I come here semi frequently and am usually pretty satisfied. Unfortunately the portion sizes are a little hit or miss depending on whos working. Some people are super stingy and give really small amounts of everything and other people are awesome and give great portion sizes.The fish and other toppings are always fresh and taste good.

Love this place! It does get quite busy during lunch time so ordering ahead and picking up inside, I feel, is best! Staff is always trying their best to make everyones experience great, especially for first-timers who dont know exactly how to order. Their drinks are delicious as well! This is my favorite spot for poke!

Let me start by saying I love poke. I love sushi. And I came to Bluewater about 4 years ago. It was really good. Large bowls and lots of food.This trip 4 years later was disappointing.For 3 of us ( me and an 11 and 13 year old) getting one large bowl and 2 regular bowls the cost was 60 bucks.First off the large only came with 3 scoops instead of the 5 at most places.Regular was 2 scoops.The salmon was beautiful looking but when I was eating it, it was a bit mushy and bland.Dunno. I think the quality was ok and the bowls used are nice and the staff is friendly. Very friendly. Thats why they get 3 stars instead of Lower. But for the quantity and quality I doubt Ill be back

Food is good. Service is ok. Atmosphere sucks. Lack of chairs, it isn’t super clean and they don’t have free water which sucks. It’s good for to go but definitely not dine in. The prices are good though

This is an absolutely fantastic poke spot. They have more varieties of proteins than any other shop I have been to. The owners are very nice, seem to care a lot about their customers and ensure that all the ingredients are the freshest they can be. I enjoyed a three scoop combo and each one of the proteins was fantastic and the add-ins really made it. The lady owner even made me a custom sauce to my liking and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend Bluewater poke to anybody!

Down in Redlands today and looking for a boba place and found this interesting place.Love the boba here; fresh and soft 😋.The pineapple green tea is very refreshing too!Clean and organized little store. The staff are very friendly as well.I highly recommend this place.Thank you so much 🙏😊.

I tried this place for the first time today and although their prices are a little up there. The taste was amazing while healthy and full of protein plus a rose milk tea that actually taste like rose. Ill definitely being going back again. Custom service exceeded my expectations. If its your first time there, theyll take the time to explain it, while also making recommendations according to your taste pallet. I would seriously recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place! If you like sushi Im sure youll enjoy Blue Water Poke. Theyre consistent and delicious. I am usually here once a week to have lunch. Its just that good. Theres so many options to choose from but its not overwhelming. You choose a desired size bowl, which determines how many proteins you can have (you can also add more for a fee). You choose your base, what proteins you want, add/mix-ins, choice of sauces from light to heavy, and toppings if desired. Theres also a selection of drinks as well. Its prepared right in front of you and its not much of a wait to complete a bowl if theres no line. If there is a line the longest Ive waited was 15 minutes max. Its refreshing and not heavy like most fast foods Ive had. Try this out one day if youre feeling something refreshing.

I didnt know what Poke was before, but thanks to this place its the one thing Ive been missing out on. When you go in you can choose 2, 3, or 4 scoops of either brown or white rice. For protein, I get shrimp and octopus (choice of 2). For my mix-ins I get cucumber, avocado, edamame, ginger, pineapple, sesame seeds, and green onions. For my sauce, I get mango habanero. I also get crispy onions and hot cheetos for my dry toppings on top. Its soooo good! Other perks, everyone is super friendly and they have a variety of unsweetened and sweetened teas and boba :)

My second time back and you get so much food! Not living in Redlands anymore, youre paying for freshness and everything is very fresh! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and I feel like because it is fresh seafood, you are getting your value for sure. The tuna looks high quality.Overall, highly recommend!

Loved the selection of items, the large portion was definitely filling. The fish and add ons tasted nice and fresh, and they have a lot of fun sauces to choose from. This poke spot also offers hot Cheetos as a topping in case youre into that (since not all places do). Definitely going back, Im glad to have found a local spot that we loved. Also, we beat the rush, there were a ton of people that came in after us, so its definitely a popular choice

Usually this spot is delicious. Not today!!The white & brown rice was horrible. It was cold & stuck together in big chunks. Not sticky the way it should have been. I couldn’t even separate the nasty rice with the chopsticks. No bueno!!

You will not believe the amount of protein you get in a bowl. Mine had about 6-7 pieces of each protein. What a shame for a $13 bowl. I felt like I ordered a ridiculously expensive bowl of plain rice. Will not recommend this place at all.

I really love this place, VERY much because they have the most fresh ingredients around town. The service/quality is always great. Lately I have been noticing that they have been hiring a lot of new people (and I understand because its a new facility) but the serving sizes have changed. I used to order a 2 scoop bowl because it would fill me up, but all the new employees seem to barely put anything in the bowl. I eat Poke very often to know a good portion size, and its kind of disappointing that I feel like I pay $9+ dollars for a bowl of rice. I hope management sees this and addresses it asap! Other then that, they deserve 5 stars. Thank you Bluewater Poke team!

Want great experience, the girls there where rushing careless attitude, I explained my first time hoping at or least one of them can help me out, suggest free things or what not. . But they looked frustrated after all it was packed (area on front is soo small they have to put the sign out big bolded how many people can be inside) they had big family inside ordering some that already ordered but didnt budge to step outside was really making me feel uncomfortable, I regretted not leaving the place. But I just wanted to try it out to see if even worth all that bs inside. . . I really have regretted BIG. . 🙄😤😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

Waited patiently for my food then when it came time to pay they don’t accept debit cards without a chip and ask if I have Apple Pay well no I don’t have a iPhone, so I went to get cash and waited another 20minutes and they take my money but says oh sorry I don’t have any change and tells me to pay with a card again expecting me to tip them 15$ for their inconvenience and has the nerve to be rude to me because they don’t the have change. I was extremely patient and nice to these people and they were very very rude and treated me like I was stupid because I don’t have a chip on my debit card that is issued through the bank from my work. Terrible ownership. Oh and there was no management there they had to call the manager and they kept saying to pay with debit card. Waste of a drive down.

This is a small, extremely clean, and sheik place to grab an excellent poke bowl. The service is polite and very helpful; providing recommendations for toppings, sides, and drinks. The portion sizes are healthy and the price is good. Definitely worth a stop in for a healthy change of pace.

The poke is great, surprisedly good for the main land. The rice isnt over cook nor is it milky. The fish taste fresh and flavourful. Their choices of sauces and the combination is great. I personally recommend the spring salad mix.

Based on the reviews I was expecting fresh fish at the very least. The salmon was mushy and oily, and the seaweed salad was past its prime (or just low quality). Two dine in tables, but no water for customers. This spot is alright, but I doubt I’d return. It was just ok, but for $12 I can find was better options.

I went to Bluewater Poke today for their 1yr Anniversary event and I got a free T-shirt! The staff is and always have been super friendly and helpful. The gentleman that prepared my 4 protein poke bowl (Hawaiian Tuna, Hawaiian Salmon, Tuna and Salmon) was very nice, providing suggestions on how additional toppings are typically mixed in. Also, a young lady came around the counter and gave me a small raspberry green tea to try. Congrats to Bluewater Poke on their 1yr Anniversary, hoping they can continue to provide their customers with the quality poke and friendly service, for many more years to come.

This Poke location could be considered hole in the wall. Very limited seating, mainly built out as a to go place, they nevertheless have fresh and tasty poke. They have traditional toppings which are all tasty. Had salmon, ahi, and spicy tuna, all tasted fresh, unlike some of the other poke locations in Redlands. Location is convenient, although it maybe hard to see the shop from the street if you dont know exactly where it is, so nice it is in the middle of a strip mall type building. Was very pleased with my lunch, and I plan to return!

I dont usually give bad reviews. This is not a bad review per say. I was a bit disappointed by the freshness of the fish. The wasabi amount given was really really small. The ginger did not taste fresh either. Considering the high rating of this place, I was disappointed. Maybe its because of COVID.

Employees were blatantly rude and unprofessional. They gave us attitude when we didnt come up with an order right away. The place was empty, we were deciding on which bowl/toppings we wanted, and the lady server kept asking are you ready yet every 5 seconds. I didnt see what the rush was considering the place was empty. Lmao like, reflecting on it all now, its pretty funny. But Still rude.
