Incredible food. One of the best restaurants in the Bay Area for fusion food. Unmatched flavor and creativity. However, unless you have an hour or more to spare, I wouldnt order here. They are not quick by any stretch. Ideally, you realize you want Blue Saigon about an hour before its time to eat.
Although this place is very small and hidden, is very, very tasty. The flavor is incredible. Definitely coming back again.
Food is delicious!! However I recommend ordering through phone. We went in person and had to wait a very long time. When we finally got our food they hadnt gave us our thai ice teas, he recognized that and let another worker know and we waited another 35-40 minutes for 3 drinks. After realizing how long weve waited and the lumpia was more on the soggy side from the wait I walked up closer to the door to ask how much longer or get a refund so we can go and the guy looks at me and goes to the fridge to grab the drinks out. I was standing outside the whole time so it was bothersome to know that no employee handed them to me (if) they had been ready.
Blue Saigon in Venetian Hotel was awesome! Wings were cooked perfectly and garlic noodles were on point.
The wings were amazing! I love the flavor and the crispy texture! The meat came off the bone easily. The garlic noodles was just right. This is definitely worth the trip if youre in the area... or even an hour-ish away!
These are not tiger pawns these are shrimp I’m done what happened to the butterfly pawns I just spent 15 dollars for some curl up shrimp bring back the old cooks I want my money back it’s not nasty the noodles just dry as hell and a lot of salt
Food quality is horrible, like you can definitely tell they get bad quality and go the cheapest route when it comes to their food. The flavors and everything else is great though. But for the price of their food they definitely need to step up the quality. It’s not always about flavor.

From the outside this place might not look like much, but trust me, Ive heard rumors that the owner is looking to expand its storefront & that it might even have karaoke?! What?! Yes. But for now lets stick to what this place is & has.The store is tiny but not to worry, theres a lot to love. The cashiers & cooks are ready to help you with any of your questions regarding their food. & if you dont want to sit & wait, call in to pick up your order.They even have some cool drinks on deck for you as well as boba.Looking for a recommendation? Ask them! Or take my opinion on the sisig fries, warrior dog & of course the chicken wings (all very unique flavors if I may say so myself). BUT how could I forget the beloved Filipino favorite, the lumpia - a crispy, egg roll like item but better.Stop by & be adventurous.
I cant believe I have never been to this place!! I wanted to try something new and went to Blue Saigon. The candy chicken wings are THE BOMB!! BBQ pulled pork fries are amazing.. the Lumpia and dipping sauce makes you not want to share because its so good! LolThe wait that everyone refers to is correct... its about 25 minutes but the order was perfect and delicious!!! Definitely will be back!!!!

They took my order and I waited for over 39 minutes and still had no food, so I asked them how soon the food would be ready and they asked for 5 more minutes. After another five minutes with no food I asked for a refund ending up going to Popeyes. They had been better in the past. Hope service improves.

The order/pickup system is still chaotic; why have 2 windows when one employee is bouncing back and forth? Two shouldnt working the front while prepping orders and drinks. Still good food, still recommended. I love that they expanded their delivery to Antioch!
I give 4 stars for the food. The garlic noodles and candy chicken are so good you dream of them. However you will wait ALONG TIME for your food, like 45 minutes. Best to call in your order, that is if you can get anyone on the phone.
Shout out to the young man who made my day. I was one of the first people to order my food right after they opened. He said it would be a 15 minute wait. I waited in my car for 35 minutes as my ringer did not go off alerting me the food was ready. The guy told me the chefs made my order I correctly and they were remaking it. I had to get back to work and expressed this to the young man and that I was upset that my food wasnt ready within the 15 minutes they stated. Others were getting their food before me. Even phone orders were getting their food before me. I live in Vacaville and told the young man I need to get back home and to work. He apologized and made me whole. They remade the food and he took care of the situation while being professional and understanding and apologetic. Thank you for your great customer service. 😊
Oh my goodness! My co-workers were telling me about it, cause I was asking where to get some good garlic noodles. I went and bought the garlic noodles with shrimp.and the candied chicken wings. It was delicious! Ive been back twice already! I loved their food, the place is small but the workers are very nice. I call in my orders, so when I get there, it is ready. I live 15 minutes away but it is worth the drive to me!!
I went there waited 25 minutia for my order. The fries were overdone, stale. Re fried. When I asked for my money back or another order. The “manager” refused to give me either. After gigling about it to his staff. I’m calling my bank for a refund.
Food is great but routinely has a wait time of 1 hour or more. Do not call over the phone must place order in person. You will be left for dead waiting to place a phone order. Does not call when order is ready. Even though the lemonade is outta this world they run out often.
Food was excellent - highly recommend. Read on... We were excited to try it out. I stand 65 so I can see over the front wall into kitchen. A woman had plastic gloves on per food handling, but she was taking French fries out of deep fryer and putting them in her mouth...many times....and she was one of the cook food handlers.... Ewe ...we still ordered because the place looked authentic and different.Food was excellent. Highly recommend.Than half way through our meal a gentlemen in the kitchen decided to blast rap music. It was loud....kitchen was busy. I guess they had 2 drivers because there were all kinds of guys walking in and out of kitchen... Its busy crowded place for sure... Once in a lifetime experience!Glad we came. Yummy food. May try take out next time.... I wouldnt eat inside again.... Too many bad visuals!
Fantastic fusion! Flavors are bold and balanced. There is no seating and because theyre very popular dont go if youre in a hurry. Also if you want their famous chicken, go early.
Waited a long time. It was very busy of course it was Friday after work and school. I just wanted to get back home to find out 2 of 4 my food orders were wrong. Exhausted and frustrated I had no energy to drive back in traffic. So we ate some burned battered shrimp and wings that tasted very salty and overcooked. I was supposed to get garlic shrimp noodles 2x but instead got burnt deep fried shrimp with garlic fries 2x. Paid lot of $$ for my food. The sandwich was good per my son. I personally will not go back.
I dont know if I can put into words the total experience your taste buds will experience. I mean the warrior dog. I Never had my taste buds so active off any hot dog, hella any sausage either. This dogs is. Awesome blend of hot dog, in a fresh soft bread hoagie roll, and the carnelized onions, with the bacon and the condiments. I highly recommend trying this item. And the garlic noodles with spicy candy tiger prawns is the right balance of garlic and the spicy sweet good flavor of the tiger prawns. Only downside is if order during there rush the wait can be a little long but its well worth the wait you wont be disappointed.
Bomb! Garlic noodles with candy chicken or prawns. Bomb.com... if you havent had this you need to. Call ahead its always packed. Otherwise you will wait 10 min to order than 40 minutes for your food. But worth the wait 😋

I’ve gone here a few times prior and it seems the quality of the food is declining. Needless to say we all ended up with food poisoning. Ordered: Garlic Noodles and fries with the candy “unmentioned Feathered” chicken wings. I hate that they’re rushing and serving poor food it started off great but somethings changed and I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

30 minute wait during early afternoon for delicious food, so call ahead to pick up your order. Few tables, I wouldnt necessarily count on getting one during peak times. Excellent food though and I will definitely go back for more.
Foods was good, the barbecue & garlic or ranch chicken,? and sweet sumthn chicken? The sides were good, and the $4.50 watermelon lemonade was the bomb!!! Kinda pricey, order a head, prepare for overcrowding, but semi worth all the waiting- kudos to the employee Patrick who was helpful and patient with that place crawling with people and orders the whole time!!! We ate there, but outside.
Food is expensive, but delicious. Expect to spend $15 to $20 per person. I usually spend $25 for myself. 8 piece wings $10, tiger prawns and garlic noodles $13, plus tax, but it is delicious. You can eat twice off of it, if youre not a huge eater.
One of my favorite spots in Pittsburg. Been visiting since they first opened the brick and mortar. The garlic noodles are a staple. Everything on the menu is worth a try. Generally good and timely service. Looking forward to the expansion.

My absolute favorites are the spicy chicken burrito, candied fried chicken, and chicken adobo.The service is friendly and there is a great vibe here.If youre in a rush, its best to call in your order.There is definitely love and soul in this food!

I think I got my realtor hooked on the candy fried chicken. Its a great place to go for party trays. Just reserve and pay a day ahead. They cook up a batch fresh when you pick it up. I just wished they were in more locations in the Bay Area.
Absolutely phenomenal! There isnt a single thing on this menu that isnt delicious! From sisig fries with a fried egg on top, to garlic noodles, to the tacos, to their warrior dog, everything is seasoned to perfection. The environment is friendly casual, show up in a suit or pajamas. The staff is friendly and patient, which says a great deal, considering theyre always busy. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. If youre on a diet, however, this might not be the place for you. Love is used in the making of food,(love=grease) and it definitely shows, so come on a cheat day or celebration to enjoy anything.
Ive been hearing about this place but last night I finally had the chance to see what all of the fuss was about. They were very busy and there was a wait but the food was fresh hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and I was very satisfied with my visit overall. Ill definitely be visiting them again.
Cool little place. Food though was mediocre at best. Noodles were very oily and the fish was very dried out. Huge portion of noodles and very small portion of fish. Stomach doesnt feel so good after.
Im from texas, I was referred here by a friend who said the food was amazing. I get there and we wait 20 min to order. I understand covid and I saw the lines everywhere but when I showed up there wasnt a LONG line. Maybe 3 ppl in front of us.So after my 20 min wait to order, the three other people I was with (one of which was a young child) had to wait ANOTHER 50--thats right, FIFTY-- MORE minutes for our food! The guy working the counter really never offered any explanation but he offered this excuse I cant control how fast they work. Nice.The food was good but was it Ill wait 50 minutes for this food good??Naw.I think its Safe to say, I wont be coming back.If indeed first impressions are lasting impressions then let me say that I was NOT impressed.
Food is great but service is poor. No reason why I should be on hold for more than 10 minutes. I get it can be busy but for no one to be able to even take my order in more than 10 minutes is ridiculous. Called 3 times and only got an answer after the third time.
The ambiance is just take out. I ordered garlic fries, they better caĺl them parmesan fries and little garlic. I also ordered the Asian Almond Salad. However, they was no Asian dressing. I guess thats just luck. The Saigon Fried Rice Burrito with fried tilapia was pretty good. If you have to wait a long time because a lot of people are in line to order or have ordered, you know it is good food. The forks are plastic and the serving is take out. They just ran out of chicken wings, go figure. All in all it was worth going. I am not sure if I will go again.
This place is slept on bad. There food is so good but the wait is long. Make sure you double check your order if you are doing over the phone.. because you will have to wait another 45 minutes if they didnt get everything you ordered. The lemonade is good. This place is pricey

First of all I just want to say that it is unfair for you to say that I was rude to your employee.. I even gave him some tip..He even ring a bell. I just wondered why my food was the last (because when I left at 12:55PM there is zero as in NO more customer) to be served while I’m 2 customer ahead of the rest of the customer today. My order is Lumpia and Fried Potsticker only. And saying dont comeback anymore.... does the owner knows how you manage unsatisfied customer. I hope you do something about it. I know that there is a cooking time and there are customers ahead of me but I observed that nobody is preparing my food until one of the staff looked at the receipt and starting to cook after 20 mins of waiting. Then when all customers were gone I decided to ask for my order and the cashier said that they are still preparing for my food.. all I said is forget about it then left... of course am upset and trying to just forget my order. Then when the lady went out of the store while am driving along the store she shouted here I will throw it away she literally throw away my food in a bag and saying DON’T COMEBACK here anymore. Then another guy shouting dont comeback here. Then when I called and look for the manager and starting to explain why I left... she abruptly said if you want to comeback and argue about it as what I have said Dont comeback anymore and hanged up the phone. Not so fair. I know that you dont care about loosing 1 customer but this is not right. Maybe you could have said sorry about your order that was missed...I know the effort of the cashier and appreciate him so much to follow me to give my order but am so upset but not in the mood to argue the reason why I left.
I just arrived home from having lunch at Blue Saigon, and I have to say, I am very impressed! My sister and I both ordered the California Fries with spicy shredded chicken, which was eight dollars with some change. It was a generous serving, and it was DELICIOUS! The fries were covered in chicken, cheese, sriracha, and were topped with green onions. They were so good! I also got a mango iced lemonade, it was full of pulp but was very refreshing. The prices are very reasonable, they offer fried Oreos and pb&j as well. All in all, this place is a hidden gem of Pittsburg! Love it, and will be returning to try the candy fried chicken everyone talks about.
The California Fries with the choice of shaking beef was on point👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 The service was great and friendly and thoughtful😁😁😁 I gave this place a 5 star rating for their overall service and the taste of the California fries. I dont know what flavoring or ingredients they put in it but it was Fire🔥🔥🔥

I had the fried rice burrito with tempura battered tilapia. Very different flavor from any other burrito and it works great. Also, tried my friends garlic fries which are amazing.
Ive loved this place since the first time I came. This time I got the warrior dog and shared it with my mom and grandma. They loved this place so much they took their husbands the very next day.
Heard this place had good garlic noodles so wanted to see for myself ordered garlic noodles and prawns with candy sauce drove all the way from Daly City order when I got there it was a little wait got home and my order was incorrect and they were closed called next day and nothing such a disappointment
I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I know they get busy so I drove in. The line wasnt too bad there so I ordered and waited. The food was good but they forgot my thai iced tea. I called to ask if they could offer me a credit or remember me for next time. And again they said please hold for the manager. After a few minutes forget it. Horrible customer service. They havent earned my patronage.

My favorite restaurant in Pittsburg its flavors offer the best in local cusine. Garlic noodles to fried rice burritos, the fusions have never missed for me. My family tries to come by at least once a month.

This is a very delicious sandwich has it lots of flavor and I must say it is a bit on the spicy side. In another one of my favorites are their wings personal favorite is spicy candy
The food is good but thats IF they answer the phone after calling multiple times and AFTER nearly an HOUR wait for the food I understand the person taking the order takes it as quickly as possible but placing an order needs to be updated the main problem here is the kitchen they would sell a whole lot more if the kitchen ran efficiently even more so with the pandemic

So I drove in traffic from Oakland to wait in line for 30 mins before ordering then another hour wait for my food when I got my food it was thrown together huge drum sticks when I asked for all flats so much garlic noodles the container was crumbling in my hands not good togo packaging maybe look into plastic for real so back to the food it was messy and not nice to look at I was so upset and all the.y said was to bring it back yeah right Im going to drive all the way back from Oakland nah Ill pass and Ill pass on ever going back again only thing bomb was the lemonades maybe Ill come when its not busy and they can take there time I dont like rushed food

2022-12-19 06:40:49Highly recommend the sisig California fries and trio tacos! The garlic noodles were really good, but lacked color.The candy wings were good!There are no seats. I recommend ordering ahead, so you dont have to wait long.

They serve a Vietnamese fusion that is unlike any other.I practically always go for the same dish!Meal: Garlic noodles + Spicy Candied WingsThe parking lot is extremely small, and the entrance is shared with a Starbucks drive through, which is always busy. There are people in the area that dont respect the area, so theres a lot of litter/trash in the parking lot. This location had a boarded up window last I went due to people smashing it in. Its a shame that the community doesnt care.All in all, the food is amazing, the staff is EXTREMELY respectful and the best. Definitely worth coming!

2023-08-23 16:01:29Worst Vietnam food I ever had. Last night I ordered fried chicken n garlic noodles. It was floating in oil and couldn’t eat as they have put so much oil in to that. I tasted a bit and tossed the rest to trash can. I am big fan of Vietnamese food and often eat from other Vietnamese Restaurants in Antioch and Brentwood. Never had the same experience I had last night. I thought I will try a new place. It will be the last time too.

2023-09-07 01:25:23The food isn’t bad but it’s nothing spectacular either. The prices however are truly outrageous even for a California eatery. The food is expensive and I expect that for wings but $6 for a typical medium sized lemonade is ridiculous. You can go to Wendy’s and get a similar quality lemonade for a 3rd of the price. The owners are clearly either over extending themselves or simply greedy.

2022-02-20 02:19:15I was in the area for volunteer work and I knew I have to make a quick detour to grab something from Blue Saigon. I ordered their garlic noodles with candy fried wings. The wings were amazing! I love the flavor and the crispy texture! The meat came off the bone easily. The garlic noodles was just right. This is definitely worth the trip if youre in the area... or even an hour-ish away!

I had the California fries with bbq pulled pork and an over easy egg, with a thai tea. Delicious!
