Today i decided to stop by here with my kids, and nephews. I used to come here everyday in the mornings for my Green or Vampire juice, I have ordered trays of fruit in the past every time any family or friend would ask about a fruit or natural juice I would always with no hesitation, automatically recommend this location to them, today I had a very bad experience with a worker here, as I placed my order with her she seemed to be having a bad day from the start, she already had an attitude, I still ordered I asked if they still had regular scoop of ice cream’s I did not see them upfront like before, she said yes and I placed a regular therapy blend number seven with almond milk, but as the order came up I noticed a weird drink, not what I usually order so I then asked and said excuse me I don’t think this is what I order, it was supposed to be a number seven, her with a very rude voice and attitude responded that’s why I asked you, and I said yes and even when you asked me I told you it was a therapy blend number seven, she rolled her eyes, I asked if they can please fix it and make it right I did paid and would like to get the drink I ordered so she kept on and another worker came to make it right. I myself work at a restaurant I understand we have bad days, I get it but it wasn’t something they couldn’t fix even if it was a misunderstanding, but why get loud disrespectful and give a horrible attitude to a paying customer. Just very disappointed over the treatment today .

Bad customer service they took 40 minutes to hand me my order. Do keep in mind I was the second customer there. Please dont waste your time or money. The tamales are nasty, dry and microwaved! When I arrived home I tasted the tamales and ended up trashing all 9 tamales. I observed the employee reheat tamales that she took out from what appeared to be a refrigerator and cooked them three times in microwave maybe they r frozen tamales not sure but they taste so nasty. Why offer tamales if they arent fresh or warm. What a waste of my money and time! I gave 1 star to leave this review but It should be a negative 10 stars. I attached picture of tamales upclose w the time I placed my order and the t I me Ireceived it and went in my car to take picture for review .

My brother got drink/food poisoning last night from a fruit shake yesterday I bought around 3pm. I threw up three times and diarrhea six times. Painful stomach ache and with fever and chills. I was about to call 911 to be taken to the ER. Horrible experience and place.

Purchased a napolitana and upon home arrival I realized they did not add all the ingredients. I called immediately, and I was told to go back the next day for a replacement. Next day, they did not want to give me my napolitana because the person I talked to did not write a note.Pretty annoying.Definitely not going back.Horrible customer service :(

Updating my previous review of 4 starts... Bad customer service, I have been going there for the last two years and business have been changing the workers very often, taste of everything has been changing, I guess they way they prepare orders and most of the times orders are incorrect. I found another place nearby like three blocks -Las Palmits Fruit- 8027 E. Florence Ave, Downey, they have almost same things but service is much better and place is clean and new, check it by yourself and compare.

I don’t usually do this but I ordered elote in a cup and paid double the price from a regular corn and I got a full corn, it was horrible . I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t be buying from here . Tried calling the store and left me in hold for a while not helping me. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else . 2 corns 4 tamales almost $50 because I ordered Postmates

Super expensive. TAMALES $3.50! ARIZONA ICE TEA CANS marked for 99cents and they sell it for $2.00!. MONSTER energy drinks $3.00!( cheaper @7/11for $2.25) Flans are in a small cup for $3.00!.None of the Items in their giant menu has prices. Asked for juice sizes and was told by a store clerk they only do large sizes ( then why they have cups that in the display says Medium!) Asked a 2nd clerk and she said we do medium for $8.00! F***ing unbelievable. This is in city of Downey not Beverly Hills. Ridiculous!

BEWARE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS ATTEMPTED ON MY CARD!!! I purchased a few items yesterday through Door Dash and it was immediately charged. Now, to aid just this type of thing..I have 2 accounts.. one that holds my money and another I put just enough money in to pay for the transaction. After my purchase was made..Bionicos Plus attempted twice to charge me for another order I never made! I received the declined notifications! I contacted Door Dash.. they said it wasnt through Door Dash and to contact the business. I did. The lady acted very nervous and said..I dont know what happened Im sorry. I dont know what happened. And tried getting off the phone immediately when I told her it was a whole other transaction!On top of the attempted unauthorized transaction. My order was completely wrong! My order was supposed to come with condensed milk and it didnt have any.. it was drenched in Nutella!!! I dont eat Nutella!! None of the waffles in their menu say Nutella!! This is only the second time I order from them and they did the same thing last time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt..mistake. But my tongue... but this time..I specifically listed on the special instructions...no Nutella!! What did I get? Nutella!!! Then, I had also ordered 4 quail egg shooters.. and they made no attempts to contact me saying they didnt have any.. they instead gave me the nastiest, most disgusting tasting ginger shot!!

I went there on Wednesday 9th. I arrived and placed an order @ 7:45 pm and didn’t received my order till 8:35. What a disappointment. I saw their add on Instagram and wanted to try out some new goodies and that’s what happened. But I wasn’t the only one . There was a party of 4, ahead of me that waited for their drinks 1 hour, and they had thrown their ticket away and told them they didn’t have the ingredients to make their drinks, and at the end they had them? So how does that make sense. But anyways, for sure not bringing my business here again. Can’t be waiting 45 mins plus for a simple order. And their customer service is trash. You go ask them nicely on the status of the order and they get mad/offended.

Wait time is ridiculous. The employees will work on easy orders first regardless if you were here before other customers. If you try calling to order they will leave you on hold until they forget about you. You have to call several times to get an answer and have your order taken unless they put you on hold for another 15 mins. The food is always different depending on the employee you get to make it. Sometimes your dragon bowl will have blueberries and other times it will not. Sometimes they dont blend your drink right, you get the picture. This place used to be a 5 star. Used to be.

Did not like this place at all. The first thing I got was tostitos. It was a total disappointment too much chamuy was put on them it gave everything else a bitter taste. Made my stomach hurt really bad after I had them. The second thing I had when I gave it another shot were nachos. I was so disappointed in them I thought they were going to be regular nacho chips but they were just tortilla chips that you eat with salsa like those fried ones with a limited amount of cheese and jalapenos were just cut fast and thrown in there. And the hot cheetos with cheese are way too expensive I rather just buy a bag myself and put some cheese in there. Palmitas is way better.

Got pretty much ice cream... then I asked them again to put milk to make it a smoothie and the lady went in the back import sink water in my drink I then asked for my money back as the lady persisted on talking over me to explain to the manager otherwise. Although I previously wrote that their bionicos are delicious, it depends who makes it for you in order for it to be delicious. I had a terrible experience my last visit. I ordered the same bionico I always get but when I got home I saw that it lacked a significant amount of cream. I shouldve taken a photo to share with you all. There was only cream in the center and even the cream that was there was not enough. You may think that this statement is subjective but for my part I will never return. Especially because I called to tell the person who made my bionico about my displeasure and they treated me unkindly. Go at your risk.

This time around I didnt come for the juice or the bionicos. I came for the Sandwiches and Tortas.Of course the wait is terrible it should get three stars just for that. Moving on, I had this amazing Turkey sandwich. It is just a regular turkey sandwich. But, it was really good. My sister and my mom had it as well, and they are particularly picky about what they eat, and they just loved it.Also, I tried the Torta de Pierna. It was really good as well, I was very surprised. The meat is tender, juicy and flavorful. The flavor of the meat has a unique taste to it, definitely something that I would try again.

Its a very good place, everything is delicious, but what happened to the staff before? They had good employees. Nelly is very fast. Diana is very kind. Dora is an angel and others should keep the good staff because the ones they changed are terrible, they take a long time and are poorly behaved. it is my opinion. But the place is fantastic.

The best place in the world is much better than palmitas and they even give you discounts. The smoothies are the best and so are the quesadillas, but the best of all are the party trays. The way they design it is fantastic. The truth is that it is worth the wait. And the service is fine, just a little improvement and everything will be fantastic. Thats why I give it 5 stars if I could give it 10 I would. ;)

I like everything, you have very good ones. Things but the only thing is that I dont like that Duran is so stubborn in giving things away. They use more staff because things are so good and delicious. They fill with customers and the wait is long, thank you very much.

Bad experience, I order a tejuino and it tastes like spoiled dough, it takes a long time even though there arent many people, I buy some extra large strawberries for 14.50, my son goes after 4 days and buys some strawberries of the same size and they give them to him for 19.99 😤 and the worst thing I could not return to claim because I was in a hurry, and the staff with a bad attitude, simply NOT TO COME BACK!!!!

Terrible service, waiting too long, the smoothie I ordered was super horrible, the flavor was so horrible to the point that I left it out. The bionic didnt even have any cream, the fruit was all watery 😡 what they sell is disgusting, I would never recommend this place

I like the things that are sold in the place but because of the customer service I would not return, lousy service. They see you standing, they dont say hello, they dont smile, it seems like theyre in a bad mood all the time, and its as if you didnt pay for the products. I think that if they improve customer service and take as long as they do, the place would be more successful.
