Wanting to give another Vietnamese restaurant a try and ended up here from San Pedro. So it was quite a drive however well worth it.They have a pretty big menu and plenty of items to choose from.I got their 3 combination vermicelli bowl with egg rolls, grilled shrimp, and grilled pork, wife got their brisket pho, and our daughter got their BBQ pork soup with egg noodles, and a side of their signature spring rolls which came with peanut sauce for dipping.Their food here was quite delicious and quite the treat.Bloomings reminds me of Pho Crystal 3(Carson City) and Pho Fula(Fullerton OC). They have generous portions for the price and excellent tasting dishes.Bloomings was clean, organized, and excellent service. We will be coming back to try more items on the menu.There are so many other options, however you can only eat so much for your first visit.

Awesome Vietnamese restaurant. Its so good Ive been here three times in one week haha!! The pho is amazing, the rice dishes are on point, and the vermicelli is refreshingly tasty! Staff is wonderful, everyone is super nice. Great atmosphere, I love the music videos they play. They have beautiful fish tanks and a water fountain! Outdoor seating and dog friendly!

This place has what might be the best pho broth I’ve had in LA county. Like i had to slurp the rest with a straw and leave the bowl bone dry. The parking in this shopping center can be challenging, but this place is definitely worth it.

This restaurant has wonderful aquariums with all sorts of sea turtles, rays and fish! Visited for lunch on a Saturday and were seated right away. The servers here are very helpful, and the service is quick and efficient. I am not as big on pho, but love Vietnamese appetizers and rice dishes. We started with the fried tofu, egg rolls and popcorn chicken, which were all really good. I recommend getting the popcorn chicken spicy because medium wasnt as spicy as Id hoped (if you like spicy things). We had the beef fried rice and cornish hen w/ rice as our main entrees. The cornish hen was crispy and the sauce was good with it and the white rice. Note that if you get soda, they will give you a can, and if you order iced coffee or Thai tea, they will provide it in a sealed plastic cup. I dont know if this from COVID protocol or just standard for the restaurant.

We went here to celebrate my birth-weekend, but also weve been here many times before. Id say its our go-to pho place since its one of the closest to our former home and so far we have been treated well.I think their pho sizes are generous. Youll be really full with a medium. Ive always wanted to try since I typically dont finish my own, but I think if two people share a large, it would still be more than enough.Im also a big fan of their spring rolls. Perf combo of pork, shrimp, cabbage, and their peanut sauce. Yum! Weve also had their combination fried rice. Its greasy, but that adds to its flavor.Overall, its been a good experience and I would recommend around the area to try!

Great place for Vietnamese food. Ordered the pho rib soup and soup base tasted great. Beef is soft and melts as you pick it up. Atmosphere is chill here and staff are friendly and nice. If you are looking for good pho place in between 626 and 714 then this is a good spot to check out. The egg rolls and popcorn chicken are great for kids.

I was surprised with the level of service this place has. Outstanding! They even have two AI Robots serving some of the food in addition to the staff! The food is somewhat a mixture of high level Vietnamese fusion. You can also order traditional soup and stir fry noodles. Prices are affordable and they have not raised their food and drink prices at all. They even have aquariums with fascinating turtles and several fish. We are going back here definitely to try more of their excellent cuisine.

Pho Tasty may have met their match, tendon pho super tasty, the tendon has been cooked perfectly to absorb the pho and texture is perfect see color image. Love the service, very friendly and observant. I would add a bit more jalapeños as I got 3 slices and 1 lemon but very good pho! I will slowly bring all 40+of my family members! Thank you.

Showed up with no workers by the front or anywhere in sight. We walked over to a table and sat down with only 1 other table occupied on a slow day.Sat there for almost 7 minutes with staff just ignoring us. We left to go to another restaurant.

This place will have you come back and often.The food is delicious, the people attentive and caring while often the dishes are brought to you by robots which make you feel being a part of a Star Wars episode. Blossom Fusion 🌸 beautiful and cozy place. A great place to take your date. The Filet Mignon is the best. The restaurant is clean and give you a good portion of food. I go there often. Ive not eaten at a VietNamese restaurant before. Enjoyed the shrimp dish they had on the menu. Very tasty. I used a little Sriracha sauce to add some kick because I like spicy. I recommend this fire anyone trying out Viet cuisine for the first time!

My family loves to dine here. I would give 5-star for their food. But today their service let us down. The waitress took our orders. Weve waited patiently,only to find out that it was not entered into their system!!!!! I asked what happened, and the waitress said that her boss had her take her break, thats why our orders got lost!. But how was that possible when she took the orders of the 2 other tables after us, and they both got their orders!!!!! I was sooooooo mad, i walked out of the resto!!!!!

Food is always delicious! The Spring Rolls are the best. I always have the BBQ Ribs, Tofu, Spring Rolls and My husband has the mixed soup. Chula my Service Dog gets boiled chicken for her dinner. Food is Hot not Cold and it leaves you with a full belly but wanting more! I highly recommend this place to everyone

I believe in 2nd chances but in this case, 3. I dine here pretty often and they seem to almost always forget my order completely. Its usually a drink that I order that they forget until I remind them. Today however, they gave my entree to the wrong table and I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes while my wife had already finished her meal. Gave this place plenty of opportunities and an apology can only go so far when its happened numerous times before. They had chances to make things right like offering to reduce the bill or whatnot but that didnt happen. 2 🌟 because at least their food is consistent.

If I can rate this place any lower then one-star, I honestly would. Dont bother dining at this establishment if you cannot speak little to decent Vietnamese. Otherwise, THEY WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG.I never write reviews on restaurants really, but today I just had to make an exception.I was seated at a table, ordered my food (requested to be starting off with some water, not too hard of a request right? Wrong, I had to ask twice from 2 separate servers working the same area). Please do keep in mind that its not busy whatsoever. I was offered to sit wherever I pleased, so I observe the surrounding and of course choose to sit in an area where there was little-to-no foot traffic, thinking itd be easy for the server to work with me (being that my Vietnamese isnt the strongest), BIG mistake.So Im seated, I order my food and manage to finally get someone to bring me water. The water was bottled. I believe thats to be prevent possibilities of covid. I finish about 2 bottles, given 3 throughout the course of my meal.On the dining-end, the food was decent. Nothing to complain about, just your standard run-of-the-mill Vietnamese cuisine. One flaw to note, they initially gave me the wrong food. They gave me someone elses order from the other side of the dining area. Youd figure that theyd divide the service in sections, but no. Seemed to be very unorganized.But again, I cant knock them on the food, just their overall service. One last thing to note is when it came time to pay my tab, I was given the WRONG check. I was very close to paying for someone elses meal (which was ofc alot more then my check that was to be payed), thank goodness I had the sense to check the darn thing.Oh, also about those water bottles. I was basically given 3 (the 3rd one not even being opened), I recall asking for a 2nd after finishing the first one and while halfway through the 2nd, the 3rd one was left on my table. A kind gesture I assumed, until I noticed it on my tab. $4 almost $5 for the 3 water bottles. Well, darn.Lastly, before even paying my tab, I request for 2 items to take to-go for family back at home. Just a small side of eggrolls which are good, I must admit. Kind of hard to mess up egg rolls and an entree of fried rice. This is where I now drew the line to write up this lengthy review.I specifically requested for no shrimp whatsoever, all the other meat options were fine. Just no seafood. My niece has very bad allergic reactions to seafood, especially shrimp. I made my request and even double-checked with my server and to no ones surprise. I get home, open the tray and theres fried rice with nothing but shrimp. Very disappointed.Again, food was decent, your basic run-of-the-mill Vietnamese comfort food. It was overall just the service that was disappointing. Wrong food given, wrong check given, additional charges to total with the kind gesture of being given and charged with the extra water. It is what it is, I guess. But I digress, what just pushed me to even write this lengthy review in the first place is the fact that the to-go order I requested was the complete opposite of what I wanted to get. I requested no shrimp, my niece cannot have seafood whatsoever, I even double-checked and made it clear to my server to the best of my ability to do so verbally, to then get the exact opposite of what was requested. Very disappointing.First time and last time Im ever eating at this place. Never again.

We have been eating at blooming even before it was blooming (it used to be called Pho 4 u, same owners) and it has by far the best Pho I have had. I’ve tried all the places around it and I keep coming back to Blooming for my Pho. Their broth is clean, not oily. I REALLY appreciate that they use chicken broth for the chicken Pho. Other places use beef broth for the chicken and the taste and smell (for me) is not appealing. My picky son loves their popcorn chicken.

This place is incredible, the beef pho noodle soup is crazy good with slice of beef, beef tendon, stripes, and beef ball in the soup. The soup taste so good, large bowl with a lot of noodle, it was so good. My mother in law is picky on food, she doesnt eat too much asain food, but today she likes the food. My father in law rarely eat noodle soup, today he loves the noodle soup and finished all. Good place, I found my spot for pho noodle soup. The other food looks good too.

Sporting my lunchtime bloomers at BloomingBlooming is an Asian Fusion (Viet/Chinese) restaurant, occupying the former home of Jeepney Asian Grille. As I walked in, I noticed the guy running Pho 4 U two suites down is also helming Blooming. He gave me a quick rundown of the menu, helping me decide what to get for lunch.Blooming offers rice dishes, noodles, hot pots, curry, escargot and other items. I also noticed various macaroni dishes, too. I had 20% off my bill, so I wanted to make the best pick.Filet mignon with rice entrée (default butter rice w/ steamed rice optional)-Quickly after ordering, I had my filet mignon with rice in front of me. Sweet, tender chunks of filet mignon literally melted in my mouth. Crunchy bell pepper & onion slices provided the texture to compliment the meat. Butter rice was creamy, yet fluffy. With a little dip in the accompanying sauce & sambal chili, I had a great tasting & well portioned lunch.Service was good. I was checked on periodically, asking how everything was. I was told Blooming will start sending out circulars in the mail. Ive passed by Blooming many times, as I make my way around town, but have never seen advertisements. Hopefully, the circulars will help with business.Seating for days, with plenty of tables & a few booths on the side facing South St. There are also al fresco tables available, too. The restaurant is clean, and the color scheme is warm & inviting.Parking is in a private lot, shared by Snowflakez, Subway, Sharetea and other businesses.Blooming is a good food option in Cerritos, IMHO. I believe their menu has a lot to offer, including various offerings of smoothies & che. Blooming may have undergone some growing pains with their grand opening, pertaining to the wait for orders to be completed and such, but I had my food within no time & I really enjoyed it. Couple that with the 20% off I received, and theres no way I cant recommend eating here. Very nice, clean and friendly, the food was delicious, well at least what I ordered was deliciousWhat I didnt even like was the lemonade.Very very artificial flavor 😖 nothing to do with lemon, in the same way I ordered a mango and stava chake, artificial and simple flavor, not recommended at all, at least the drink, thank you, but they are practical with technology and very clean
