I’ve been going to Blue fin for years when I used to work in Claremont. My go to was always chicken teriyaki with a side of California rolls. I went back after some years and glad I did. It was as good as it was then. I love small businesses because I get to support someone’s else’s dream of owning and operating a business and ultimately supporting someone’s family and life. Everyone here is and has always been super friendly and helpful. If you’re coming through Claremont and craving some great food, come show them some love. They have a great patios as well and offer jazz nights I believe. Happy eating friends!

My second time coming here. The hot night roll (shown in my photo) is bomb. Theyre a little pricey and menu is preeettty confusing but since we go for food, Im giving 4 tars. That one roll seemed to tide me over for lunch but would need more for dinner and thats gonna rack up. Only docking them a star for price.

Food is good for a quick bite. However, for the price, the food could have been of better quality.I ordered chicken combination plate. I really enjoyed the chicken and may come back for that.My significant other ordered sushi and sashimi. The rolls were good, but didnt have much character. They were by the book as you can get. Still good tho!

Sushi here is pretty good for a quick bite. We love taking the kids here when we want sushi so we dont have to deal with the hassle of a restaurant and kids. The owner is awesome and so friendly. She always brings out the kids their food right away and sometimes gives them free soup. As far as cleanliness, it could use some love! Overall I recommend it especially when you dont want to go to a full restaurant for sushi.

I went here yesterday just on a wim. Had the Chicken Udon ster fry. Loved it!! Also got a few Sushi rolls they were great. I will definitely be going back!!!

In the world of sushi, Blue Fin has great variety and quality. Owners are friendly and helpful if you don’t know the menu. I’ve been going for years and they’ve always been reliable and consistent. Love they music offerings on their patio. Usually grabbing and going but have enjoyed their patio dining option. During Covid the owner has brought our order to the car.

First time here and man let me tell you!! I am a chef and I’m super excited for finding this gem! The restaurant itself smells and looks clean! Every piece of fish that came out still had this bright fresh look to it. My new favorite sushi spot hands down!! And the prices are really good!! Will definitely be returning again and again!!!!

Surprisingly good. The tuna on tuna is delicious and gorgeous. Excellent rolls, and the little salad appetizer is to die for.
