I was trying to ask for extra sauce they put inside the sandwich, the bbq sauce and the lady said it was soy sauce and I tried asking the lady making the sandwiches and she didn’t speak English so the same lady of course said it was “soy sauce” again and didnt even give me the sauce I was pointing to! The Azusa location had all the sauces available at your finger tips. I recommend you go there instead because they won’t know what you’re talking about here. And they didn’t even put any HOISIN SAUCE in my sandwich. I know the name now cuz they threw 1 in the bag with my siracha.

Honestly I do like this place. Have been here so many times with my kids. Just one thing is really bother me that they reheated old bread and sold to me after I told them that I was willing to wait for new bread because reheating bread would be rock hard after it gets cold. New bread made stays soft all day. TodayI bought 8 long breads at 7:20am by noon all breads were really hard. It became even harder after I reheated. This is the third time that happened to me. Very disappointed! Hopefully it won’t happen again to me and others.

This place has a big variety of items. They cook to order and also have pre made dishes to grab and go if your in a bit of a hurry. What might slow you up a bit is a little line. The bakery section makes some good treats. Also the French baguettes are good. The milk tea special is always going on. Grab one & get one free. Pricing is on the average side. Ample parking.

I love how some idiotic people review. This place is great. The workers have always be excellent here. Some dude was complaining about shrimp in the rice when he ordered pork... (Its pork btw, not beef sir) Bro, the rice with pork comes with shrimp too! Ive been here when its busy and the longest I ever waited was 7min max. Most times its about 5min or less, and thats ordering 2 soups and a rice plate (you know, the one with the pork) so dont let these reviews fool you. If you want quick, substandard food, go to McDonalds. If you want good quality food, you can wait 5min here.

Wanted to go to another Thai restaurant accidentally ended up here by Google maps. Decided to give it a try best pho / egg rolls ever 😋 definitely be back. You can also tell the food is good when the lines are long....

Made a special trip for spring roll with veggie ham. when i was ready to eat it at home i got real ham w shrimp. not worth the time to go back. they should check to go orders before giving it to customers. especially if the customer ordered vegetarian.

The food is great. Ive been here before three times and the waiting time is loooong. Came back a fourth time cause I was feeling like getting some Banh Mi for breakfast. The young woman at the register was pretty rude when I was trying to order a pork skin one. I see a lot of reviews talking about bad customer service, and yeah Ive experienced that today. She needs training on that. I wanted the two for one special so i ordered the one she wanted me to get, the pork BBQ, but she instead gave me the baguette, the one that doesnt have the special. I dont think Ill be coming back.

Ordered BBQ pork Banh Mi which is pretty standard, was blown away by the freshness of the ingredients, and the hint of soy sauce on the mayo was fantastic. Cant say Ive had a banh mi like this before. Definitely coming back

Their chicken noodle soup is still less than $8.I spent only $12 for my rice plate of pork chop, egg, veggie, and pork skin.
