I wasn’t actually looking for this place, I just happened to see it and wanted to check out this particular location. I’ve been to their other locations and a regular at the one on Hacienda and Gale. This is a bigger location that can offer a ton more food. It was about 5pm on a Friday and a lot of food was gone. Ordered 3 Bahn mi’s. 2 Egg rolls and a milk tea! Inflation, prices of the bahn mi was a bit higher here then the other locations, the egg roll and milk tea with boba was delicious. A bit tight on the cilantro and meat. The customer service was great!

Every BMC place have different varieties food and this one make great sandwiches is the beef sandwich...the drink is good and dessert is great too...Most of the food is packed up is so fresh and still hot too...They have discount price from Monday to Friday posting it on picture of food items....The service and cashier is alway nice with friendly greeting too..my rating here is *5* star plus and I highly recommend for anyone dont like to cook and just come buy ready make food wrapped take out...We all love to eat and we all lazy to cook 😴...

This place has went completely down the drain, i came here because of the really good pho, but now it is just a tore down terrible restaurant, no one here speaks english. No one knows what they are doing besides the cooks. Place doesnt even deserve a star. Respect to the latina lady there who was trying to take me order, she is just a regular cook but they put her on the cashier to take my order, she had no idea what she was doing, but at least she tried. Saw a guy filling a blue plastic crate with a plastic bag in it filling it with a tray of fresh that had been cooling then some bread 🍞 dropped a few times as he was filling containers twice and laughing continuing to put the bread in the container and distributing the bread to other locations in El Monte guy was laughing that he dropped bread and was still distributing it to other locations thats the Van

I enjoy the banhmi sandwiches but the drinks are horrible. I ordered 2 thai tea with no boba.I took one cup and sip it and the drink was wayyyy too sweet its like they dump alot of sugar into drink.(i drink thai tea from many boba shops and this one was way to sweet.) I ask the staff about it and ask if they can lower the sugar or add more milk and the staff refuses, then i said if cant then just switch it to milk tea and she also refuses then i ask for refund and she said no. So Im frustrated by the serivce. Other restaurants when there something you dont like they help fix it. But this establishment in el monte was bad. The lady didnt bother to help just said no cant do it. And i left with 2 bad drinks. Couldnt even get a refund. If the owner see this please do something about it. Or give my money back.

Best Pho place! I’ve been eating Pho from multiple different places recently and this place is hands down the BEST!! I drive all over LA and OC so I’ve learned to search for BMC Pho and they are always the best in their area.

Second time trying them out. The first time dining in they gave us the wrong order and took a extra 20 mins to receive the correct food and now or second time we figured mistakes happen lets try it again for take out. They did not give us one of our plates. The food is delicious but the service needs some improvement. We will probably not be returning.

This particular Banh Mi Che Cali was once very well kept and very clean. While I still feel the quality of the food is exceptional especially considering its relatively cheap in price. Its sad to say that the up keep of the restaurant has not met par with the food.

Absolutely disappointed, the interior of the restaurant is dirty, the floor, the tables, the ice from the soda fountain is dirty with particles, and then the cook is having a sneeze fest in the kitchen without covering. What happened here? This place was a great place before!

Ive never really had Vietnamese food before until going to the place.For the most part, I enjoy eating there and just enjoying the wonderful food.The people who work there are great, hell they even know my face when I go there to eat with my family.(PS, they never gave us spoons and forks. Instead we would get chopsticks and learn ourselves how to eat our food.)

Cashier taking orders always rude! Ordered here many times already and have always bit my tongue when it comes to the cashier lady (with glasses) don’t know her name, being rude all the time. Whether I’m ordering food, asking for a drink, or even asking for condiments she never fails to make a face, raise her voice, or talk in another language to her co workers. Believe me she has attitude ALL THE TIME. Not just with me but seen it with other customers in front of me as well. I refuse to ever step into this BMC PHO again. I’ll take my money elsewhere. If you decide to eat here DO NOT tolerate her attitude if you gave her no reason to do so. Call it out on her as I did today.

So went into this place today, waited and waited and I was at the counter seeing the employees working but not one came up to take my order. I was wondering what was going on then... 🤔 one woman came up to help the person in front of me. After she did that she walked off didnt offer help . If you arent Asian then they wont serve you.
