The woman who took my order seems nice however when the tip options popped up on the screen, she was looking how much I would have left. I felt uncomfortable so i skipped and didn’t tip. When i got my drink there was very few pieces of boba in my drink, in the picture it was mostly the boba syrup (most other boba shops normally doubles/triple the amount was given here). Kind of disappointed since i paid $8.25 for bad service (boba was an 75 cent up change)

After pressing no tip for an $8.25 drink (75 cents for boba), cashier turns away without saying a word and gives us almost no topping. It was an odd interaction. The drink was fine.

Obsessed with this bubble tea spot!The flavors are next level, and the boba is always perfectly chewy. The staff is super friendly, and they always get my order just right.My go-to for a delicious and refreshing treat!

So glad we had a chance to check out this new boba shop in Capitola. It’s a great location and inside has a really modern aesthetic. I got the regular milk tea with pearls. What I really enjoyed was that it was made fresh and had the right amount of caffeine. I would definitely go back and try the other flavors.

I absolutely love this bubble tea store!The flavors are incredibly refreshing, and the boba pearls are always perfectly chewy. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere make it a must-visit spot!

Best bubble tea in town! Im a regular customer at this store, and they never disappoint. The quality of their ingredients is exceptional, and you can taste the difference in every sip :-)

They messed up a Thai tea. As a boba shop, let alone one in a premium village like capitola, how do you mess up the most signature of boba drinks. It was utter pain drinking what was supposed to be a refreshing beverage. It resembled something more like a coors light that had been left out in the sun for two days. The boba was sticky and unenjoyable. The service was unpleasant and frankly rude. The child working there resembled the emo kid from Horton hears a who (see attached image). He was rude and unsettling, he seemed to not even to not even want to be there. It showed in the drink he made. Which to reiterate tasted like piss. Id rather ask a homeless bill cosby to make me a drink.

I tried the strawberry guava fruit tea and it’s great. Just as expected. I ordered 50% sweet and it was just right. It’s pricey but expected for Capitola Village.Despite that, I’m interested in trying their other drinks to see if they’re comparable to most Bay Area boba shops. Definitely the best in Santa Cruz now!

2/1/23. i got the brown sugar milk tea. i think the Okinawa may be the same but it could change up. i had the Okinawa milk tea some other joints and i think they maybe the same with brown sugar. anyway, its really sweet but not too sweet. no toppings for me which is best in my opinion. overall, this joint seems good, so i will come back to try other drinks. the brown sugar was just good
