Pho serving size is on the larger side. Taste was good. Spring rolls were good, and peanut sauce had a good taste and texture. Will be coming back.

My first time going there and honestly the best Pho I’ve had in years. My wife got lemon grass vermicelli bowl and both were 5 stars. They were busy but very polite and intentional in their service. Totally going back.

Got the chicken pho, beef broccoli and pot stickers. They were all amazing and hit the spot. My daughter said the beef broccoli was the best she ever had and we’re from APAC. The pho is perfect for healing and an amazing comfort dish in a delicious bowl! Definitely recommend.

Another great lunch in the books! @boiling_pho_escondido was excellent! Normally I dont eat a full bowl of pho but today was the day!The eats:Fried egg rolls: Straight fire!! So nice I bought them twice! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Beef Pho: they only have one size... Large... the flavors are immaculate, the beef was super tender and the broth, well I could have drank that straight from the bowl... 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥+🔥🔥Passion Fruit Tea with Crystal Boba: delicious...I didnt know there was clear Boba! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥The owners are super nice and the restaurant is super clean!Make sure you go get your eats on at @boiling_pho_escondido... you will not be disappointed!Until next time my foodie friends! Stopped in this shopping center to meet some family and noticed this spot while I waited. I ordered the pork Banh mi and a lychee slush. I still cant get over how beautifully marinated the pork was. Im a huge fan of banh mi and this by far has been the most flavorful one Ive tasted! The lychee slush was so good, too. For this being my first visit, it did not disappoint! The staff was very nice :)

My daughter and I went for the first time during lunch and the reviews on Google maps & Yelp were very good. The restaurant wasn’t busy most likely because it is a weekday. The server was very nice. The restaurant is clean and food was delicious. We plan to go again.

Just stopped into Boiling Pho for the first time. My husband was over in Subway getting a sandwich so I didnt have much time. I ordered the tofu spring rolls and some dumplings and they were done in about 3 minutes. But this isnt fast food quality - this food is fantastic. The spring rolls are HUGE and so tasty with a perfectly textured slice of tofu running the whole length of the spring roll. And they come with a peanut sauce which is obviously fresh made and is heavenly. (I didnt try the dumplings because theyre for my son.) The only reason I didnt give them a 5 is because they use foam containers for their to go boxes and foam is so bad on so many levels!! Please consider switching to recycled paper containers!!

Its 1/2 table service, you order and they bring it to you. The menu is not a deep/varried as many of the other Pho places in and around San Diego county. They are very fast and friendly. The Pho was good but not superlative.

This place was delicious. The combo Vermicelli bowl was packed with meat and was so good! Everything tasted fresh and the sauce was very flavorful. This was the perfect meal for the end of a hot day. I also ordered the Mango Fruit Tea and the sweetness was perfectly balanced and lovely. I will definitely be back. Our service was also extremely prompt and friendly. I recommend this place for sure. Cant wait to try their other menu items!!

I pass by this place occasionally after I drop my kids off at my parents place. You can see the Boiling Pho sign right off the 15s freeway. And also by word of mouth, my bro mentioned he had tried this place. So, since my family was in town shopping at North County we decided to come and try it out for dinner. It was our first time and we were welcomed by Johnny. He had directed us that we order first and then we can take a seat. The menu was easy to follow and ordering was easy.With 2 kids under 2 we loved how it wasnt busy dining in. But we did notice, that orders were going out via grub hub and take out.We started off with the A1 Egg rolls, which by far is one of the best Ive had. Fresh right off the fryer and you get 4 nice sized pieces. My wife ordered the P1 Pho (rare steak, flank, well done steak, meatballs) and I had the P2 Pho (rare steak and meatballs). We both loved the broth. Nice and savory flavor. and my wife loved how the noodles were cooked perfectly and not soggy.By far one of the best Pho restaurants in North County and I highly recommend if youre in the area to come try it out.

I ordered online, paid with a card, got an email saying they charged my card but when I showed up they were closed!. Not on break, CLOSED! I drove 15 minutes each way to pick up my food that I paid for and they were not even open. It was in the middle of posted Business hours. Now I have to dispute the charge so not only did I not get dinner, but they gave me a chore as well. Never again

The service and food quality are always excellent. They dont have a lot of tables, but the turnover is quick, so Ive never had to wait for a table. You can call ahead to order, so the food is ready when you get there, or take it out.

Delicious, delicious, delicious! And Authentic food! Meat slices are good cut, very clean and lean cuts and not like other places where they just give you fat etc. My new favorite pho/Vietnamese restaurant. You know its good when you can taste all the herbs in the broth, yummy!BONUS: The staff is very friendly and professional. Food came out quick. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

Everything you order is phenomenal, big portions enough to share. John and his wife are always friendly & attentive. Hard to find good Pho but, here hmmm you Will definitely return.My favorite is Rice Combination and Combination Vermicelli. Fan of Vietnamese Bun with shrimp and pork for ages and had lunch with my wife and we both thought this was the best Bun noodle bowl ever. Ingredients fresh and well prepared. And the shrimp spring roll was also tasty and fresh. Simple table and chair setting with very friendly service.

This place is great! One of my favorites. The fried egg rolls are my favorite out of all the places I frequent. I always order pork vermicelli and a honeydew smoothie boba for dessert.

One of the best experiences Ive had in a long time! First of all, the customer service is top tier! Although there was only one person working the restaurant during my visit on a busy evening, it felt like my table received all the attention that we needed. Ordering was easy, food came out in a timely manner and tasted FANTASTIC. The drinks were worth a repeat visit on their own (tried the lychee tea and honeydew milk tea) but the food made this a future staple for me and my friends. The wings had a great flavor, the spring rolls were fresh, the entrees (chicken vermicelli, pho, short ribs) were well made, tasted great, and were very sizable portions that were worth every cent. I highly recommend giving this place a try! 100% worth it!

I ordered the short ribs and it tasted a day old cooked.Beef fried rice was not flavorful at all. The beef had no flavor.Pho was cloudy broth.But services was fine.I do recommend the spring rolls.

Decent pho and eggroll and boba. Good broth, good noodle texture, meats were pretty fresh tasting. Not very generous with herbs or limes and only had pepper packets but overall decent pho. I would go again and wouldve rated 4.5 stars if I could.

Quick fyi: workers did not wear masks. However, they have a large shield around the entire counter and the one server girl only pops out briefly to bring food. Its a small place so cant fit too many people. Usually I avoid dining in to restaurants that dont mask as Im a nurse and future NP and try to take extra caution during the pandemic to reduce risk. This place did not feel high risk (though the extra hunger may have had an effect on judgement). Some people may care more so I wanted to be clear about that.Solid pho and short ribs for a reasonable price. Also really liked the fried tofu appetizer. Sadly they were out of regular boba and Im not a fan of the clear boba... Classic milk tea was okay... Thai tea was on point. Staff were very friendly as well. Overall seems like a really good place that I definitely plan on coming back to!(Sorry no pics - we were too busy nomming!)

Amazing food, they really do everyone well. I doubt you’ll be able to find anything on the menu that you won’t like. Just stopped by to get some milk tea and beef fried rice, always enjoy coming in and being greeted with great customer service and nice people. 10/10 would recommend, planning to bring some friends in.

First off, the customer service was absolutely great with a warm welcome. My fiancé and I had got the pho with shrimp and veggies. This was not only full of flavor, but the portions were fantastic; and I had a To-go order, so that’s saying something with portions. We had also purchased the banana pearl and butterfly peach boba teas and Boiling Pho has brought the best boba I’ve had. They’re selection of different flavors will have me trying them all, they look so good. This will be our new spot to treat ourselves and become regulars. I love the egg rolls! The chicken pho was also delicious. The only downside is their lack of a vegan option. I planned to return but ended up not because my vegan girlfriend has no options to eat here. I would definitely suggest maybe a veggie based broth for the tofu or something.

What can I say I finally found a really great authentic vietnamese restaurant and it has the greatest and most flavorful food I have ever tried. The staff is amazing and very courteous. If you guys want some great ramen and my favorite boba milk tea... Come and try this place out truly helps out a small business but also stomach 100% satisfied. They just updated with a vegan menu and the food is takeout. Give it a try👍

Stopped here while passing on a road trip. SO GLAD we did! We both had chicken ban minh (Vietnamese sandwiches) which were big, warm and tasty. I also tried the kalbi ribs. Delicious! Prices were very reasonable. This will be a regular stop any time were in North County.

Past by this place and I wanted to give it a try thanks to the great reviews lemme just say they exceed expectations! The owner was so kind and accommodating with my dog. What other restaurant owner stays eith your dog outside while you can go in and order? Not only was the owner but the pho was out of this world 🤤. The sandwiches were some of the best we’ve had in the area, and all in all, everything was very affordably priced. If you’re especially looking for some good pho or banh mi in the area, definitely give this place a try :)

Very delicious. Clear broth. A meat broth with deep flavor. The store is clean. The staff was friendly and interested in my needs. I took care to remove the cilantro! Bring a friend, next time
