I always order build-your-own pizza at Blaze and I have not failed yet. I go for the regular dough, red sauce, lots of garlic, salami, black olives, artichoke and ricotta cheese. Its always delicious!Their Menifee location has fast service, plenty of parking spaces and lots of family having meals together.

Used to be great. I dunno what has happened here but orders are never correct placed online. I’ve givin you so many chances to see if this was a one off situation. From wrong ingredients, literally no sauce, premade crusts for large pizzas, raw pizza dough, burned crust, inedible. Your management needs to retrain staff of how to read online orders and cook pizza. Super bummed

Its the first time I order from here. I ordered online and went to pick up in store. I wasnt greeted, or acknowledged in a empty restaurant. My order was in the pickup rack so if you go here you just go pick up your pizza and leave, unknown unseen.

Blaze pizza !❤️ I’ve love they’re spicy marinara sauce double crust extra sauce and everything on it ! I was ecstatic when I saw they opened by far the best build your own pie places! It’s just better and they have bomb lemonade! Over all service was good not too busy and got there pretty fast so no complaints over all i would recommend coming here if you love pizzaaa ❤️🍕🍕🍕

My wife and I went to Blaze on a BOGO offer. It proved to be a good decision. The staff was polite and friendly. The young lady that helped us piled on the ingredients we selected, and soon after, our pizzas were out of the oven. Hot and delicious, and there was even enough to take home and enjoy later. Great deal at half price - join their Blaze club and keep an eye out for money saving offers. Definitely recommend.

I came here for the PI day, special on the pizza you know?My experience here the first time was understandably long. Since they were offering the special on the pizza, the line was a bit long when I got there. When I left, the line had gotten long. Thankfully I got there just in time lol.The place is pretty medium big, I like the seating atmosphere, they offered plenty of seats and chairs. They even have high table and stools! I will say the best part about this, it’s plenty for everybody!As for the foods, they offered pretty much lots of options that you can pick, you can check them out online. They’re delicious too. I brought them home and they tasted good. I ordered Meat Eater.For customer service, they were really nice. One of the worker there know a little sign language because as a deaf person, it’s really important they should be aware how to communicate with me. Everyone there were nice except for that blonde woman who worked that day, she did not get a freaking clue that I could not hear her well, she kept talking. I don’t think this place had offered a better sensitivity training of how to deal with deaf customers.I did meet with a manager who was helping bringing my pizza. He was nice enough to let me check the pizza and see if it was okay for me. That’s a A Plus.Overall, it is wonderful that this restaurant opened!

We had to stop by, if only out is respect for having stopped by to the openings of Cane’s? Cafe Rio, Firehouse Subs, and the latest franchise being Blaze. We overslept so at the door we were not on any of these new places, before they opened their doors, but we made it soon enough. This plaza is becoming a serious contender, in more ways than one, Baron’s Market, Gym, keeps the what’s next factor in full alert, and Menifee 👀 mighty good.Arrived for our first rendezvous with blaze around late afternoon. A friendly line could be seen outside, a festive feeling in the air, kind of like waiting willingly. I had acquired their app in the apple 🍏 app store, created my account, and paid in full for our order of 7 initial pizza pies with apple pay. Feeling slightly pleased that I was not required to join the line up, I was rather invigorated, as well as excited when I was told I could just step in and head for the online area pickup station. There was a single stack of boxes, but not quite seven, so two fully paid for were missing in action. Bummer! Here was for hoping for a ninja in and out. I was immediately approached, and after showing the order number the situation was swiftly dealt with, and since their grand oven really cooks this things to almost perfection in just a few minutes I was still in a fairly jovial mood. Was given an empty cup for a drink of my choice, met the general manager Tim, very likable fellow if you ask me, fair and concerned, and I held myself back from a hug fest, figuring that it would probably reveal my softer side, and that certainly could cause debate. Pizzas ready, nicely boxed, I exited a happy man, even offering my free cup to someone I never had the pleasure of meeting before. Oh, did I say the sun had come out that day briefly?We ate at home, several combinations of their very enticing list of available ingredients. Two lovely ladies created their masterpizzas, and two hungry men, father and son, just piled the toppings greedily in our share, and voila! all at the same price. I got this heavy 11 inches, that may as well say it now, put all pizza competitors to shame. A truly Fire’d 🔥 pizza for sure, with higher customer service skill, a caring staff, what is not too like? Rulers of the plaza, as everyone agreed, vegetarians or voracious meat 🍖 seekers, there was a definite winner. 5 Stars.

Blaze pizza on 06-16-2023I ordered bread sticks a salad a medium pizza and picked it up to take out. Upon sitting down to eat I found nothing was made to my specificationIt was made with mushrooms and olives to which I am allergic to. The salad contained the same ingredients. The drinks were flat and awful. I did not drive back to get it fixed. Because I took a bite of my food and had a reaction. The toppings tasted old and bland.Update: 06-17-2023The manager called me after I sent them an email explaining what happened. She apologized for the allergic asked if I was doing better and refunded my charge.

Every time I’ve come here my pizza is cooked to perfection. The additional cheese options (love feta and ricotta!) for my pizzas make it that much better.I love that they have a rewards program that actually rewards you unlike some other places. Even my most pickiest eating child can make her own choices here and build a pizza that’s something all her own and customized to her liking!

They desperately need a manager on staff that actually gives a f@ck. Food is always good service is all around ruff.First ordering is a major challenge because the girl is so high she cant remember more than one thing at a time, next they are trying to squeeze in phone orders or GrubHub that you as an in person customer are neglected.Last we wanted to to dine in but there were so many teenage looking kids sitting at all the tables eating Canes the restaurant across the parking lot.Drug test your employees for start your customer service will improve I am positive.

Pretty decent. Only $8 for a simple cheese pie and I would pay it again. Say NO when they ask if you want salt though. Unless youre getting tons of vegetable toppings, its way too much. Got bubble guts the next morning.They have a fire oven but dont expect NY or Naples. This is 100% California style pizza. Solo size, and any toppings you want.Having some beer on tap would be really nice. This place is in walking distance to my house.

I am extremely disappointed at this restaurant, because they actually do have good food. This is what happened I ordered a large, gluten free pizza on DoorDash. It arrived, and we enjoyed it when attempting to re-order another large gluten free pizza on another day, the door Dash delivery person informed me that the restaurant told him that they don’t make gluten free in large size only in the small size. I told the DoorDash driver that I had already received one last week and to please verify because I had ate one .. ( keep in mind I am allergic to gluten) the door Dash delivery person proceeded to tell me the same thing they don’t make it large size only small. So basically what they’re trying to tell me is that last week when I ordered my pizza and I ate it, that I eat a regular pizza….. not gluten free pizza . No wonder my stomach hurt!!! Not only did I have to cancel the new order, but I exposed my body to an allergen. This could be a potential lawsuit because no one called me to inform me that they don’t make gluten-free and large they instead made a regular pizza delivered it anyways . I will be calling the store manager and the corporate !! Very dangerous !!

Ordered my pizza through my mobile app, not too bad, easy to navigate. They have a parking space for curbside or pick up, which is good. I picked up my pizza after 10 minutes of me ordering it online. They were fast and efficient. Pizza was great, alot of toppings selection and more veggies option. New dining option in town so wanted to check it out. The restaurant is new, clean and has a nice fresh modern decor.There are 3 options for crust. Regular, cloud, or gluten free. Lots of topping options to choose from including several cheeses, meats and lots of veggies.You go up to the counter to order and staff will bring your order to your table.The staff at this location are super friendly helpful and welcoming.

Good place to eat. Like subway you pick what goes on your pizza. One size what looks like a medium sized. Drinks have some good flavors to choose from. You can sit indoors or outside on the patio. Only trouble we had was where to get in line. The line starts on the right side as you walk in. Prices are reasonable.

We stopped in for the first time in a while. We always liked Blaze, but this time, the glass over the topping area looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a week. There was dust and food splatter all over it, even though the place had just opened for the day.Some of the drink dispensers had not been refilled. There was no iced tea, and there were no straws or lids.My pizza was partially burned, and there was no time to send it back. We were among the first patrons to arrive, so it wasnt exactly overcrowded.Why is everything not prepared the night before, or at least well before they open?

Walked in and it wasnt busy. Wasnt greeted actually I wasnt even acknowledged by the lady. Whatever, my fiance told her what he wanted the regular crust with red sauce looked at me and said I need to help the people behind you. So I looked at my fiance and got back in line. He told her Im ordering 2 pizzas. So I tell her reg crust and red sauce she gets it ask us about meats and for some reason she cant hear me so now shes yelling at me and Im yelling back. Ok we have to wear mask I get it. Now she looks at my fiance and ask about veggies. He tells her with no problem looks back at him ask anything else he says no. She then proceeded to take both of our pizzas to the oven without ever asking if I wanted anything on mine. I was over it told the gentleman ringing us up that we were not paying for 1 of the pizzas because she had an attitude and didnt even ask me if my pizza was done and put it in the oven. He said we can take it out. I told him no throw it away I dont want anything from here anymore. Not even an apology or anything. I get it we all have bad days Ive been there plenty of times. But none of this was the way to handle it. I dont want anything from this place. I just had to put it out that they need different training methods when things like this happen

Order was paid, for got there at 1103, it closed at 11. Wouldnt have been so bad but when I got to the door and tried to open it and found that it was locked the 2 workers just laughed. They actually looked at the clock and laughed. Personally I dont think it was funny. I come here a lot but dont think Ill be coming back. Tell the owner they just lost quite a bit of business and let me know if he laughs.

This place grows on you. The price of the build-your-own pizza is only $9+. The pizza ingredients are healthy, fresh, and their classic tomato sauce my favorite. Brick-oven baked, the pizza is delicious and I never feel stuffed afterwards. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Pieology is SO much better. At this Blaze location, the line was awful. They had a lot of people working but you could tell online orders were being handled in front of the customers in line and it seemed like the line wasn’t even moving. I am frankly in shock that the line was as long as it was because my pizza was AWFUL! The employees did not seem to know what they were doing. This place is highly overrated. How they have this high of stars, I do not understand. I wrote a Yelp review and someone from the company reached out and offered to give me a free code to try the pizza again and then when I wrote back with my email, they never responded again. That is the reason I am continuing to write more reviews.

I ordered a 18 inch pizza the other night. I did not want to have to wait at the store and possibly be exposed to the COVID virus ( I am in high risk group). You pay through a credit card. Simple. I love the options, but keto crust was disappointing (Cauli crust is much better low carb). Staff is friendly... most of them. You better know exactly what you want when its your turn to order or you will quickly become the line pariah though... Been there several times & each time I had wished I had studied the options online ahead of time so I was ready for the performance test (ordering). *Theres no real time or chance to ask too many questions or explore options of what might be good together or not. So I really wish they had a couple more complete menu options to blurt out under pressure if you just arent sure what u want on your pizza. Im very glad you can order online ahead of time, at your own pace, and pick up right away...they even have exclusive options & deals that way too 👍

Let me start by saying it took another try to get a good edible pizza this trip, but when they got it right it was awesome! We got the Pie Rise thick crust and although we were sorry we didnt get the regular red sauce instead of the spicey red, which proved to be a little big on heat and low on flavor, the rest of the pizza contained quality ingredients and some that we have wanted from other pizza shops such as Kalamata olives, and shaved mozzarella. The employees were all very efficient and friendly 😁,and the inside, casual dining area was clean, stocked, and more spacious than a nearby competitor. The only negative that we encountered was a burned bottom on our original pizza. I spoke with the shift manager who offered to remake it right away. I glanced at the temperature of the oven, which is in plain view, and at the actual deck of the oven which had a lot of burned particles that needed to be done off. I told the the manager on duty that we were retired pizzaria owners and that build up of carbon in the oven causes burning . The oven master brushed out the oven and our second pizza came out great. They are all new to this parlors way of doing things so a learning curve can be expected. We will definitely go back and take our friends and family!
