We had the pork báhn mì and garlic beef with garlic green beans and fried rice. Everything was very good and the portions are unexpectedly large, so expect leftovers. The rice was nice and fluffy and the pickled veggies on the sandwich were crisp and bright. Ice water is available to self-serve. This place is nowhere near where I live but I would visit again when Im in the area.

Came here for lunch a couple times and really enjoyed it. Staff super friendly and good food as well. My favorite things to get here if their banh mi, garlic fries, and viet coffee!All banh mi comes with a side, CHOOSE THE GARLIC FRIES, they are absolutely amazing! Big, thick cut pieces of potato fried in sweet garlic sauce. The bread they use for the banh mi is nice and soft and meat is very flavorful. I like the roasted pork the best out of all the meats.Their meal plans are a little too oily for me, but still tastes good. You can mix and match your sides and meats. Noodles are soft and chewy, and green beans are good (these are probably 2 of the most oily things you can get). Meat options they offer is always pretty good and havent disappointed me yet.Lastly, their viet coffee is amazing! Its super strong, sweet, and creamy! On my recent visit, they had a coffee float, hopefully thats there to stay!

Food:Their garlic noodles are delicious here. The green beans and brussel sprouts are delicious as well. The meat all taste great. They have a vietnamese flavor fusion taste to them.Their summer rolls are refreshing, but a rip off for the price. The garlic fries are great as well, but I usually dont order them.Service:The servers are usually quick and helpful. They are always on top of the cleaning. I usually pre tip them.Ambience:The area is small. Not much room for large groups. They have a television on all the time. Its usually playing a kids show.Parking:Parking is limited, but I usually never have trouble finding parking.

First time here and the food was delicious and fresh. Ordered two banhmi sandwiches with over easy egg on top and garlic fries on the side + wings + egg rolls.Banhmi sandwiches:- The French bread was soft and not crunchy like traditional banhmi.- Doesn’t taste like they bake the bread in-house.- Definitely a more modern/American take on the banh mi sandwich. Only one meat per sandwich menu item.- still tasted good!- fried egg was cooked to perfection, just enough yolk to soak into the sandwich...so good!Garlic fries:- best tasting fries I’ve had! There is no limit to garlic and that’s a good thing. Garnished with parsley...I think.- had leftovers and def not good back in the microwave but try air frying it for a few mins.- softer more potato wedge vibe/texture...not crunchy.Wings:- flavor is good, hint of fish sauce that wasn’t overpowering- coated with some starch flour that gave it a little crunchy outside- small party-sized wingsEgg rolls:- don’t recommend.- tiny and bc of that, you are eating more of the wrapper than the filling.- if you don’t eat right away, it gets soggy and since it’s mostly wrapper...it was chewy vs crunchy.Overall, this place took a spin on viet food as a more take-out vibe which is cool. Surprise! Great find! Looking for something different than the same ol hum drum in Santa Clara, and made this excellent discovery. So flavorful, and a great variety. I came for lunch but might head back for takeout for the whole family tonight! Their eggplant is the best Ive ever had! 😯😃 Fast food environment, low to medium pricing, top dollar deliciousness.

So i like this place. They serve good healthy meals. My husband love their chicken meal. As they serve a good portion of meat + veggies + Garlic Noodles + Beans.However, i somehow do not like their sauce in which they cook their veggies/tofu and other meat. Went here twice and thats it for me! I dont come back for one reason : the price is super high. Fast food like this restaurant is not worth $14 for a small plate! This will be the last time eating here. I wouldnt be surprised if they are going to close the restaurant soon because of the price. With that price, you can get much better options. The food is salty and its like Panda Express! Oh forgot to mention, Banh Mi( Vietnamese bread) is $10?? Carls Jr or In N Out are much better choice!

Nice local place. If you are restricted to a low sodium diet, this is probably not the best place for you. Green beans were really salty. The server lets you choose to split the portions between two different varieties of you choose. Stay with 100% noodles and forget the rice. Noodles are great. Overall, a nice little place. Clean and good service. I would go again. Giving it 4 stars not 5, because its not a full service restaurant, but its certainly worth the stop and th food was delicious.

The food here was delicious. I ordered online through their website (which was an easy process) for takeout. The wait time was a bit longer than estimated, by 10 mins or so, but the food was well worth it. We ordered a plate with spicy pork, garlic noodles and steamed veggies which was awesome. Also ordered a pork banh mi with a side of garlic fries. The banh mi itself was good, not the best Ive ever had but I felt it was worth its price as I felt the portion was quite good. The garlic fries, on the other hand, are probably some of the best fries I have ever had and I wouldnt hesitate to get those again. Overall I was very happy with the food here and the service was good too.

This is a spot you will really enjoy for Asian fusion food. The flavors are excellent. I love the ribs and theyve got a beef dish that is so tender it melts in your mouth. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is the food is not quite as hot as I would like. The service is excellent and I keep going back.

Great for a quick lunch or when youre on the run and need take out. The meal plan is shown as a base, a vegetable and a protein but you can double up on the vegetable and skip the base if you want. All the proteins are quite flavorful from the lemongrass chicken to the pork. The eggplant dish is one of the stand outs.At ~$9 for a chicken meal its a great deal as well.

My family and i have been going to Blurr Kitchen since they have opened. We enjoy the crunchy green beans,eggplants and nicely seasoned meats. Even the Brussell sprouts are to die for! If you like garlic fries you must try theirs: the price might stop you from ordering them but once you try them you will never be able to eat garlic fries from anywhere else.

Outstanding food! Like, one of those places where chefs would go eat because they know the secret. Noodles, green beans, coconut chicken, bahn mi with roasted pork... every single bite was packed with flavor, every piece cooked perfectly. Add their habañero sauce to the equation - heaven. Update: Wait, why did I give this place a 4? This place is amazing... This place deserves a lot more publicity than its currently getting. Ive tried their bahn mis, chicken wings, fries, and meal prep. Its all good! The prices are amazing too. Bahn mi and fries combo are a great deal. The bread they use is a great french loaf. The fries are lightly coated with garlic, theyre great too (thicker cut which is also a bit more uncommon). Definitely do yourself a favor and check this place out, the food is way better than many of the other asian food trends around.

Quick bite, ha! The food is great, but these poor people have no idea how to run a restaurant. Everybody waits in the same line to order the sandwich or the Panda Express stuff. So Im waiting behind all these people before I order, they get their food immediately or wait for more to be cooked. Then I get to order and I have to wait somewhere among the cramped and full tables for another 10 minutes until my food is ready. Everything there was very chaotic. Very unpleasant to be in.

Featuring several fresh takes on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, the food tastes great and comes at a reasonable price. Can order from an assortment of pre-made hot foods or made-to-order menu foods. Every time I visit, the staff are friendly and greet me with a smile. I particularly enjoy the roasted pork bahn mi (Vietnamese sandwich), which comes with your choice of a fair-sized spring-mix side salad or garlic fries. Their Vietnamese sandwich is solid. All the other food is certainly Americanized and if you want proper and real Vietnamese food you rather head to east side San Jose. Not tasty, with such a high rating, it turned out to be a mine. The dishes are very salty and oily, and the roast pork is like boiled. The sandwiches are nothing compared to other places, the bread is soft as soon as you get it. Dont know why the rating is so high. I also gave less chicken wings, so angry😤
