. I know that seafood is a big part of their menu, but the other items should not be overlooked, because theyre well worth it.

I came to this bento box I had to ask them to refill my tea,I had plastic in my green tea ice cream, I continuously asked can they get the trash off our table/finished plates .thenI had to ask for my check I had to get OUT A my seat each time I asked for something!very rude staff I will never go to this bento box again!!!the one in chino has a very positive environment an waitresses their are excellent!!

I had the spicy tuna roll and I felt as if I had ascended to a higher plane of existence. It was of the highest quality as so was the customer service. My server was a women with blue hair she was very kind and energetic. It was an all around superb experience and would recommend it to anyone including my vegan brother Nicholas.

I was referred here by my niece. Oh my goodness...this place is amazing. I got the Dragon Roll and the Tempura California Roll. Absolutely delicious.. My sister got the Popcorn Crab and the Bento Box with teriyaki steak and tempura shrimp and veggies. Everything was fresh hot and again, delicious. I live in Rialto and it’s so good I travel to Ontario to get it!

I love coming to this place the sushi is really good and Fresh, I recommend the spicy sashimi salad, poke bowl, sir Antony roll and theres many more delicious rolls. Special shout out to Dahlia and Damion they always give extraordinary customer service and they really enjoy their job so the owner must be really happy. Definitely will keep coming here I always do at least twice a week. 👌🙂😋

We come here at least twice a week. While seating is limited, the sushi rolls are delicious and the service is top notch. The young ladies that work there are almost family now. They go above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our meal. The Bento Fried Rice is delicious and a must if you enjoy fried rice. Great food and great service! Bento Box offers a variety of sushi and cooked rolls and rice paper instead of seaweed for people like me. There are many other items on the menu as well. Always a good meal!

Astonishingly fantastic. Despite it being a small restaurant, I personally find the area as a favorite on my list.The food is delicious, the service is generally good, I can almost mark this as my favorite place to go to for any time of the day when I crave sushi.Nothing there regarding their flaws don’t bother me a lot, though one thing that I notice is that the food can take a while at times. It doesn’t bother me, again, knowing it’s worth it at the end, but it’s mandatory to point out. Overall,a solid 10/10. Great place.

Fantastic place.One of my go to sushi places.I love the variety of the menu.The staff is lovely.Its Cozy and the plum tea is divine.However, they dont offer too many fried rolls. Which Is my preferred roll style.But overall fantastic place :)

I use to come here regularly. Service was always bad. Young tall waitress always talking to coworkers and forgetting about us customers. So I came in for an order to go. Another girl took my order and missed an item. Had to go back after I got home to get my order. Never again. They always have a help wanted sign. Perhaps management should be there to supervise the waitresses

Small hole in the wall sushi restaurant in Ontario. Not a bad place to eat and take out the fam for dinner. Sushi rolls are good and tasty. The chicken ramen is delicious too. I don’t like their loyalty rewards tho, it took me a while to earn a $10 credit. Other than that, the food and service is quite good.

I give the front of house staff five stars for their friendliness and helpfulness.The food I ordered, however, was poor quality. I ordered two baked rolls. The fish topping my rolls was noticeably overcooked. One of the rolls, the Dynamite Roll, was served underneath a handful of tortilla chips which confused me; I didnt think it worked at all. My husband ordered a roll and he was equally dissatisfied.For 3 rolls and a can of green tea, we paid $45 (not including a tip), so the price for the quality didnt balance out for us.

I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the fact that the quality is lackluster but you’re paying top dollar. I was disappointed after spending 14 bucks on a lobster roll to find out it’s just a California roll with cold popcorn lobster.

Wow!!!!! This place looks the same but the food quality has gone down tremendously. I was served tempura which tasted like dirt...literally!!! This used to be my favorite spot but Im going to have to look elsewhere in the future. we finished eating like 20 minutes ago and are still waiting for the bill.

Ordered the chicken katsu and shrimp tempura lunch. The cutlet was over cooked chicken breast that was cooked in old oil. The katsu was covered in old debris in the oil, leaving the katsu covered in a black, bitter tasting breading. The gyoza was store bought and the tempura batter lacked rice flour, creating a bisquick like batter. Miso was good as was the salad, cant screw that up. All for $15.00
