I dont think Ive ever had birria before. When I picked up my burrito it seemed light weight. I was hoping for something a little larger for $12. (Tax included).However, that said, the flavor was amazing. Good enough that now I want to make my own! Even though it seemed light weight, I cut it in half, one half for breakfast and the other half for lunch.

I was severely disappointed. The burnt cheese was really bad I only took one bite and I knew I could need it. I wanted to try this place really bad because I follow them on Instagram. The food looked so delicious. But when I was finally able to go customer service was not good. I felt rushed and atmosphere wasnt pleasant. The food was ok. And not to mention they gave me all bloated salsas. I really hope its not like this all the time.

This is really some of the best Birria that I have ever had. The meat is perfectly cooked, the consommé is absolutely perfect. The Horchata is even super good. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be coming back.

We read all the reviews, and we just had to try it. I figured that if a place calls itself Superior, they just have to be the best. We were so disappointed. There was no flavor. The queso tacos werent filled with meat or queso. I looked at all the pictures they had on the menu, and nothing we tried looked or tasted as such. I was looking forward to some good consume to dip my queso taco and drink. It was not flavorful at all. We spent $59, and it was not worth it. How do you mess up a simple cheese quesadilla. Needless to say. We will not be going back.

Amazing birria! We are always on the lookout for birria tacos. We travel full time and whenever we land in a new location, one of the first things we do is look for birria tacos. Birria Superior was so delicious. Tacos were full and meaty. We ordered the queso birria tacos combo and some consommé on the side. The combo came with 2 birria tacos, rice and beans. You could exchange the rice and beans for consommé. The seasoning is spot on! Also came with fresh lemon wedges, onion and cilantro on the side. We could drink that consume everyday, it had the best flavor, you could taste all the wonderful seasonings. Food was hot and fresh!

Food was decent but the service and atmosphere not so good. The lady bringing the food just didnt care about service. She dropped it, and left (no utensils); had to go back and still no one to attend (guy on the back came to help). They had the radio playing (loud and ugly music). My family and I ordered from this place a few times. Each time we received our order and made it home there is always something missing. The other day the staff left out a whole taco combo meal and we had to make an extra trip back to retrieve it a day later. For today’s order the staff forgot to give us 3 dipping sauces for our 3 taco plates and none of the condiments. Ill make sure from now on I have everything I ordered before I leave the building otherwise something will definitely be left out.

I’m rating a 1 star on service and atmosphere because i drove into the drive-thru and the lady told me to give her a minute, about 12 minutes went by and she never came back to ask if i was ready to order. I then asked if she was ready for me to order and she didn’t apologize for the wait, she just asked me (what do you want?) so i asked for certain items on the menu, and she just kept being rude asking (what else?!) and (what else?!) she was very unprofessional. I then proceeded to the window and I understand these places get busy but it took about another 15 minutes just for her to come charge me. In the end she just came and handed me my order without asking if I needed salsa, condiments etc. i had always had good experiences there with the food and customer service but this time the customer service was unbelievably bad! It was a young female with braces, we called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager and it seemed like they were not interested in helping, the lady hung up in the end and that was it. Never been the type to write bad reviews but this here was just very disappointing.

I love birria superior and eat here religiously, food is fine not complaining about that but Leslie definitely needs more training. Was not prepared to wait almost 40 minutes for a quesadilla and burrito, had my straws forgotten after having consome and another loyalty card also forgotten twice. Im between 3 and 4 stars on food and service. Not to say its bad just not a total 4.With that said, couple recommendations that may satisfy. I would regard burria as a comfort food. Meaning warm, meaty stew with fairly robust flavor.The sandwich combo is good! Its birria on a French roll. Cheese is added but is grilled so has a nice crust to it. The bread has soaked up much of the consome so every bite is juicy and packed with flavor. Its not too big so the beans and rice round out this to a meal. Its not overly filling. The meat isnt consistent though. Sometimes its packed in sometimes its pretty thin. Hit and miss. Good thoughThe birria burrito is filling! Good size with rice and beans. Very similar to the sandwich except obviously the tortilla. The flavor is there. Garnished with chopped onion and cilantro.Toquitos are light and more like an appetizer, but good none the less. Not a meal but quick and easy to eat on the run.Eating in is fine. Typically clean more diner / fast food than restaurant. Again not a bad thing.

Food is very good. Always fresh and flavorful. The only thing I advise if you dine in here is to ALWAYS get a receipt. The cashiers seem new and there seems to be lack of communication between the cashiers and the leads/supervisors. One time our ticket was misplaced somehow in the back and i was missing part of my order. I had made the mistake of not getting a receipt, the supervisor or lead had asked me for my receipt. Nevertheless i was given what I was missing but she claimed that i never ordered my missing item. Yet she never asked the cashier that had took my order what I had ordered. A similar thing occurred today and again I was asked for my receipt which i had this time. But it just gets annoying always being asked for a receipt as if we are trying to hustle an agua or a taco. Other than this order /ticket / receipt fiasco, I do recommend this place but like I said. Always get your receipt when dining in here.

The worst birria ive ever eaten in my life BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS NOT BIRRIA its dry shredded beef at best. Looks more like vaca frita or ropa vieja than it does birria what a sad excuse. The food was delicious, the meat has so much flavor. The tacos were a bit overpriced, I wish they offered a family meal option. It was my first time going here. I used the drive-thru to make my order. I think the food is average. One of the things I didnt like is the food portions. I think theyre servings are definitely on the small side. Another thing I didnt like is the customer service I received while making my order. I think the girl taking my order could have been a little more helpful. When I was ordering my food, I asked lots of questions about the menu and my order consisted of ala carte items. If shes good at her job she should have noticed that I was potentially a new customer, and therefore should have made some suggestions and pointed me to a combo that she would recommend based on my order. Was it her responsibility to make sure I got the bargain meal because I wasnt able to do it on my own? No it isnt. She didnt have to and she didnt. But me being new to the business, it would have been appreciated, and maybe even make me a returning customer. By not recognizing this, along with the small portions, made sure that I wouldnt be going back anytime soon. If you notice that theres someone new at the window, just ask them have they been there before, and assist them by making some some suggestions based on what theyve ordered or from your conversation with them.

The Birria is straight FIRE! Tastes like Grandma’s Birria with all of the Mexican flavors. What sets them apart are their hand made tortillas and their oil salsa. It’s spicy so be careful! Highly recommend 10/10.

I give this place a 4.5 stars🌟 . It was good. The tortillas hechas a Mano, the spicy chili sauce, I loved that they have a drive through. I ordered for my family :2 quesa tacos 4 tacos 2 16 oz consume and a quesadilla. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that the consume was salty and has a strong scent / flavor of cloves but more Limes can balance it. I wasn’t happy with Daisy and the staff at the time I went on 8/17/2021, when I ordered I asked for a tostada de birria no beans and no onion and it was the opposite of what I asked for. Another issue was I told Daisy to put $50 on the card I asked and the rest on another card and yet she wasn’t honest from the start and never told me that $26 and some change was only taken out of the card and owed $27 and some change. Tried their birria quesa tacos, and this is the best freaking way to make tacos ever! They are so so good! Awesome shredded beef, melty cheese, and onions, cilantro, and lemon provided on the side. My only word of warning: be prepared if you like to stay clean and tidy when you eat, because these are dripping with sauce and youre gonna make a mess! Ive only used the drive-thru, but theyve always been friendly and polite which is great. I need to try more menu items, but I highly recommend this place solely based on my quesa taco experience! I cant get enough!

Wow. My man has been looking for a place for years that makes birria tacos. We happened to drive by and saw this place. Was my first time having this type of taco. It was absolutely delicious! The way they make the shell is awesome as well as the dipping sauce. Staff was very pleasant as well. We dont live in Lancaster but will be eating here every time we are in town.

Birria Superior was a tasty Mexican place, having the same speed as Taco Bell, but was 100 times better. The food was Great and the vibe was nice. The only real problem with the place was the food was pretty oily. Yummy food, and we came on Easter, and no other restaurants were open. I saw the pictures that people posted on Google and the quesatacos looked delicious. I ordered one to try it. I also ordered a burrito. Unfortunately my experience was not like the pictures. That quesataco looked delicious but mine, I opened it and it was just dripping grease. I did squeeze out some of the grease but it didnt help. It is pretty much what I tasted. The burrito was the same. Sorry I had a 1 star experience. The employees were nice though.

My one star review is because this is the 3X they get my order wrong We pay extra for cheese Taco and when I called about it they said they couldn’t do anything without a receipt when I had just left the drive thru. Customer service is bad but that’s how they are trained. The only reason there’s good reviews is because they tell you before you order if you leave a good review you get a free taco. Check your food before you leave that place because they will turn you away if you loose your receipt.

I love Birria superior. They have a very welcoming environment where we can work and be ourselves. Food wise, its amazing they really put all their effort and passion into making the food and accustom to what the customers want! The food is delicious and really meets the requirements of what it is to offer an experience rather than fast food. I totally recommend coming here for delicious food and for a good time. :)
