2023-09-26 20:52:24I love the clay pots, which have plenty of crispy rice. The pea shoots were fresh and cooked just right and the salt pepper pork chop was delicious. Prices are reasonable for the portions and the area.Service takes a while when the restaurant is full. I think the wait is worth it!

2023-10-06 21:27:02My husband and I came here occasionally today and were both surprised by their food quality— they are amazing and super good! After I moved from NJ to CA, this is the first Chinese restaurant that has been shocked me by its taste! We ordered three regular dishes to see how good they were—House Hainan chicken lunch plate, black bean spare ribs and beef chow fun. The house hainan chicken tastes super fresh and juicy! The black bean spare ribs is amazing and absolutely delicious- ribs are tender and the rice is scrumptious ! Their amount is quite huge and we were full after two dishes. The beef chow fun was taken to home and it’s also very good! The staffs are very friendly and nice. Tea is free. And the price is reasonable($20-30/person )For those who want to try authentic Cantonese cuisine, it’s the best one and I highly recommended it! Definitely i will come back to try again!

2023-08-26 03:33:47First time being here. Food tastes really great! Very impressed with the eel clay pot rice, the seafood tofu, hand shredded chicken, and the stir fried beef noodle. So happy to have the authentic cantonese food. Food portion is also large.

2023-09-08 19:00:54We love eating here as the service is really great and there are two large round tables. Surprisingly, it doesnt get overly loud inside even when all the tables are full, so you can actually have a conversation. Eating here is a great way to feed a lot of people as the dishes are generously sized. Favorites are all the porridges, house special pan fried noodle, fish fillet with green (usually zucchini), peking spareribs, and string bean with chicken. The family that runs this restaurant is really, really nice too!Tip: We love getting takeout from here but you need to plan ahead. The restaurant is really popular during prime time meal hours so if we order too close to 6pm weve had to wait 30-45min past our quoted time for food.

2023-05-26 13:37:52We usually come here for the eel clypot rice and wasabi chicken. Both are my favorites. It serves typical chinese food. Food is tasty, and the portion is generous. Price is reasonable. It has limited spaces, so it can fill up quickly. When we we were there it was full house. The owner is one take the order and very friendly.

2023-04-13 02:55:06Probably the best Cantonese style dishes you can get here on the peninsula. Really enjoyed their tasty chicken mushroom crispy clay pot rice and fresh sauteed garlic green beans and mustard greens. All had big portions enough for 3-4 easily. Got takeout but the service was still very friendly and it was ready 30 min after I called it in. Not much of an ambience but the food is the most important right? Cant wait to try some other dishes. My go-to favorite Chinese spot to fix my cravings!

2023-04-24 23:17:224.5/5 - would definitely come back again to try their other dishes. The food here is served super fresh and fast (except for the clay pot, which needs 30 minutes)We ordered 4 things and the waiter cautioned us that they have big portions - they weren’t wrong! The last photo shows how much food we took home and the leftover lasted us 2 more meals.Overall the food is delicious, I would recommend getting their clay pot rice. We got the small one with chicken and shiitake mushroom - it was super flavourful and chicken was very tender. The Singapore style rice noodle is also pretty tasty. The fujian style egg tofu with broccoli came loaded with so much things in the sauce on top that we couldn’t see the broccoli. The sauce is flavourful to dip the tofu in but the tofu.-0.5 because the beef was mostly batter and there wasn’t much meat

2023-08-24 06:11:14The chicken is spot on and I start craving for it the moment I left the restaurant… clay pot rice and salted egg shrimp are both very, very tasty as well. Come here early or off peak hour to avoid long wait!

2023-09-02 04:41:50One of the best HK style baked pork chop rice I’ve had in the Bay Area. Portions are larger too. Ice HK milk tea is a extra tad too sweet for me.Be prepared for a long wait for your food as they are very busy! The wait is well it for delicious food!
