2023-08-18 02:52:16Super slow for no reason no matter you push or not, and no matter the cashier and the server. Feel bad this time. The business was not busy at all when I got there tonight. When I was first time to this store two weeks ago in the evening, the boss was there, and they were busy, but their service was normal and nice. Won’t be back.

2023-12-03 17:38:11Food is good I have to admit but it feels a bit like overpriced panda express. The food is better than Panda but not by much. Theres a limited selection but they are descent. The prices are definitely high for what you are buying. I come occasionally but it goes get redundant.

2023-10-15 05:57:45I was recommended Bentolicious by a coworker of mine. This is an amazing spot to eat - I come around once a week. You get a choice of meat, three sides, and rice. One time I got a chicken leg, and the woman working behind the counter said that the legs were a little small today, so they would supplement me with basil chicken. It was a pretty big leg too. You cant really go wrong with any of their dishes, theyre all good and remind me of a homecooked meal. The price is a little higher than I would like, but I think its understandable considering this is the Bay Area. Around $15-17 for a plate, but guaranteed to leave you stuffed and then some.

2022-11-14 22:08:20Truly home cooking style, the sort of comfort food that does not need to be high in calories. No. 3 chicken is especially amazing and I don’t think I ate it anywhere else in Bay Area. All the side dishes are perfectly cooked as well with just right amount of flavors and saltiness, and nothing greasy.

2021-05-27 20:02:01I am thoroughly impressed with this place. I didn’t feel like having panda express or Greek or my usual lean cuisine. I searched on Yelp to see what was available and this place was one of the recommendation. I had the railroad bento lunch with sides. Earlier before I came here, I called to see what was available as the sides because it did not show on their website or anywhere else. I called and the gentleman on the phone said I need to come in because I am new. I didn’t know what it meant until I arrived. I am definitely impressed with how they care about the customers during the pandemic. They keep their customers in line… Literally… From each other and keep a distance where the hot plate and where the customers are standing. It appears that the sides change each day. One or two items are different each day I’m guessing. I guess I will have to return next time to try the other dishes. The price is decent, the quality is definitely A+.Highly recommended: get the Thai iced tea before it sells out. I got there around 12:20pm and three customer ahead of me bought the last the last drop of the Thai iced tea. If you are too late for the Thai iced tea, try the sarsaparilla soda. It’s not a typical sarsaparilla I’m used to but it does change things up with your lunch in a good way.Price: A +Service: A +Quality: A +It’s pretty moot at this point if I’m commenting about returning because I’m definitely coming back to try the other items on their menu.

2023-01-28 02:13:53This meal was the very best thing to happen to me all day! Basil chicken bento box with pumpkin, eggplant, and baby bok choy sides. So. Very. Good. 👏 Thank you for making a long day better through your wonderful food and generous hospitality.
