The first time I came here the pizza was delicious. The second time I ordered a wings and pizza it was still delicious but I think the pizza could have used a few more minutes in the oven due to the size of it. Other than that I would have given in five stars.

Absolutely worst experience EVER! They delivered our pizza to the wrong address, then refused to replace it without the original pizza being given back then refused to refund our money. We gave our new address over and over again and their excuse was well sometimes it doesnt print correctly so the driver just sent it to the other address Ironically though our space number was on it....I will tell everyone about my horrible experience.Not to mention, the pizza sucks. Its not flavorful and way over sauced. Not sure why anyone would recommend them to anyone.Also, if you deliver pizza to the wrong address AND the person at that address says yeah its ok, just leave it ITS NOT OK! DONT LEAVE IT!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!! SERIOUSLY RUN THAT ONE THROUGH YOUR HEAD AGAIN BECAUSE THE MORE I DO THE MORE UPSET I GET!!!!

So we ordered a Philly cheesesteak and literally there was no steak in this sandwich at all. So disappointed. it’s literally like they gave us just bread with melted cheese on it. It’s like they got the cheese on it and then forgot the rest. Would not recommend.

They have the best pizza in the AV. I have had a few of their sandwiches, which I must say were delish. Chicken, artichoke heart, and roasted garlic with white sauce, is what I ordered last time I was there and it was AWESOME.

Big Belly is the best pizza in Lancaster. Its affordable and always consistent. The staff are always nice and are quick to fix mistakes, which there has only been one that I have experienced. I have been coming here for over a year now and have never been disappointed.

Love the pizza here! Absolutely love it!!!! Sadly the last several times I came to pick up my pizza in the allotted quoted time (usually 25-35 minutes) and when I arrive my pizzas were not ready. Then they quote me a time (10 minutes more normally) and after 10 minutes, I find out my pizzas have not been put in the oven. Then wait another 15 minutes for them to start my food. So I wait roughly a half hour after the quoted time for my pizza 😡If this happens once no issue, but again and again it is frustrating.But will be back, because there pizza is worth the wait

Small store front. Only one table with 6 chairs. When I went in around noon on a weekday, there was no pizza by the slice.I ordered the signature pizza, it was ok. Not great, but not bad by any means. The toppings are loaded. The sauce is tangy. Wished the crust was more crispy than doughy. $30 for a family of four with leftovers.There was some cool decor, an old soda vending machine, pay phone, an alligator head. Not busy but its probably because of its location. Not very many people even know about this complex unless you live near it.

Just came back from my first visit here, always love to find new local businesses to get food from instead of chains.And it was definitely worth the trip over, pizza was fresh out of the oven as I walked in, my wife and I were very satisfied. Only two pieces of the 18 pizza (The largest size they sell) survived for tomorrow.Will definitely be back to try a meatball sandwich next time!

Sent my son to pick up our order. When my son got home I noticed that was not our correct order. I called big belly and they insisted I bring back the wrong order so they can give me the correct order. Well, I took it back and they put it back on top of the oven to give to the person who ordered it, and they gave me my correct order. No apology from the “manager” or so called “owner.” I found it disgusting and disturbing that they were willing to take back food that has been out of their site and give to the next person. I spoke to the “owner” who told me this was their policy.Don’t expect this place to make it right for THEIR mistake! They don’t give a hoot about customer service. This is the last time I spend my hard earned money here.

Id been hearing good things about this place since they opened and finally got to try for myself.I ordered the Biggest BBQ Pizza and a Big Meatball & Pepperoni. Definitely impressed. The dough and crust was on point and cheese melted to perfection. I could also see right away that they use fresh and high quality ingredients. I will definitely be back to try more menu items. Absolutely delicious.

Be ready to wait on Saturday night, I’m sitting here and hear delivery is 2 hours.It’s just pizza, busy is good but don’t forget customer service is king. My friends and I had lunch here because of the interesting pizza toppings, including The Big Dill which has pickles and pesto, and TNT which has hot cheetos and nacho cheese. We had a large pizza split between the Veggie Combo and The Big Dill. I enjoyed the Big Dill but my friends werent fond it. The place has a single table with 6 chairs, enough for 5 of us. I would eat from this place again and try the other unique toppings.

Stumbled upon this place by accident. We went for dessert next door and decided to get pizza for the kids. We ordered the TNT, and the kids loved it. What got me was the customer service. The lady taking my order was one step ahead and on point. Thank you for giving your staff proper training.

The pizza is ok. The last 3 orders placed the girls answering the phone did not get the order right and pizza was not what ordered. Asked for light cheese and light sauce. There was no cheese or any sauce on pizza. This has happened several times. Got my money back on 2 pizzas twice. Get it right on the order.Listen to the order and communicate such. Not that hard. BBQ Chicken pizza - tasty. Would order again.Garlic Lovers pizza (w/ chicken) - alright. There was a lot of garlic and much less chicken. I love roasted cloves but would prefer them be mashed and dispersed. No one wants a mouthful of clove.Boneless wings (Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan) - bad. Seems like they poured the sauce in the box then added chicken, the wings were not coated. Too soft for my taste, I like my wings crunchy.

My girlfriend and I ordered take out for the first time. We got a bigger pineapple pizza. It was super delicious and had really great flavor from the top to the bottom. The whole pie tasted very fresh. It makes my mouth water just thinking of it! They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes from the time I called. It was waiting for me when I arrived. Big belly pizza is a high quality, high cost pizza. If you are looking for low cost goto little Caesars, but the quality at this place is unmatched and is one of the best pizza joints in town. They have a good variety, and fried pickles for those who like an adventure. I personally like the calzone here with the blend of ricotta and motzeralla cheeses. Overall a good experience despite the higher prices. I will return for their uniquely good pizza and Calzone!

I want to start by saying i really like your restaurant. Sadly the quality has lowered. In the past we ordered a pizza that tasted terrible, a first for us from you. I called and was told the problem was not with your product but you would give us credit to use later. When i tried to use that credit i was told it didnt exist. I let it go.Tonight i ordered 12 piece boneless chicken wings and they were so small that each one was less than a bite. Glad i didnt order the y piece. This is again Unusual for you. I point this out because like i said we really like your restaurant. But if quality keeps dropping than you will lose a lot of Buisness. I was very surprised how good Big Belly Pizza was. The ingredients were very fresh and you could tell they were using high quality mozzarella cheese not the fake stuff you get elsewhere. The dough was perfect, we ate the crust too which usually doesnt happen with my family. Got the Antipasto Salad too. Literally My families favorite pizza place! When you go in to pick up orders kids get a juice box for free. Their pizzas are delicious, my 8 year old loves the hot Cheeto wings and my 6 year old always wants a large meatball!! Honestly their delivery never disappoints! I ordered last night and it came 22 after I hung up the phone, yes it’s only a 5 minute drive to my house but that pizza was fresher than any other pizza place and still steaming, the delivery drivers are all the sweetest and most polite! We’ve ordered pizza in bulk for parties and the service is always exemplary! Lastly the price isn’t outrageous. Well worth the money!

The pizza and wings we ordered were pretty good to be honest. Especially for the price. However, we won’t be going back.While we were there, one of the employees who I assume is one of the managers/owners of the place was incredibly rude and condescending to her employees. She was treating a newer employee with such disdain and scorn right in front of us that when my girlfriend and I left with our food we felt embarrassed and disappointed. If this is how she treats her employees in front of customers I can’t imagine how she treats them otherwise. I’m very disappointed and honestly hope those kids know their worth and find a place that’ll treat them with basic kindness and respect.

I’ve been coming here because of the salad and spaghetti so one day I decided to order wings my wings were pink inside so recently I ordered the special two pizza, salad and pasta. My salad was not made how I ordered it and the pasta had no no flavor and the wrist part is that the manager took my order and I repeated it and he said everything was wrote down correctly had my kids pick up the food and it was not made how I ordered it it was like they did what they wanted to do I will be taking a break from this place because its not how it use to be the food is still in my refrigerator after two day I guess it was horrible and the manager really didn’t care it’s sad how you find a good place then after so many orders it’s all bad

My first time trying Big Belly was months ago at a friends house and I thought it was really good so we gave it another try.I ordered a pepperoni pizza last night along with mozzarella sticks and bbq chicken boneless wings. By the time I got home the sticks were cold so I had to reheat them. They were really tasty and so were the wings.The pizza however was very greasy and had extremely soggy crust. It was bending in half dripping in grease when I tried to eat it. And it was way too salty! So much so that my daughter and I felt dehydrated and drank a ton of water afterwards. I think if they can work on less grease and cook the dough more thoroughly they might have a better thing going on.

Wow, this place is amazing. Their large is more of an extra large, their cheese is stringy (just like the commercials!), and they are ridiculously generous with their toppings (I mean huge chucks of delicious goodness everywhere.)
