2023-09-19 13:03:36I got a coupon from this place and decided to give it a try. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The portions we all packed inside the containers and each tasted very good. I was happy with my Walnut Shrimp and tried the Sha Cha Chicken and Golden Braised Shrimp for the first time and enjoyed them both. As we were stocking up for the week we also got the Beef and String Beans (they gave me chicken by mistake...and way too many onions) the House Chow Mein and House Rice both good and then the Kung Pao Chicken good and spicy. We also got the Hot and Sour soup (havent tried it yet) and a couple of white rice. I was happy that the rice was in a medium size container. Sometimes they give you those little small containers...since they never say the size on the menu it is always a guessing game. This place has great specials online and if you dont want to pickup they also have delivery.

2020-02-19 07:48:16I stopped here for lunch with my son. We both like Chinese food. What we ordered was made fresh right then, it came steaming hot and tasted very fresh. You order rice separately and that was nice, white or brown. The portions were big, a lot of food for the money. The employees were friendly and made good suggestions. Both my son and I were very satisfied. I highly recommend this Big Chopsticks

2023-09-01 05:52:25Foods good same thing as Panda Express but more expensive and store owner or manager whoever the old man is he is rude. And I think racist towards white people.

2022-10-07 05:21:00Ive ordered from them multiple times through delivery apps and the food never disappoints! Good quality and fresh ingredients. The large size servings are also huge. The kung pao, chow fun, steak with veggies meals have been 10/10. I do think the rice should be free with the meals, but other than that I would recommend!!

2022-05-15 00:52:25This is my wife and my go to when were hungry for Chinese food. Hands down the best around mission Viejo. The portions are generous for the price. Definitely take advantage of the 3pm to 5pm, 30% off deal everyday of the week. Our go to is the chicken with string bean, beef Chow fun and fish with black bean sauce. Recently tried the Walnut shrimp which was not as good as expected. Hands down way better and more authentic than panda express.

2021-08-13 20:12:15The food is good. The service definitely needs work. I ordered ahead for delivery between 11:30 and 11:45. After 12:15 I called and first she said they didnt have my order, then she said they didnt look for advance orders. She said it would be here in half an hour. It was, but there was no apology, no attempt to make it right, nothing. If they had sent a free desert or something or at least acted like they were actually sorry I wouldnt be writing this. The food is good, but from now on Im not trusting them to just handle it, Im calling to confirm and calling again when theyre late

2021-12-13 19:47:26I am a delivery driver and have picked up from this location many times, I even decided to bring some food home myself to try it out. However, I have noticed that it takes them an incredibly long time to prepare ANY order, whether it’s during the day/night or the weekend, it makes no difference. In my opinion, the food isn’t worth the ridiculously long wait times… especially when there is a Panda Express down the street (which I believe tastes just just as good lol).I had ordered several items from here to bring home, including their Chow Mein Noodles and their Walnut Shrimp. The shrimp alone, for around $15 they give you like…. 8 tiny shrimp, served on a giant bed of LETTUCE with a handful of walnuts.Ouch.My first delivery from here was on New Years Day last year, I remember having to cancel the order after waiting over 2 hours for it, just to have them tell me that someone else had picked it up or whatever. No biggie though, eh? I figured it’s the New Year and their food must just be THAT good.Eh…Well yesterday, I accepted an order from here once again, and waited about 30 minutes for it this time before finally deciding to leave. I had asked the same girl at the counter if she knew how much longer it was going to take, and all she said was, “I don’t know, sorry.” There seems to be no order back there, and after a while, it’s just not worth it anymore.I suppose if you find their food worth the wait, then great. But otherwise, I suggest going elsewhere. The employees aren’t very friendly either…Terrible service, for just “okay” food.
